Hi, I am trying to figure out how to show multiple decimals in Aurena. I updated Currency Formatting Options in the settings screen to enable more decimals but the UI only shows 2 decimals unless a user activates the cost fields (on the PO line for example) Is there a way to always show more than 2 decimals without having to select the field?

 HiI have more than 300 commission recipients. To calculate this, I need to enter the supplier. I have to do this 300 times a month. The "Commission Receiver *" field is required. How can I execute this without specifying the commissioner's ID?Regards.

Hello.By adding a new line in the purchase requisition screen in the no part requisition lines, we have the following error message when we mention the supplier :A Tax Code is required when supplier tax validation has Transaction Level selected on Company, Tax Control tabI noticed that the tax code is not automatically filled and even if we fill it, the error keeps poping.Other information, the status is set to planned.Any idea to fix this?IFS APPS 10 UPD 5

Hi everyone, When I create a New Request in MWO, it correctly appears in PSO, but the date/time is incorrect.In IFS Cloud, I noticed that the Planned Start value is not transferred. So far, I haven’t been able to identify the root cause.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any ideas what could be causing this?Thank you in advance!

Hello All, I am trying to add all the columns from the column chooser , so i am taking all the columns from left to right side and click Okay than all the columns are visible in list in table format but after that when i am refreshing the screen than columns are not visible and its went back to the left side again in a column chooser. I am trying to add again than again same issue . When i am taking 241 columns total and refresh the screen than its visible but for more than 241 this issue is coming. Same for the Purchase Order Lines tab also here i am able to add 234 fields only if I’ll add more than 234 than this issue is coming.I wanted to know there is some limitation from the IFS side or what. Thanks,Pallavi

Hello, I am attempting to create an arrival to receive a Purchase Order line via REST API. I am inspecting the endpoint calls that Aurena makes during the process, but i’m unable to figure out which call is actually performing the receipt. I see calls to CreateReceiptSet but the payload doesnt include the information from the arrival line (PO #, Line, Etc). I also see CreateArrivalReceipt, but it only uses what i assume is the OBJKEY that is returned from CreateReceiptSet. I know this is a little tricky because an assistant is involved, but I cant seem to make sense of the calls that are happening. Any tips for figuring out how this assistant works?

I get the following error “The update could not be performed since the purchase order record is currently locked. How to setup a 5 day transfer time between incoming goods and start of production as a standard for purchase requisitions so the mrp adds five days automatically to the requested delivery date? 

We are currently working on our IFS Cloud Upgrade project. So we have installed 25R1SU5 on test environment and 24R2SU9 on our dev.This week we realized that the Web DevTools are no longer working for both environments.I suspect the latest update(s) for MS Edge to be the cause of this problem. The problem manifests itself like this. I open IFS Cloud, active the devtools link. Then I press F12 and I can see the standard network traffic from IFS Cloud and I can also Inspect web page elements.As soon as I activate the IFS Web DevTools there is only the start page shown. No network or trace information:Also the network traffic is no longer recorded and stopped. I cannot inspect page elements anymore and the reload for the page is not working. Is anybody else experiencing this problem and has found a solution?

Working in earlier with IFS Developer Studio using Marble, I do remember that I could get hints and guidance when writing code. For example, if a added an attribute to projection entity, I could easily see (by a tool tip or something alike) which settings/preferences I could use for that object. Like a reference documentation in the editor.Is this still possbile to switch on? What do I miss in my setup?/Fredrik 

We have 5 fixed asset objects in IFS that we had in our books for several years but no depreciation has been made on them, they have been marked exclude from depreciation.Now we have to depreciate them this year but when we change the setting to be included the depreciation is starting back in time, from when they where acquired.  We found a solution to starting depreciation a specific date by creating a new depreciation method but we still have an issue for 2 of the 5 fixed assets objects. They where depreciated once in 2018 and therefor we can't change the depreciation method so we still need help with a solution for those two objects.  Its not possible to add a new line or remove the existing line under the book tab 

Hello, I want to create a new CF in QMAN_CATEGORICAL_RESULTS, but I am not sure what should I add as WHERE parameter. In entity configuration is in additional views view QMAN_CATEGORICAL_RESULTS, but I cant use order_no, neither part_no, only objkey, but this retrieves wrong values. I thought that I can use any of the column which is in additional view table, but thats not true. 

Hi,In some instances we want to enter a Supplier Invoice but we do not want IFS to automatically match it to the Purchase Order receipts - for example if there are lots of received lines for a PO but multiple invoices, each with only one or two lines. The first invoice for the PO matches to all the PO Lines. Then subsequent invoices match to nothing.We can remove the lines that are automatically matched and then match manually.Just wondered if you could switch the automatic match of for a single Supplier.Any help, much appreciated.Cheers,Graham

Hello, i have a weird issue. The first time someone logs into our IFS Cloud environment the login screen looks different. If i use incognito or InPrivate i am able to replicate the issue so i assume it is cache related. It started happening after our latest delivery (ServiceUpdate 24.2.10).First login:Second login:Any tips?

One of our customer experienced an issue during the week end , the service Astea Data Handler Dispatcher stopped and no” outbound messages” were sent to an external system.It looks like when we restart the service the messages which were not generated during the week end where lost. Hello we experience the following with SSO enabled on mobileedge on a mobile device using Astea mobile apps, continuously the system indicate downloading, then asteamobile edge open then the screen goes back to downloading again and again in a loop. what could be the cause ? it’s note related to the mobile device becauce with the same apps i’am able to connect to an other environment with SSO enable without any issue, note also our test environment have only one mobile server. Objective: Access Template that gives view access to all usersThe solution to this used to be to create an Access Template with the Person ID = *This worked so long as * was not the person ID for the appowner, IFSAPP. (Easy solution: make a new person ID = IFSAPP and associate it with the user IFSAPP.)However, when a customer using Cloud 24R2 SU8 tried to do this, there was an error message that * is not allowed as a Person ID; no mention about appowner, just that * is not allowed at all.If that’s the case, what is the solution for this common business requirement.Thanks

 Default Planned Cost driver and Progress method are both set to Connected objects.This settings are rarely in use for estimates and progress in our company…. and our users often forget to change them… this creates a problem when you set your baseline, since it does not fetch our estimates, but try to find amounts from Connected objects.So,-how to change default Planned cost driver and Progress method?That would help our endusers a lot!

Hi Team,I have a request from customer to have a workflow to manage supplier invoice arrival. We already introduced Supplier invoice workflow using Posting proposal. However, there business scenario is like belowIndustry - Construction & EngineeringScenario AP team receive the supplier invoices directly from the Supplier and they need to assign this to Project Managers or Procurement team to get the source reference Eg: PO RefIs there an alternative solution to handle this requirement.I explained that AP team needs to get the invoices from the person who originate the transactions. However, looking for a solution to handle the exception where, AP team get invoice directly and they need to route it to different person via IFS Application.BR/Narmada
