Hi, We have a customer who has 800+ line items in the Project Deliverables Material Plans. When executing "Create Supply Request" for the total line items below error pops up.IFS Web Version: 24.1.14.20250702093228.0Date: 2025-10-06T03:25:57.448Z --------------------------------------------------------------------------- DeliveryStructureItemExecutionHandling/ItemDetails (server error)Database error occurred. Contact administrator.Error details: [{"code":1460,"message":"ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested"}]But when we execute it in two batches (350,450 each) the error is not there and Supply Requests are created without any errors.Is there a limitation on how many line items can be converted at one go? Any experience in handling large number of Material Plan line items?  

Hello,I would like to ask if there is a manual for setting up a local implementation of the IFS Cloud environment. Will I need to install all updates and deliveries? What about the database and its structure? The purpose of this setup is to create an instance for disaster recovery.

Hi Guys,I am in cloud version 25.1.1I am seeing this behaviour in the Inventory transactions history. I can see some Handling units ID s are visible for OESHIP transactions but some Handling unit ID s are not visible. Seems these are grouped based on the part and the lot batch numbers.If I select the dropdown for the lines that Handling unit ID is not visible, all the handling units that shipped from the part and lot batch is visible in there. I think IFS sort handling units from Source ref, part and lot batch number. But If I query for that handling unit ID, OESHIP transaction is not coming up.My client is always use handling units for shipping and previous versions I was able to query from the Handing unit ID and search for OESHIP transaction specifically.Was this a design change comapred to APP10. Lot of my reports are also depend on the Handling unit IDs in Inventory Transactions History . Any workarounds for this? I saw there is another page called “Inventory transaction history d

Hello All,Is their any screen to view upload or removal of documents from the PR and PO screen.I would like to know who and when has uploaded or deleted or modified the document.I did check the document revision screen but it didnt help and also their is no record present in Order history.Kindly help me with this.Regards,Kruthika

Hi,For a product with a purchase price of 0,5 EUR each, our customer has negociated with his supplier to purchase 19800 units, with a 55% dicount only for this product, for a total line price of 4455 EUR :19800 * 0,5 * 0,45 = 4455 EUR, so 19800 * 0,225 = 4455 EURBut with only 2 digits authorized in a PR line cost, if we use 0, 23 instead of 0,225 the result is 4454 EUR and if we use 0,24 instead of 0,225 the result is 4752 EUR. In both cases the result is wrong. Do you know a way to use 3 digits in a PR line coste or another solution to obtain in our case the right total amount ? NB. The customer doesn’t want to create a purchase requisition line with  198 units, with 2,25 EUR each and using UOM “ten” (so the total = 4455) because this has no sense tu use the “ten” uom for their PR. Thanks by advance  

We use pegging in shop orders a lot, and having just started using the ‘projects’ section of IFS we are now in a position where we are executing our first builds.  We need to peg a shop order (created through shop order requisitions) into a shop order material line that has a supply type of ‘project inventory’ but are struggling with this? Is this possible, or does IFS stop you from pegging to project inventory lines? 

Is there a way to supress some of these options in “Shop Floor Workbench” with page designer or another method?  We spent quite a bit of time in the “Dialog” portion of page designer but couldn’t find a way. We also do not want to use “Shop Floor Reporting User Settings per Site” as it’s to granular and is missing options we’re trying to supress. Using 24R1 currently.   

Got a question from a end-user during testing of 25R1 SU3 that I just repost here.She has been using the options on  ‘?’ frequently to get the syntax correct for her queries.Can someone explain why it has been removed?   25R1 SU3 - available options for a date field24R1 SU12 - available options for a date field> greater than search still works in 25R1 :-)  

HelloThere is an issue where, after a change order has been updated to a PO, the PO still shows a box labeled 'Pending Changes.' The related change order status is 'PO Updated.' Has anyone else encountered this problem?   Thanks,Raana

Hi all,we are using the NGSM with Requests and Request Work Tasks.When planning we face a big issue when it comes to transferring Work Tasks:If one assignment is transferred to mobile it is not possible to transfer a second assignment.So it is impossible to send a second technician to the same Task if required but not initially known.Or if some mistake was made during assigning. For example in the Dispatch Console if one resource demand is assigned and directly transferred before assigning the second demand, it is no longer possible to send the second one to the technicians mobile.We have now cases, where one assignment is already set to completed and the second one is not even transferred to mobile. But because the first one is completed it is also not possible to cancel the assignment.So the only solution is to cancel the complete Task and create a new one.Is there any way to get this done, that I am not aware of?Example: Second assignment cant be transferred anymore 

Community, We don't see the solution that O level structure could be transferred like what we do manufacturing structure in IFS. We are in APP10  Did we miss anything? Thank you. 

Hi, I tried to call CustomerOrderHandling.CustomerOrder_ManualCreditCheck to see whether the order is blocked by credit reason. But I noticed one thing.Order in site A, it is not blocked, then BlockReason is “FALSE”   Order in site B, it is not blocked, then BlockReason is null.   I would like to know both “FALSE” and null means the order is not blocked? Are there any other values will be that? Or how to decide the order is not blocked.

