25.1.7I have a  part with two Part Revisions, 1 and 2.This is an Export Controlled Part. When I want to assign a Primary Classification, Classification Scheme, and Export Control Code, neither Part Revision 1 or 2 is listed in the Revision No dropdown.Why are these revisions not in the dropdown?The field description for Revision No:The revision number of the part. If the part has had several revisions, the revision number will be stated. The revision number is automatically generated by the system. This is the number that designates a current or past version of a part or assembly. If IFS/Manufacturing Standards is not installed, the Part Revision value is set to 1. If IFS/Manufacturing Standards is installed, the value is retrieved from the Revision No field on the Manufacturing Standards/Part Revision and Attributes/Part Revision page. Hello,I'm struggling to populate a multi-choice Custom Enumeration attribute via Camunda Workflow in IFS Cloud. I have a custom attribute (e.g., Cf_Factory) that is a multi-choice (multi-select) custom enumeration. When adding a row using the UI, I can see (in the debug console) that the field expects an array like:Cf_Factory: ["CfEnum_London", "CfEnum_Manchester"] When I try to create this row using Camunda Workflow, things break: If I set a single value: execution.setVariable('Cf_Factory', 'CfEnum_London');, it works. If I try to set multiple values, nothing works. I’ve tried multiple things via a Script Task: ArrayList, Spin, comma-separated (["CfEnum_London","CfEnum_Manchester"]), etc Has anyone successfully set a multi-value (multi-enum) Custom Field via Camunda Workflow? Surely this must be a common task and usage for Workflows? I am on IFS Cloud version 23R2. Any advice or experience would be much appreciated!

This forecast is then transferred to the Master Schedule and serves as the basis for both procurement and production planning.However, we are facing a common challenge:The forecast often represents unconstrained demand, i.e., what sales teams would like to sell, without reflecting actual production or capacity constraints. Alternatively, the planning team adjusts the forecast down to a constrained demand level, so that it better reflects what we are realistically able to produce and deliver.I would be interested to understand how others are handling this:Are you working with both unconstrained and constrained demand in parallel? Hello, We are experiencing an issue related to PSO manual changes (drag & drop rescheduling in the PSO gantt).We are on 6.14.0.27 as of Saturday Feb 01 2025.What we are seeing is as follows:A user will drag the activity to a new location (either same resource, different time or a different resource & different time)  Then when the activity is “dropped” (manual change initiated), the manual changes side bar / pop out box will be opened However, the “Validate and Apply Changes” & “Apply Changes” & “Validate” buttons will be greyed out., The option is Cancel This is the case with Preview Changes applied or not applied The target (updated) date & time field will be reflected in the manual changes box, but PSO is not detecting that changes have been made If the user then makes a subsequent change to any field in any of the fields in the manual changes side bar / pop out window or drags the activity icon a second time, only then are the change buttons available to select.

Is it possible to have one lobby parameter corresponding for multiple separate lobby elements? like Company or Year etc?  

Hello Data Migration Wizards,I am trying to migrate several “child” serial objects. The ‘parent’ objects already exist. I am using FNDMIG migration jobs for this. This allows me to create the serial objects. However, the field “Belongs_To_Object aka (SUP_MCH_CODE)” always remains empty. As a result, I cannot create a parent-child relationship. If I enter the “Parent Object” manually, it works!  I understand that the field is only insertable, meaning it can't be updated. However, I can't insert new data or update it. I don't get an error message either. The field is simply left blank.I've tried various things, including entering the equipment sequence. Nothing has worked. So, how should I populate the field using a migration job? ​@Marcel.Ausan Thanks in advance.

CLOUD 24R1Scenario: Prerrequisites: Handling unit type with packaging material part associated and ‘Reusable’ option enabled.Go to the Inventory part in stock and select a part that has not handling unit connected. Select the option to Pack according to Handling unit Capacity and enter the quantity to pack for an specific Handling unit type.  The part is packed with an specific handling unit ID. The packaging material of the handling unit type is consumed automatically and issue from the stock If I go again to the Inventory part in stock and select the part that I have just packed and select ‘Unattach from handling unit’ for unpack, the system will not receive again the packaging part into stock to be able to be used again for another packing. The quantity on hand of the packaging material should not be increased?Thank you in advance.

