Hi Community From this screen I can grant HR Manager access. It works. However, it applies to all the companies at once right? How shall I grant access to only one company? Not position access, I just want to grant HR access to Peter for the Company 10 above.  The employee is a multi company employee and that has to be retained. Otherwise I can easily take off the access to the companies other than company 10 and grant HR Application Manager Access.Thanks,Asela

Some end users are getting Error 400 and Error 502 when opening an additional tab with IFS Cloud in both Edge and Chrome.This is now happening to more users. They have cleared browser history/cache to no avail.Is there anyone that has had similar issues like this in Cloud?Br hans

Community, Wondering how to enable below RMB function “Approve For Pay”/”Unapprove For Pay”? 

Dear community,When you create a disassembly shop order, we can see the supply quantity based on the scrap factor when when you try to receive it, the system populates the Remaining quantity to receive. Shop Order does not even close the shop order if you only receive the the supply quantity (highlighted below) and and it wait to auto close until remaining quantity is received. Is this scrap factory only used for a planning purpose? Is there a way to get the supply qty as the default qty to be received and auto close the shop order once received that quantity?  

Do we need to add custom fields to each LU individually in order to include company-related data in standard reports? For example, if we want to display the company's web address on both the Purchase Order and Customer Invoice reports, do we have to add it separately to the PurchaseOrder LU and the CustomerInvoice LU?Alternatively, can we use the Company LU and access the data in both reports?Is there also a way to define a global variable for such data?

We have set up the ORDERS message with the XML tag <MESSAGE_TYPE>QUOTATION</MESSAGE_TYPE>  but the order is still coming in as an order where do you amend this  so that it creates a quotation.   Thank you

Just the like the title says, is there a way to reserve and issue material to a shop order from one activity simply by having it in the same PNG without having to do the overhead of a MTR.

When an employee record is updated, is it possible to see the ID that changed it and date of change? I’m not finding a field in the export template wizard that provides this information.

Hi all,we´ve updated from FSM6_U25 to FSM6_U31 a few weeks ago. Now we´re facing an issue with the DebrieTaskAttachment screen.We are able to upload attachments but the attachments are not displayed in the mobile-client.What we figured out so far, it´s related to our design as it works with the base design.We´re using only the windows-client. Does anybody have the same issue or knows how to solve this issue?ThanksBenjamin 

Hello there!I am currently addressing an issue with our user permission sets.We have two companies currently registered, and one of our users must have access to both companies and sites.However, he should only be permitted to view the engineering module from site 2, not site 1.Please, what is the proper way to adjust his permissions?Thank you!

Community, any idea where does the below PO line Pre-posting info resides?  which file name? does these info stay in the same file forever or removed after posted to GL?We need a quick report that needs these info. 

Community, In Inventory Transaction History window, we can see accounting information in Accounting tab. We would like to create a report that show not only inventory transaction ID but also the accounting info. when I am browsing the file MPCCOM_ACCOUNTING that are under tab Accounting, I don’t see any data column could be the keys that can be linked with inventory transaction, e.g. Transaction ID, Site, Part No…. how we could make this report? any idea?

Hello everyone,I try to add a navigation link between Shop Floor Workbench page and NRC Connection Objects page.The search parameter is the keyref of the nrc connection page, which contains Contract and PartNo (available from Workbench page), like : (startswith(tolower(KeyRef),'contract=vern^partno=ac130m39403'))The problem is I’m not able in any way to make it workIf I use the variables as filter value, it will add simple quote ( ‘ ) as prefixe and suffixe of the value, which break the search syntax.Like : (startswith(tolower(KeyRef),'contract=’vern’^partno=’ac130m39403'’))I can’t make a search by contract and by partNo because partNo is not available as search / filter on the NRC Connection pageIs there a way to make this link works ?

Hi, In IFS Cloud, the CO lines cannot be Unpegged from its Shop Order and changed to Invent Order when the Customer Order status is Blocked due to the below error message.  However, in the IFS Apps 09 environment, this function is possible where a CO line could be Unpegged from its Shop Order and the Supply Code would be changed to Invent Order without any error message even though the CO is in Blocked state. Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the Supply Code of Blocked Orders in IFS CLOUD environment? ​Thanks!

Hi, A service order SV1, with a serial n° filled in the header, is resolved. An new service order SV2 is created to uninstall this serial n°. But when the user wants to validate the “uninstall” line in the SV2, Alliance does not authorised this and send a blocking message to inform him  that there is an order 'SV1' opened for this installed item and hence it cannot be uninstalled.We have this message even if the SV1 is in audit or is awaiting invoicing. So if our customer wants to invoice/put in history the SV only at the end of the month, he can’t uninstall the item before this date in an other SV.And for customers that don’t use Alliance for Invoicing and want to put in history their SV only 3 or 4 months after resolution, it is the same problem.Do you know a way to avoid this ?  (and our customer doesn’t want to erase the serial n° field in the SV1, what could be a solution). Thanks by advance

It failed with below error‘The directory id MY_USERID is not allowed to run the application.ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 140ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 341ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 329ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.LOGIN_SYS", line 136ORA-06512: at line 1” Just to mention that I got IFS_ALL permission and I can also run the QR in the frontend. I tried other QR also without success.When I change “Execute As” to ‘System’ it also fail with a different error ‘Entity instance not found. (QUICK_REPORT - QUICK_REPORT_ID=813974.0)’.Also to mention that we are on APP10 update 15.Much appreciate your help
