Hi All,We have a requirement to sync IFS absence requests (AURENA) with user’s outlook calendar. Any existing functionality to fulfill this requirement?Regards,MalinG.

We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.2.  Microsoft just forced updated Office to 2507 (19029.20136) which broke our IFS Excel add-ins.  Users that stayed on 2506 are still OK.Issue is, when you click login, the add-in panel briefly flashes and does not bring up the login window for IFS cloud.Anyone else have this issue?

Hi,I am looking to see if I can get a better idea of what values are expected to be passed against ‘StdNameId’ attribute when working with the Part Handling API please - (ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PartHandling.svc).I believe that it requires a numerical value from 0 to 10, but I want to understand what outcomes are driven by each of these values please. Is there documentation that supports the API usage here other than the API Explorer? Thanks

Hallo community!I am trying to configure IFS CLOUD to trigger a message when a Sales Part is not available that has a substitute part set up that is available. But so far, I have failed. Hi, We have just upgraded from Apps10 to CLoud.  Cloud no longer has a sticky note feature, I am trying to find the best way to convert the data held in the table to readable text.  My hope is to create a custom field on the table and then populate it with the data.  However when I try to convert I am getting the following in the field. {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Trebuchet MS;}}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang2057\f0\fs20 new PO has been created\par\parplease see \fs20 E200049\lang1033\par} What is the best way to get the actual text ?

Does anyone have a clear-cut document that outlines each activity/step to perform during the Year-End Process and Month-End Process in both IFS Cloud and Apps 10?Are there any differences between Cloud and Apps10?

I am looking for a better explanation of the settings for ‘Editable’ in Object Connection Transformations than what is provided in the F1 Help for Service Name = DocReferenceObject. Some examples would be beneficial also.Scenario: I have a Source LU ‘A’ and a Target LU ‘B’. I connect a document revision to source LU ‘A’.For each of the three possible values for ‘Editable’ (Source, Target, None):What am I able to do with documents at the Source, i.e., connect additional documents, detach documents, etc., and what effect does this have at the Target? What am I not able to do with documents at the Source? What am I able to do with documents at the Target, and what effect does this have at the Source? What am I not able to do with documents at the Target? My reason for asking this is the documentation provided on this attribute is provided below, with my additions entered in parentheses.None - This indicates that the inherited object connection is read only and no new connections can be mad

Issue Description: An issue occurs when creating an MRB case from the Shop Floor Workbench (Dispatch List). Although the MRB case is created successfully, the application becomes stuck on the "Enter and View Results" screen within the Control Plan, preventing users from continuing or interacting further with the page.Due to this behavior, users are unable to proceed with workshop activities and demonstrate the expected business process flow, which is impacting ongoing project validations and progress.Environment: IFS CLOUD 25R2Test Plan:Step 1: Create a Shop Order with an Active Control Plan status, enter the required Need Date, and release the Shop Order after assigning an operation number to a material line.Example: Shop Order 213204, Site X.Step 2: Open Shop Floor Workbench, filter by Shop Order 213204, select the operation line with quality controls defined (Operation 30), and create an analysis from the Control Plan menu.Step 3: Open Enter Inspection Results, enter a valid result

It’s not the first time that I’m facing a very (VERY) strange and completely random problem in Assyst… We’re starting the project and the database is still hosting a small amount of data, but sometimes, I create a record and Assyst simply doesn’t show it right away… The last time it happened, I was able to see the record (that was an item) only the next day, when I started to work again… :P At that moment, I thought that was something to do with permissions, but it wasn’t.Now, it happened again… I’ve just created a new Generic Class, a Product Class and a Product… The first two ones showed just fine, but the Product is not listed… Look:    I’ve restarted assyst server service, but the record’s still not showing… I’ve searched for an indication of a problem in the database but it’s working just fine…  Please help me! I cannot have this problem, a really big in my point of view, so early in the project… What if it keeps happening when we’re live and unable to find the data we need to sup

All, hope someone here can correct the mistake I’ve made. I’m wanting to pull through a field from the serial object as read only to the maintenance plan analysis page. The field is not there as a reference so I am having to use a select statement and I’m getting the below error. I’m not a tech preson so not sure what I’ve done incorrectly, all help appreciated.

The effective viewport area is insufficient for practical use. Would it be possible to refine the interface density to maximize the usable canvas, per the annotations in my reference image?

Hi,We’re trying to create an Event Action that will automatically email suppliers with the Payment Advice PDF attached, but I’m not sure how to configure it correctly.I’ve started creating this Event Action as shown below:  I have then filled in the Email requirements using what I thought were the appropriate fields, but I’m unsure how to correctly populate the supplier’s email address. I’m also not sure what the PDF_PARAMETER_1 through to PDF_PARAMETER_15 references are used for. Could their purpose be explained?  Any guidance would be appreciated, Thank you Ash

Hi All, While I was closing old Work Orders, I had to close old Work tasks inside them. I noticed that I can close the Work Tasks without closing the Work Assignments inside it which seemed to be easy as the assignments were sent to mobile and cannot be closed from cloud. Is it a good practice to close the Work Task without closing the assignments as the end target is to close the Work Order to “Work Done” status? If not, then is there a way to close the assignments which are sent/transferred to mobile?  Thanks in advance for the help. Regards,Mani

We have a slight issue on our cloud environment; the Work Tasks screen is in accessible because the back-end view  ACTIVE_SEPARATE was replaced with a different version accidentally.  The select statement within the original  view was saved down before the view was overwritten so we have that but the column headings of the view were not saved is there a codebase anywhere where this can be retrieved from?Thank you

Hi All,Does IFS Cloud 26R1 Middle Tier support Ubuntu 24? Thank You.

We are running the cleanup of inventory background job daily, we have this set to 0 days before current date so it will clear everything with an old activity date. The job is running each day as I can see that it is clearing out inventory, however I am left with lines that will not clear. These lines have 0 on hand quantity, 0 in transit, are not frozen and the last activity date is prior to the job being executed.  The transaction history for these parts are also showing as old dates.  Is there anything else that would block these lines from clearing when the cleanup background job is executed? Thanks
