Hello,In IFS Report Designer, we were able to retrieve the value of “rhSysLogo” in the report XML, which contained the name of the company logo file.How can we do this in IFS Report Studio? I don't see how to access the value in the XML: Thanks.Best Regards

In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.“Owning Customer, no needs to have a value for Customer Owned stock” Could anyone assist me with this.

Hi, we’re experiencing a strange issue where a lot of users are unable to use any SQL quick reports. The affected users have all required projections, and the trace information doesn’t provide any information other than a generic server error 500. We’ve seen instances where there are two users with exactly the same permission set grants, and one of them can access quick reports, whilst the other user can’t.Currently have a case raised with IFS support, but wondering if anyone has come across this before?SqlQuickReports/QuickReportOverview (server error)An internal server error occurred. Hello,We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2, along with IFS MWO Service.Our Stores have asked whether it is possible for engineers to view media on the MWO for inventory parts in the materials catalogue as they have added a photo of the part on IFS.Is this possible in our versions?If so, can someone please provide some guidance.Thanks

I am trying to generate a GS1 QR Code in IFS Report Designer but cannot find a way to create a group separate to separate the columns that will create the QR Code.   Wadaco Configuration has been created so that FNC1 code 10 = LOT_BATCH_NO and code 241 = PART_NO.   I therefore created a READ ONLY custom field that using the following SELECT statement:   SELECT '10'||lot_batch_no||chr(29)||'241'||part_no FROM INVENTORY_PART_BARCODE WHERE objid = :objid   If I copy and paste the value from the custom field into Wadaco GS1 Barcode 1 on clicking SAVE the the value of the LOT_BATCH_NO is displayed in the Lot Batch field and the value of PART_NO is displayed in the Part No field. Unfortunately, adding the custom field to IFS Report Designer the ascii value appears to be ignored as copying the value displayed on the report and pasting it as above the full value appears in the Lot Batch field. Hi all,Users are required to send E-Invoices including invoices images based on their custom layouts but when processing an e-invoice it always picks the default/standard print layout and generates the xml.There are layouts made based on different country requirements and need to set it up against each company print and currently when trying to send e-invoice there is no option to select it. Is there a way to achieve this or any alternative solutions?Appreciate your answers and suggestions.Thank you.

It seems both apps gets updated and the functionality seems to be quite identical. What is the exact difference between the 2 apps?

A Customer is migrating from APPS8 to IFS Cloud. Before migration process, we have some shop order in Apps8 in state “Parked”. All operations aren’t in state “Parked”, depending on what was already done. Could anyone explain the behavior of Shop Order in State Parked.

Hello IFS Community, I have some custom fields created through Entity Configuration (not by customizing the client file or projection), and I would like to control their visibility based on a condition.For example, I have a custom field named part_no on the Approval page, and I would like it to be visible only when LU_NAME = 'InventoryPartInStock'.How can I achieve this using Page Designer?Any examples — especially with screenshots — would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help.

Our inventory statistical period is created on each month basis. We would like system to fetch dynamically on Parameter Period. If it is running on Dec.1, 2025, then 12 should be feched to paramter Period field. What function/SQL statement we should us in field Period? Thank you.

We have a supplier agreement where the header status is Active, but the part lines are showing status Closed. Because of this, no updates are happening on those lines.Our requirement:We do not want to create new lines. We want to know if there is any way to reopen or reactivate the closed part lines under the same agreement.If reopening is not possible, what is the recommended approach to proceed without creating duplicate lines?Any best practices or configuration tips would be appreciated.

I have a line on a CO that has a supply code of ‘Project’Normally we would create a purchase requisition on the project to drive demand for the part to be purchased, however due to annual leave and permission sets we are unable to. Am I able to create a manual purchase requisition and peg it into the project at a later date? If not, is there a way to drive demand while we wait for the project manager to return from annual leave?

Hi Community, Recently I installed Demand Planner on 23r2 but when I try to add the host ID and save it from the Demand Planner window it returns “Failed to notify the server”Windows Service is running.Does anyone have an idea on this?   

I have encountered an issue with custom fields in the MWO client. When I add an editable custom field under Task Information, I can successfully edit it from the MWO client. However, when I add the same custom field under Customer Information, I am unable to enter any value in that field using the MWO client. Apps for Page Designer MWO Service APP Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a configuration step? How can I make the custom field under Customer Information editable in the MWO client?Thanks Nethmini

Hi All,I have been exploring the new Contractor Management solution in 25R1 for Request Tasks. I like the idea of creating the PO Lines based on actual reported items like time reported of the contractor. There are multiple customers who have modifications for that in the Work Order solution.But I am supprised to see that in the Release Notes there is a restriction. Which makes it not possible to send the Request Task to the mobile of the Subcontractor Resource...Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. It is not possible to utilize Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. Any Request Work Task that is assigned to a Service Contractor cannot be transferred to mobile. I am looking for the reason why this restriction is build in?I have customers who wants to have both their own employees and subcontractors to work with the same mobile Service MWO Solution. But that is not possible for subcontracted orders, as described in the Release Restrictions and by my own test
