Bundled Tasks and Individual Execution Question

Hi, 

 

I have a requirement where Work Tasks should be Bundled together for ease of Scheduling but still require the ability to flexibly change the status of the Bundled Work Tasks individually - is this possible using MWO in 25R2? See example below. 

 

Bundle Task 1

  • Work Task 1
  • Work Task 2 

 

Bundle Task 1 is then assigned to a Technician and executed on MWO. 

Question - can the technician update the status of Work Task 2 to something like Incomplete and marking Work Task 1 and Bundle Task 1 as Work Done?

Hi,

No,  a Bundle task is executed as one assignment, therefore this is not possible. 

If any connected tasks cannot be completed, there is a function to disconnect it from the bundle but keep it as an independent task in mobile.  This allows the technician to set that task to incomplete.