When an additional outside operation is added directly to a Shop Order and is not part of the standard routing, the operation cost can be recorded, but the associated overhead costs are not allocated. Overhead costs appear to be applied only to operations that are defined in the routing structure.This can occur in scenarios such as one-time rework that needs to be performed by an external supplier, where creating and maintaining a separate routing is not practical. In these cases, only the direct outside operation cost is captured, while the related overhead costs are excluded from the cost calculation.Has anyone encountered a similar requirement?Are there any recommended approaches in IFS Cloud to ensure overhead costs are also captured for additional outside operations added directly to a Shop Order? How are such "adjusted" Shop Orders typically handled to achieve accurate cost reporting?

Changing "Currency Formatting Option" field did not impact all fields with decimals only the fields that are currency related. Is there a way of setting a standard number of decimals across all fields? 

Hi,   I would like to know why is it important to timely clear error messages from Maintenance Posting Analysis. What impact does it have if we dont do it timely.

During execution of the IFS Master Schedule (MS) process, we observed that past-due MS By Part records and their related Shop Order Requisitions (SORs) are automatically deleted by the system. This creates planning and supply chain risks, as the linkage between the Master Schedule and generated SORs is lost.All affected parts are configured as buildable, plannable, and MS Level 1. However, the system only allows future dates for MS By Part lines, and when “Run MS – One Part” is executed, past-due records are removed together with the dependent SORs.Although SORs can be recreated manually, this breaks the traceability between the MS record and the generated requisitions.Has anyone experienced similar behavior?Is there any recommended approach, configuration, or workaround to retain past-due Master Schedule records and prevent the related SORs from being deleted or re-planned?

Hello,Is the option to duplicate a line on the Outside Operation Cost screen not available?If so, is there any way to enable this functionality?We have a user requesting this feature. I have tested using an account with full access rights, but the option still does not appear to be available.

Hi All, Question about setting a structure of connected objects ‘Out of Operation’.  We have various methods of connecting our Functional and Serial Objects:Main Structure (‘Function’ = Parent / Child connection) Additional Structures (Location /From / TO / Process / Process / Pipesystem / Electrical) Connected Objects With the Main structure we can set the Operational Status of the entire Parent-Child tree to ‘Out of Operation’ using the action button ‘Operational Status’ > ‘Set Structure Out of Operation’  When I check the other Object Structures, that function does not seems to be present. I can set the selected Object in ‘Out of Operation’, but to disable the objects connected through the ‘Electrical’ structure, I need to select them as well and click ‘Out of Operation’ again. And if I want to continue down the path I have to click ‘Next level’ to go deeper into the structure. Is there no option to set the entire structure to ‘Out of Operation’?  When I take it when step further

My user created training videos for Aurena a couple weeks ago. He re-watched it and noticed that Aurena used to have forward and back buttons in the top navigation but now it does not. Did anyone else noticed that their forward/back buttons disappeared? and has there been an update or is this a bug?

When I create an invoice, The CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP_REQUEST section was generated as the first section in the XML, in accordance with the schema.That is no longer the case.The PDF is generated, which is fine, but the problem is that I can no longer display a preview in the Report Designer, because an error message appears:“The current schema doesn't seem to match the specified file, render anyway?”But when I answer yes, nothing happens. We use Cloud 25R2

Hello everyone,I've noticed some unusual behavior in the system regarding the calculation of the difference between the invoice price and the standard cost when I enter a purchase invoice linked to a subcontracting purchase order:I am creating a purchase order for subcontractingThe configuration of the item to be received is as followsThe cost of the item to be received is as followsThe purchase price is therefore different from the standard cost I receive my order, and the following journal entries are generatedWhen entering the invoice, the difference between the standard cost and the purchase price yields a result that does not match the transaction: 6784.81 - 1366.58 = 5418.23. Is this normal? What does this difference of 0.0100 represent? And yet, in a non-subcontracting transaction, the calculation is correct. It’s only with subcontracting purchase transactions that the calculation yields an odd amount.

However, we would like to restrict this so that in the LOV, the user can only see their own requisitioner ID.I have already tried the following approach, but I am not sure what I might be missing.Could anyone please advise on how this can be achieved?

I am posting this inquiry in the community because we have not received a response from IFS to our email inquiry.We need a rough cost estimate for a potential new IFS customer. This is a small mechanical engineering company with approximately 50 users. The IFS installation would be provided by IFS in the cloud.We do not need a detailed or binding quote, just a rough idea of the costs involved.Please break down the costs into license fees and the costs for the server in the IFS cloud. Would this be possible immediately?
