Hello,I’m testing MWO app on Windows on 25.2.5 and a transport task was created.A mobile user have to receive the material so the transport task is visible in Move Stock>Incoming Stock – Direct :The user can execute the transport task, it removes the lines from the list.In order to see the transaction on the back offfice, I manually synchronize on the MWO app : When the synchronization is finished, the transport task is again visible and ready to execute and no transaction was created. What seems to be the problem here ?Thanks for your help

IFS Cloud 25R2, Knowledge Article(KA) which appeared in Work Task, the same work task transferred to Mobile, can we see the KA in MWO ?… 

Hi,  I have a requirement where Work Tasks should be Bundled together for ease of Scheduling but still require the ability to flexibly change the status of the Bundled Work Tasks individually - is this possible using MWO in 25R2? See example below.  Bundle Task 1Work Task 1 Work Task 2  Bundle Task 1 is then assigned to a Technician and executed on MWO. Question - can the technician update the status of Work Task 2 to something like Incomplete and marking Work Task 1 and Bundle Task 1 as Work Done?  ThanksTom 

Hi!We use IFS8. There is one CO, 2 lines. 1st line is canceled. 2nd line is deliveried. CO status is delivered. But can’t create invoice. When I query this order from funciton Create Invoice, there is nothing.  There is no way to create invoice.How to fix this problem?      

Hi all,When we create a Custom Field for the mobile app (MWO - ServiceEngApp), there are following 3 steps included.Creating the custom attribute in Entity Configuration. (Solution Manager> Configuration> Entity Configurations> Entity Configuration) Adding the custom attribute in Mobile App Entity. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Entity Details) Adding the custom attribute in the mobile app’s page. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Apps for Page Designer)Out of these 3, only #1 can be included in an Application Configuration Package (ACP). Therefore, what is the best way to handle migration/ deployment of the other 2 items across different environments, without manually creating them again? Any insight on how you have managed this is highly appreciated! Thanks,Dulshan.

Could anyone offer any suggestions as to why the CUPOA and second CR transactions don’t appear to be included in the Customer Analysis ageing?  I’ve tried re-calculating Credit Analysis but it didn’t make any difference.   Any suggestions gratefully received! ThanksLinda24.1.16

Hey, Here’s the situation, wondering if anyone has any insight that could help ?: I have a Single Step Assistant based on a Structure (not a Virtual), with a Single OK CommandThis Assistant is made of Groups that contains fields based on the Structure Attribute, and also a List which is based on an Entity and is Using a Function to get populated with some parameters present in the Structure.  My Process command in the Assistant basically takes one of the values in the structure and populates/refreshes all other fields, including OrderNo, ReleaseNo, SequenceNo. Once executed populated, this allows the List element to properly get populated with the data I have my button also do a RefreshDb instruction , like this:  Here’s the problem: Everything works fine at first, the list populates based on the parameters.However, when I hit the button again, if anything in one of the fields in the list has changed, it does NOT update client side. The call is made to the server (seen with the IFS Dev

Hi Experts,In IEE, user profile settings display a specific set of Order Reports based on the permission sets granted to a user.In Aurena, the same permission set is assigned through the configuration context, which should ideally result in the same set of reports being available.However, in the Aurena client, the Order Reports list displays more reports than what is shown in IEE, even though both are using the same permission set.Should the system display the same set of Order Reports consistently for a user across both Aurena and IEE based on their permission sets?

Hi,There is a requirement for an order report to be generated in Excel format. I came across an IFS document mentioning that this can be achieved via Report Plug-ins (Excel Plugin). Hi everyone,I have some general questions regarding how MSO handles shop order and operation statuses.As far as I understand, MSO mainly considers shop orders in Planned status. However, the Planned status only exists on the shop order header level, while MSO schedules the individual operations. This is where I am currently a bit confused, especially regarding the interaction between the shop order status and the operation status.My questions are:When material is reserved, the shop order header status changes to Reserved. How does MSO handle these shop orders? Are they still considered for scheduling/rescheduling, or are they treated differently?When material is issued, the shop order header status changes to Started. What is the expected MSO behavior in this case?Also, what happens if an operation has already been started, but material has not yet been reserved or issued? How should MSO handle such a scenario?From my understanding, operations that have already been started should not

Hi all,Users are required to send E-Invoices including invoices images based on their custom layouts but when processing an e-invoice it always picks the default/standard print layout and generates the xml.There are layouts made based on different country requirements and need to set it up against each company print and currently when trying to send e-invoice there is no option to select it. Is there a way to achieve this or any alternative solutions?Appreciate your answers and suggestions.Thank you.

Hi TeamWe are currently planning the migration of our IFS Cloud 24R2 environment from on-premises VMware infrastructure to Azure Virtual Machines, and we would like to seek your guidance on the appropriate migration approach.We are evaluating the following two options: Lift-and-Shift (Rehost): Migrating the existing VMware-based environment directly to Azure VMs with minimal changes. Redeployment (Rebuild): Rebuilding the IFS Cloud environment natively in Azure following recommended architecture and deployment practices. Our key questions are:Does IFS recommend Lift-and-Shift for IFS Cloud 24R2 environments, or is a Redeployment approach generally preferred? One of our customers upgraded to 24R2 recently. The release upgrade started on 1/22/2025 and build place was updated on  3/7/2025.Now, in their Build place (DEV) environment, the application version and framework version are different.However, in the relevant TEST (useplace) environment both application and framework versions are the same. Could you please clarify,How something like this could have happened What is the impact this will have on future deliveries/fixes. What can be done to get the useplace and prod environments to the same framework version as dev.

When a Shop Order is Infinite Scheduled (unscheduled by MSO) the Operation Start and Stop Times are consecutive. Each operation step is to begin when the one prior completes.When I run MSO, the last operation step is not scheduled to begin right after the one prior. The first 2 operation steps are “Set Up” and “Test Piece” and have machine set up times. The last operation step (COA) is the actual production run and uses machine run factor.Each operation uses the same work center, resource and labor class. Each shop order is backward scheduled. The only interesting thing I have found is that the first 2 operations, when scheduled by MSO, are scheduled to run at the Start Date and leaves the 3rd operation step for a day before or day of the shop order finish date. What am I missing here? 

When creating a new quote, Site is not highlighted…..Users are missing changing the site since it defaults to the default user site.How can I get it to highlight like the other mandatory fields?

When attempting to use the IFS REST API Task in Workflow, internal API calls always result in a 500 response error. This doesn’t occur when other, external APIs are called the same way (like https://postman-echo.com/post) which run as expected. Calling internal APIs always returns the same 500 error. The APIs worked when called through Postman, however when using the Workflow and attempting to replicate the API request, it fails.For example, here’s the api request I use to get the a Bearer token which fails in IFS Workflow but succeeds in postman:
