Hello everyone,I'm trying to update a value in an invoice, but it's not working. For testing, I hardcoded the Company and InvoiceId values.Here are the screenshots of the steps: Read Invoice Data Update Invoice Final Read The OurReference field doesn't update—Step 3 still shows the old value.However, it works when using Postman.Any ideas why this might be happening? 

We have a purchase part with the following setup:Inventory part Part Type = Purchased Sales part Sourcing = InventoryWhen the part is added to a customer order line, the Supply Code defaults to “Inventory.” However, sometimes there is a need to change the Supply Code to “Purchase Order Direct” and have a PO automatically created and pegged. However, we have been unable to do that.   Here is the scenario:Customer order Status is “Planned”. Part is added to a customer order line. Supply code defaults to “Inventory”. Change the Supply Code to “Purchase Order Direct”. No Supplier’s appear in the list to select. On Save, receive the following message: Not allowed to save the Supply Code change to “Purchase Order Direct”. Question:Is there a way to change the Supply Code on the customer order line from “Inventory” to Purchase Order Direct”? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, We can add Related Account (referance to another customer - Customer B) to a SalesQuotation belonging to Customer A.When we open Customer B - we can not see which Sales Quotations are ralated to this customer. Do anybody knows where to find it (overview of related SQ to a customer)? Account CRM does not contain this information.Br.Barbara

We need to assign employees/teams to shop order operations. According to the documentation for IFS Apps 10, this feature is available from the Shop Order Operations RMB and also in the Shop Floor Workbench.However, when I checked in the IEE client (Apps 10), I couldn’t find this option anywhere. In Aurena, it is available (in the same environment as the IEE client).Initially, in Aurena, the command button was not visible because CBS(Constraint Based Scheduling) was active on all sites. Since we do not use CBS, we disabled it. After that, the “Assign Employee/Team” option became visible in Aurena.Now, we need to check whether this functionality is also available in the IEE client, because the currently used client is IEE.Is this feature supported in the IEE client for Apps 10?Current version: Apps 10 UPD 18

Hi All, We have a requirement of creating dozens of workflows which need to send data to a single API endpoint.This would need hardcoding the authentication details, endpoint URL in each of the workflows.It would be much easier if we were to write one workflow for sending data to the API and call that from the other workflows. Hi,after converting a lead to business opportunity, IFS create automatically a background task named :CRM Business Opportunity inference request ( Business_Opportunity_API.Inference_Request_Deferred__ )but this task always falls in error :The [ML_BUSINESS_OPP_CLOSE_STAT] setup is incomplete. Please train and activate the model before using.do you have any idea about this task ? how to disable it or how to fix it ?because I searched in DB tasks and events but I didn’t find any task with this name Thnk you.Regards.

 There is a scenario where a report code is valid from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. These validity dates are maintained consistently in both the Report Code and Report Code Details windows. The Standard Internal Price is also defined using the same validity date range.  We now have a requirement to extend the validity of the report code to 12/31/2027. While the system allows the validity date to be amended in the Report Code window, the updated date is not reflected in the Report Code Details window.As a result, it is not possible to maintain or update the sales price for the extended future period. Could you please clarify whether this behavior is expected by design, or if this is a system defect? Additionally, please advise if any further configuration or steps are required to enable future-dated pricing.

I know there are a plethora of AP Automation products available in the IFS marketplace.  Does anyone know if IFS themselves have any plans to offer this as part of the standard product?   ThanksLinda

Hello Community,Can the logic of a standard IFS Cloud operational report definition be modified? Is it possible to customize the existing report, or is it recommended to create a new custom report instead? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.                                                         

The full error message is “The customer order is not allowed to be released. Interim orders exist but are in the past or they exist but the capability check has failed. Please run the capability check again.” The case i’m looking is this:Create a customer order with a line that has a CTP planned part. Release this order. You will get a date in “Latest release date” column and also the “Capability check” column is checked. let time pass so that the current date is passed “Latest release date”. Credit-block the customer Reserve the material to the customer order line. The customer order should be blocked when you reserve the material. Go to “Blocked info” from the CO and try to release the order; you will get the error message and the customer-order will remain blocked.There is to me no known way to release the customer order from the credit-block; and the order is now stuck and cannot be delivered and invoiced.Has anyone hit this issue and know of a workaround? Hello Champs,I am working on two lobbies in IFS Cloud. The requirement is simple: from the first lobby, when a user clicks on a record in a list tile, a value should be passed as a page parameter to the second lobby.The challenge is that the value to be passed is computed via an API in the data source of the first lobby, not a direct field from the table. While the page parameter exists in both lobbies, it is currently receiving null when the row is clicked.For example, the URL configured in the tile is something like:lobby/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx?pageParams=EMPLOYEE_ID:${record.EMPLOYEE_ID} I would appreciate guidance or best practices on how to reliably pass API-computed values from a list tile in one lobby to another lobby.Thank you in advance!

Hello, when I want to open page, this error occured:  This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection.To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. In the response there can be more detailed information about the exception.Error details: N/A I open DevTools → Network and in this operation was status code 200, I dont know what should I do

Why does the system allow issuing a quantity greater than what is defined in the Repair Action (Add)? Shouldn’t this be restricted to avoid mismatches between the consumed quantity for the repair and the as-built structure revision generated at MLRSO receipt? Environment – IFS Cloud 24.1Create and release an MLRSO for a serial-tracked repair part. In Shop Order → Materials, issue the component part representing the repair part. Go to Shop Order Multilevel Repair Structure, select the repair part node, and add a repair action: Define a serial-tracked part (Quantity = 1), select a repair reason, and confirm. Return to Shop Order → Materials, then: Reserve Quantity = 2 of the component part using Manual Reservation. Issue both reserved serials using Manual Issue. My workplace is about to upgrade to Cloud version 25R1 and I have a question about the Workflow Designer feature. When using WorkFlow Designer is it possible to call custom PL/SQL functions/procedures/packages (that I have created myself)  from the canvas area (see screen cap below).The back-end database will be hosted on our own premises so if I add objects to that db can I access them in a Workflow? Also will I be able to pass in values from the Workflow to functions/procedures and return values etc.? I don’t have access to the new environment yet so I can’t try it myself.Thank you. 

Hi all,We have a requirement to apply dual sourcing through the product structure:two different but interchangeable components that should be used in, for example, a 50/50 ratio.Using phase in/phase out doesn’t seem like a good solution, because shifting schedules cause new purchase requisitions to move from product A to product B within the lead times.Dual sourcing via Purchasing isn’t possible either, because the two components are physically different items and therefore must be procured as separate components.Does anyone have a suggestion on how this could be handled within standard IFS Cloud?Thanks in advance!

Good morning/afternoon.I'm not very familiar with the Rest API and currently I’m developing a project that will automate some events in my workspace, and I'm having a hard time retrieving the full description of an event from a request. I can get the short description, the custom fields, and basically every other piece of data I've looked for — but I can't retrieve the full description.I've already tried the following (and other similar) requests:/assystREST/v2/events/{event_id}/assystREST/v2/events/{event_id}?fields=customFields,customFields.singleSelectValue,customFields.systemLookupValue,customFields.multiSelectValues I also know it's probably not under actions, but I tried this as well:/assystREST/v2/actions?eventId={event_id}At the image you can see what I’m looking for. Thank you in advance for your support.

I have a question regarding an electronic Kanban circuit. Is it possible to directly deduct the inventory to a cost center once the transport task has been executed, instead of transferring it to a location? This is to prevent incorrect stock levels on the shop floor, particularly for small packaging materials and fasteners. I would like to add the cost of these materials to the product cost by applying a surcharge.

Hi,We are migrating from version 9 to Cloud (22.1.5) and I am having trouble with an import of Currency rate. In version 9 we generate rate files into a directory on the server and IFS task go take this file and import currency rate.In Cloud version, I cannot see my directory on my server.
