Hello, I have run into an issue with a hung POR in an Authorized (not closed state). Unfortunately, I was made aware too late and the project and activity have been closed for a long time. At this point, I am unable to cancel the POR, or disconnect the POR from the project. I’m looking for some way to resolve this, but I have found nothing. Hoping someone has seen this before and can provide some  guidance. Thank you!

Hello everyone,We have a customer using PSO Standalone (Version 6.16.) who requires that short-term absences are immediately visible in the system. When a resource reports sick and this is entered in PSO under unavailabilities, the absence does not appear in the Gantt chart until after an import (load file). This is problematic for short-notice absences.Is there any way to make absences visible immediately?Thank you!

When a template structure that has been transferred to manufacturing more than once contains a module where a piece part is added and activated at the module level, why is the piece part not included in the CAMRO service contract structure tree? Steps followed:Create two new parts configured as manufacturing parts, engineering parts, and serial-tracked parts. Using the Add Structure Position command, add a structure position to a template structure that has already been transferred to manufacturing (same site) more than once. Add a module in Preliminary state, then add a piece part beneath the module, also in Preliminary state. Activate the module line, which also activates the underlying child part. The transfer to manufacturing for these parts is performed automatically. Verify the CAMRO service contract and observe that the child part is not included in the service contract structure tree.

Why does the Alternate Module not contain the same Position Parts as the Prime Module, given that it was not created as a separate template? Should it not inherit the Position Parts from the Prime Module in this case?

Why does the Shop Order Tracked Structure not display correctly in all situations in the Shop Floor Workbench (Dispatch List → Tracked Structure tab) when using the Show commands, sometimes showing “No data” even though all component parts are assigned?  Create a shop order with Order Type = Manufactured for a serial-tracked part.  a. We are in the beginning stages of a migration from an AS400 ERP to IFS Cloud. I’m an enterprise software engineer who is new to the IFS world.Our current warehouse shipping process involves a piece of custom software that screen-scrapes from an AS400 terminal session into a Windows application called ClipperShip. This software handles all the carrier specific logic, including printing labels, etc., then another piece of custom software gets the data out of ClipperShip and back into the AS400 ERP.We would like our new solution to be as simple as possible for warehouse employees. Ideally it would be completely web-client based. We have started evaluating some API-based shipping solutions like ProShip and ShipEngine. HI All,In the latest cloud release IFS released us to use “Packaging Material Parts to Handling Unit Accessories”. I have configured the settings and I am seeing an odd behaviour. I am not sure this is due to set up mine. Any help would be highly appreciated. Below is my set up. I am maintaining my packing material in IFS as an inventory part.Inventory Part - P-100-1Packing Form (Packing material) - 1-00212 I am using below packing Instruction and I have defined Handling Unit Accessory and connected my packing material to that. Below is my packing Ins. I am using 2m of FORM for each small box HU when packing. I have 100 pcs of stock from P-100-1 and in the master part i have defined my handling unit capacity as below. Then From the Inventory part in stock window. Hello, Over the past few months, I have created several custom events and their action events on an IFS CLOUD environment.I use the background job system very regularly.I have a problem with how IFS works that I find perplexing.When creating an invoice on a billing plan:I arrive at a page where I am going to validate my action:On the next page, I see my line in error, containing part of the event action code in the error block : My problem is as follows:- this is not the standard behavior for executing an event action- functional code becomes invalid- if i try a RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR(), it's displayed not in the validation window to block the progress but in the error message on the last page.How can I ensure that the event action is executed normally on this page?Is there a specific setting for this?Should the event action be launched somewhere other than on the Invoice entity and the INVOICE_TAB table? Best regards, Barth

In 25r1 we now have a delivered mailchimp integration from Marketing Campaigns.  I can’t quite see how to turn it on.  There is a system/template BPA called CrmMailchimpIntegration.  And there is a button on the Marketing Campaign Action to create an external campaign (but the button is inactive).  I believe that the BPA needs to be deployed to activate the button, but the BPA cannot be deployed because it’s a template.  If you copy the BPA to another ID, you can deploy it, but then the button would not know to call that BPA ID?What am i missing…?

We need to move several Customer Orders from our main warehouse (Warehouse A) to another warehouse (Warehouse B) on the same Site due to space constraints. Orders are already Picked, parts are packed into handling units. Inventory is currently in Shipment Inventory at Location A.What is the most efficient way to "move" these orders/Handling Units to a location in Warehouse B? We want to avoid performing "Undo Picking," as we do not want to lose the Handling Unit structure or have to repack the orders.Using IFS Applications 10.

Where do you change the invoice number sequence year? The invoice numbers are still using last year 2025 and they should be 2026? thety are 2025125773 and it should be 2026011234. How do I change to new year?

We are considering expiring a document class and, if so, would like to stop users from adding new documents into it. We are on 25R1 However, it does not appear there is a way to hide / block / expire a document class like many other basic data items.  Is there another way to accomplish this objective? How have others managed sunsetting a document class?

I have setup the voucher approval workflow in our environment and I have it setup with the approval combination rule to allow all combinations. I have the Voucher Approvers setup as below, with the approvers being setup here along with and Approver Group.And lastly I have the Approver Assigning Rule setup as below. I think I have setup all this correctly the thing that I am having a problem with is the fact that as soon as different user than the ones setup here creates a new voucher the Voucher Approval is blank and they have to manually add the Approver Group or Approver. I would think this would automatically pull in the Voucher Approval, but it isn’t by any chance is anyone having any issues with this we are on Apps 10 Update 12

Hi all,Can we please confirm the expected / recommended approach for using the “Dispatcher attention” style options within the MWO, as there seems to be some overlap between them and we want to make sure we’re using the right one in the right scenario?Specifically, within the MWO we have both: Set Attention On / Off (which sends an alert that attention is required, highlights the Resource in the Gantt chart, and can include an “Attention Note”) and Highlight to Dispatcher (which adds Highlight Text against the Work Assignment, and displays in Dispatch Console / PSO Workbench as an Exception)

Hello, I hope you are doing well. My customer, using infinite capacity and  is requesting to automate the scheduling of shop orders in a specific order (after running MS Level 1), using two criteria:Items with characteristic A must be scheduled before Items with characteristic B that must be scheduled before Items with characteristic C. The shop orders must be produced in a gradual manner, items of 10 cm of width before 12 cm width before 14 cm width, etc.Do you have any idea how I could implement it?Best regards, Laura

I set a line to Picked by using Order Line Details → Report Reserved Quantities as Picked.No Shipment has been created, no delivery posted, and nothing else was progressed.Now I need to revert the line back to Released.What I tried: Right-click on the Customer Order Line → couldn’t find any “Unpick” or similar action. On the Customer Order header right-click, I expected to see Undo Reserve and Picking…, but this option is not visible in our menu. In Package Part Structure (the line is a package part), I also don’t see any menu to reverse the picked status—neither on header nor on component lines. Questions: What is the standard way to reverse “Report Reserved Quantities as Picked” and return the CO line to Released when no Shipment exists? If the answer is Undo Reserve and Picking…, which permission/object or configuration controls the visibility of this option on the CO header? Previously, when creating a new document in Attachments and using drag & drop to upload a file (with Aurena Agent disabled to allow D&D functionality), the title field would populate automatically with the file title. Recently, it stopped doing that (possibly connected to the 25R2 update). I am trying to upgrade IFS Cloud from 23R2 to 24R1 but I am not seeing any db changes being deployed when I am running the installer script. I see it picks up installer.tem which calls .cre but no .upg files.Am I missing something on when I build the delivery?
