Hi Experts,

In IEE, user profile settings display a specific set of Order Reports based on the permission sets granted to a user.

In Aurena, the same permission set is assigned through the configuration context, which should ideally result in the same set of reports being available.

However, in the Aurena client, the Order Reports list displays more reports than what is shown in IEE, even though both are using the same permission set.

Should the system display the same set of Order Reports consistently for a user across both Aurena and IEE based on their permission sets?

Hi @udgnhlh,

No, it is not guaranteed that Aurena and IEE will display the exact same set of Order Reports, even if the same permission set is assigned.

In IEE, visibility is controlled through Presentation Objects, while in Aurena it is controlled through Projections and related grants.  Because these are two different security and UI frameworks, the way reports are exposed and filtered in each client can differ. This means Aurena may show additional reports if they are available through granted projections, even if they are not explicitly visible in IEE.

So in practice, some variation between IEE and Aurena is expected behavior, not necessarily a defect. If strict alignment is required, you need to review projection grants, report definitions, and any client‑specific filtering logic separately in Aurena.
