Im trying to restrict the work type “FAULT” from using. however i couldnt find any method to do that. Is there a way of doing it without using a workflow or will there be a feature to restrict or disable a work type in a future release?   

HI In Page Designer, there are missing fields that I need to add, which are located in the Purchase_part table and PurchasePart entity. How do I do this? KR

There is a popup that comes up everytime an employee is added to a project, after their first project.  Is there a way to disable this popup?  

We are trying to edit the Recent Transactions toggle in Project Transactions (Project Management>Reporting>Project Transactions) on to default is off.  I haven’t been able to find this setting to edit, has anyone had success in trying to change this default setting?

Hello everyone, We are currently in the process of automating the customer reminder process and want to use the Event Action Send Email for this. We would also like to personalise the email for the customer as much as possible (which we consider to be a minor requirement 😊 ), i.e. the customer number and customer name should appear in the subject line.Now that doesn't seem like such a small request, and we haven't been able to manage it.😑We are unable to proceed with the values in the conditions in the ‘Event Action Details’ screen. However, I sincerely hope that the issue is on the screen side 🙄 and that it is quite simple to resolve. Can anyone help us please?    

Is there any documentation on the plot setting tab  of the scheduling settings in the advanced planning board. I was exploring the Characteristic Code Values, but I don’t know what the exact “codes” are and what to use to make it work correctly.. I was wondering if there instructions or a list to go off to code? 

When in Project Management>Plan and Execute>Project Scope and Schedule, the ability to search disappears once a project is expanded.   Does anyone know if you can display a Search function once inside an expanded project?  Please see attached screen grabs for clarification.  

Hello, it is possible to add new CF supplier into entity InventoryValuePartDetail? Because I cannot find this entity, so my question is, exist some superior entity to this entity, in which can I add this CF and will be also visible in InventoryValuePartDetail? Thank you

Hi we encounter the following issue on a customer site which is related to their new ssl certificate. they have installed a new certificate from Sectigo the new CN is “Sectigo Public Server Authentication CA OV R36” all access to MobileEdge through crhome on mobile device are ok, but on some mobile device (not all)  with the goole application, when we enter the URL press OK there is a spinning wheel and we can’t select the language . When we look at android logs the system is telling  “CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found” do you have encounter this kind of issue ? thanks for your feedbackchristophe

Hello.My understanding isthat the Promised Delivery Date on a Customer Order Line should stay as is if the order/line is confirmed.I have created this order and confirmed.I then change the target date to 08/06/2026, I expected the Planned Delivery Date and the Planned Ship Date to align, however expected the Promised Delivery Date to be kept. Is my understanding wrong?

All of the sudden this week we have lost the ability to authorize shop floor reporting. Has anyone seen this before.

Hello,When working in a team on the shop floor workbench and an operation is started there is the option to select team members. With this option I would expect the shop floor clockings would only be created for those team members. But when Im checking the shop floor clockings after stopping the production, the clockings are created for all team members. Am Im missing a setting or can this be a bug? Kind regards, Willem

Why does mwo only shows my first created sales part in the offline db of mwo?  “Item 5000”.I made a duplicate sales part from item “5000” named “7000” and that part is only online available. Same for item “6000” that I created NEW instead of duplicate.(not mentioned in the screenshots)2. when I quick issue stock on item 5000 there is no problem at all everything works fine, but when I try to issue item 7000 which I only can find when I press the button search online it gives me an error message that I don’t understand.(See screenshots) Both items in stock in Bus2Tried so far:More sales parts with the same settings as item 5000 spret over a couple of daysSecurity Groups granted to revoke and add all service-related setsClear server cacheDisconnect mwo app and initialize every stepSync now a couple of times for all sync rules Service appDisable and enable the Service app.Enabled and disable the workflow

Hi In the MWO Service App (Version:26.1.3375.0), the customer contact’s mobile number is not displayed, only office phone is displayed on the Work Task Details page, even though it is maintained in the Customer Master.Any guidance from the community would be greatly appreciated to help determine whether this behavior is expected by system design, or driven by configuration, or a known defect. Thank You

Is anybody aware about the depreciation plan for custom IALs in IFS.In 21R1 and 21R2 this was included in the deprecation plan, but 22R2 deprecation plan has not mentioned about IALs (It's available in 25R1 as well).We believe in the future it will phase out.Can we get some details on from which version this functionality will not be available in IFS? 

Apologies if I’m just missing it, but I don’t see anything in the Wiki about it either. In previous versions, we could select multiple events in an event monitor using Shift or Ctrl, then right click and take an action on all of the selected events. How do you do that in 24R2? I select multiple check boxes for the tickets I want to action, but as soon as I right click on one of the selected tickets to take an action, the rest of the selected tickets are unchecked. Is it not possible to action multiple tickets in the new version in the new event monitor view?

Hi All,I am seeing following error when report picking for project inventory. I am using pick by choice with in the same project but belongs to different activity.  Here is my inventory part in stock record.  My CO is project connected to the activity 100000069 but in manual reservations I can see both the activities related stocks as its under one project.But when I try to pick by choice with a different activity in the same project I am getting this error. Anyone know whats the issue with this?Thanks,Chamath

We have setup PO authorisations based on project roles. The setup is working correctly until we connect a sub project to the project role assignment. We are interested in narrowing down our PO authorisations down to sub project - activity levels, however it does not work when we connect a sub project id to the role assignment. The auth step is fetched to the auth line, however, does not show the potential authoriser when there is a sub project id is connected. Are we missing anything in the setup?

In Apps 10, users were allowed to add their own elements to their Lobby Screens.  Things like Saved Searches or Favored Quick reports.In Cloud, even though it looks like that would be possible, ie the button at the upper right corner is available and the screen still pops up...but nothing seems to be in the screen to select. Does anyone know what projection or action grant that I would need to add to be able allow users to still do this? 

I am trying to create a before workflow that will change or add a value for a custom field on Purchase Order Header entered by the user or left blank at the creation of a purchase order. I got the change part to work but is struggling with he ‘add value’ part.If the custom field is left blank during the creation of the order, no value for the cf is passed to the workflow . Not even information that the value for the cf is null.Does anyone know how to have the workflow to add a variable on the way to the original projection call?I tried to just usign a workflow with script component to add the value and I can see the value in the observation but that isn’t added to the projection call.I would like to avoid just to update the record after creation as the user then has to refresh the record every time a po is created to see the value in the cf.The value for a cf is fetched from another place in the system and is not the same every time so a dafault value for the cf will not work. We are i

Hello, I'm running into an issue on the Audit List page in IFS Cloud. Users are reporting that when they Duplicate a record and populate all Required fields, they will click the save button at the top of the page, and it will cause a separate window to pop up containing all the same data. But the only button that shows is “Cancel New” but no option to save work. We are currently using IFS version 24R2.9. we were able to do this in IFS Aurena version 10.22.31.  Any advice on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
