We are regularly getting this error - but I am struggling to find any dates out of sync.  I have seen the previous conversation that indicates this was resolved.  We are on Apps10 UPD21.

Trying to tackle the failed transactions, but some are proving tricky.  Any help would be great.  Thanks

Hi @mazmary , I’ve got this fixed by doing this:

first, run the query to make sure your timezone database.

 

 

Then, set the same in your site.

 


Thank you, I will make a note of this if we get it again.  We haven’t had an example since we restarted our TAS so a time mismatch would make sense.