Hi,I want to put default value = Tax on Taxliability field in Business Opportunity lines but I don’t find Default value set up in Page designer. I have seen and done it on some other fields on other pages but I don’t find it in this case. Does someone know if there are other options to fix it? We have 24R2SU2, thanks. 

We have a raw material that needs to be changed from regular purchase to consignment part.  I know to change the Ownership to Consignment in the Supplier for Purchase Part and to update our default location so we meet the requirements of consignment parts in stock.  My question is what if we have current Inventory in Stock?  Do we need to do something with it?  We are in APPS10 update 11

Hi,There is function call ‘Copy Postings’ in MSI. However, it didn’t get copy the postings from previous invoice even I select the invoice with similar values. Is there any other basic data setup that we need to set. I checked in the cloud documents too and couldn’t find any specific setting.Note - I checked with 2 companies and 1 company is enabled for ‘Supplier Posting Propasal’ and other company is not. not worked for any of the company.  

Hi there,I’m working on Quality Management - Non Conformance Reports (IFS Cloud 23R2) and I’m trying to ‘activate ‘ the standard available ‘Approval Process’ (NCR section Attachments). It is (standard) possible to attach this Approval Process, but it seems that it’s not active? To be more specific: while handling the NCR via the workflow Disposition, Correction, Verification, the NCR is automaticly set to ‘Closed’ after Verification, regardless the fact that the linked Approval Process is still open?Hopefully someone can help me with this?Thx!

We have a tank that holds 200,000 lbs of oil and each truckload of oil we receive as a purchase part is approximately 75,000 lbs.  We would like to lot track the oil and have every truck load received have a lot applied.If we were to receive 75,000 lbs of LOT A into the 200,000 lb tank and some of that oil is consumed, then 75,000 lbs of LOT B is received into the same 200,000 lb tank, we would like to have one lot in the tank called LOT B (or other name) but if we were to look in IFS where LOT A was used every product that had some LOT B (or other name) in it would show in the list of where LOT A was used.Our main question is, does IFS Cloud (24R1 or beyond) have the ability to combine lots and maintain lot traceability? If so, how do we set this up?We would also want to stop the user from receiving a 4th lot into the tank until the tank is emptied.  So, in the above example they would be able to receive LOT C into the tank but when they try to receive LOT D it would fail and let them

In developer studio when we have used @DynamicComponentDependency XXX in a .projection or .client file, from where does it finds out that the given component is installed or not.In .plsvc and .plsql files, when you have @DynamicComponentDependency XXX it adds the condition $IF Component_XXX_SYS.INSTALLED $THEN to the code.But how does this work for .client and .projection file? Does the Developer Studio looks at somewhere like solutionSet.yaml and decide whether to add that code during the Code Generation step? Or does it look up somewhere else?

Hi Community,Appreciate some assistance or your experience in this regard. We are experiencing the below error when attempting to view or download a document file.Error: Something went wrong when downloading or saving the file using Aurena Agent. Error Message: File is being scanned and cannot be downloaded at this time. Try Again Later.We transferred the documents from the DB to the File Share Repository.Transfer has successfully completed. I am able to view/download some of the doc rev files. But some files give the above error message. If I try it again for some doc revs it is possible to view / download but for some other doc revs the file cannot be downloaded or viewed at all.Anyone had a similar experience and fixed it?Is Aurena Agent Mandatory to view / download if the repository is File Storage? If I attempt to copy file to Local folder system says Aurena Agent is required. NOTE:I connected IFSAPP user to a person record before I performed the transfer from DB to File Storage R

HelloI have an EAM project. I need to know if the dispatch console can work with Services.I can see the work tasks in the console, but I can't see the resources.What configuration should I have to achieve this?I can configure the configuration in FSM, but I can't access the resources in EAM.  

Only one P/N can be registered in the TOP template structure.For example, with the GEnx Engine, P/Ns such as GEnx-1B64P1 and GEnx-1B74/75P1 exist depending on the rating, and I would like to manage them, but creating and managing a hierarchy for each one is a hassle. Basically, since the subordinate products do not change, I would like to have alternate P/Ns in the same template structure.I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to simplify this management.

Hi all, We’re currently using IFS (IFS Cloud 22R1) and have come across an issue regarding customer order charges.When a customer order includes a freight charge without connecting to any order line and the customer has already reached their credit limit, the order gets credit blocked — as expected. However, the system still processes and invoices the charge line separately, even though the order is not delivered.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a way to stop IFS from invoicing order charges separately in such cases, or is this a known system limitation?Appreciate any insights or suggested workarounds! Best regards,Harsha

All,When using condition based PM Action, is there a way to reduce the forecast calculation that is auto started when a measurement is entered? It’s currently looking like it goes out 2 years, or over 1000 lines and this is impacting the saving of the measurement.Any suggestions on how to improve this are very much appreciated as we just starting to use this part of the softwareIFS Cloud 24R2Thanks in advance, Sarah

Hi mates,Iam recieving Invalid parameter: redirect_uri When trying to access the Scheduling workbench, after activating the Scheduling Configuration Optimization. Test Connection is successful. Anybody passed by such issue? Note that, if i deactivate the Optimization configuration, I can access Scheduling workbench.Iam using IFS Cloud 24R1 + PSO 6.13.Thanks//
