Enable Use of Obsolete Products

Hi, for our customer, in Prompts(service) module, “Enable Use of Obsolete Products” is switched OFF. When we add a Material Demand in a service order, in the Product Lookup the obsolte products appear, it’s only if we select one of this products that the user has a pop’up message “You cannot add an obsolete product '…..' to a Material Demand.Do you know if in a next version it will be possible to hide such products in the Product Lookup when “Enable Use of Obsolete Products” is switched OFF, and inventory qty =0. (and add this option in the QBE of the lookup. Il the user switch ON this slider in the QBE, then list also the obsolete products...)Thanks

Navigate to page with treeview from Aurena lobby

Hi all,I have page that contains a part with sub parts. In Aurena, it shows like this: I can click on “Expand” and navigate to the sub parts.When making the navigation from a lobby it navigates to the part (item) and not a tree: How do I tell the lobby that it should navigate to the tree and not the Item?Current navigation from lobby:page/EstimateItem/EstimateNodeForm?$filter=EstimateId eq $[estimate_id] and EstimateRevisionNo eq $[estimate_revision_no]

Work Orders tab in Isolation Order

Hello,maybe someone can clarify for what purpose the tab “Work Orders” is needed in the form “Isolation Order”?Work orders there are attached only manually. If Work Order is connected to Isolation Order via Permit, the information of such Work Order doesn’t appear in this tab. Such connection is seen only in the form “Work Orders, Permits and Isolation Orders”, but not on Isolation Order.So I do not understand for what purpose this tab is needed in Isolation Order. Connections of Isolation Order and Work Orders that are made in this tab doesn’t apply any rules for Isolation Order and Work Orders dates too.

Customer Order background job does changed from POST to READY

Hello All,I’m encountering an issue with the background job responsible for releasing customer orders from Planned status. The job seems to get stuck with the status POST, and I have to manually intervene to change it to READY before the customer order can move from Planned to Released.I’ve confirmed that the order is not being blocked, as it would otherwise move to Blocked status.Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.POSTManually changing the statusThis is the only way that the order get releaseAny idea why this is not happening automatically? Thanks,JL

Is it possible to have pre-filled forms (assystNET)

Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig

Minimum work hours - Parameter list

Hi All,Customer has a working schedule where Mon to Thursday 8.25 hours and on Fridays 4.5 hours and which allows employee to login anytime and they are expected to work only 4 hours to complete a day I was able to get this minimum work hours setup successful using the parameter list functionality for Monday to Thursday but I'm unable to find a way to do it for Fridays. Subscription Vs Perpetual license model: Clarification required :

Currently, we operate on a perpetual license model within Apps10 IE. We need clarification regarding the points mentioned below.1. Do we have the option to maintain the perpetual licensing model, or are we required to transition to a subscription license when we upgrade to IFS Cloud?2. Is IFS Cloud available for on-premises deployment with the IFS Cloud perpetual license?3. The same IFS10 Perpetual license can be continued without any additional cost in the IFS Cloud ( Cloud Perpetual License mode) .4. If we decide to surrender our perpetual Full User Licenses and Limited User Licenses, would this lead to a reduction in our current AMC costs?4. Is there is any category in the user licenses like LTU ( Limited Task User ) and Full User Limit.5. We need full understanding of the subscription model Vs perpetual license model, if any document available, please share the same.

Import view copy with the create document assistant

Dear experts,With IFS Cloud 22R2, when using the create document assistant, the view copy (PDF file) is not imported in addition to the original document.On the contrary, if I check-in a document from the document revision window, the both files (PDF & original) are imported.Is it normal that it is not working with the create document assistant ? I remember that in V8, it was working.Thanks for your help

Astea: Blanket POs on PMs

Hi - we have customer that wants to have POs on all PMs/UMs. I am having difficulty adding blanket POs to PMs - it only seems to work on Sales Orders.And of course the customer wants a different PO on Contract invoices and PM/service invoices.Anything I am missing in setup, or is PO on PMs not possible?

Unable to save lobby element

Hello!Recently I’ve encountered an issue with the Lobby Element Designer. I’m trying to create a new Barchart element but started receiving “Unable to save element” errors when trying to save the new element. I’ve previously created Barchart elements, so I’m confident I have everything configured correctly in the Data and Formatting sections, but this one puzzled me enough to try duplicating an existing Barchart element. When duplicating a working element, I’m still presented with the same error when saving. This issue does not occur when working with other element types.Does anyone know if there is a cache or some configuration that needs to be reset so that I can move forward with the development?Regards,Randy

Posting control for rounding line 100001

Hi,We have similar issue with previous post regarding rounding line 100001 for External supplier invoice line. How to setup auto posting for rounding difference line created when we use PO line matching in Posting Proposal | IFS Community We do have external supplier invoice with and without PO and we want to set up posting control so when there is rounding line 100001 on external supplier invoice line, it should always create posting line with account number and code part values. How can we set up this in IFS cloud? For example which posting type and control type etc. Thanks and regards,

Excel Migration - Delete User Sites

HiI am trying to create an Excel Migration Job that will delete User’s Sites. I would like to use the method USER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site. It requires only COMPANY and USERID and removes all Sites associated with the given COMPANY for the given USERID. I would like it in Excel so that we can load the specific Users and Companies we need to target.If I run this PL/SQL, it completes successfully…beginUSER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site('USERID','COMPANY');end;I have tried various configs in the Excel Migration job and it either errors, says it has processed it (but hasn’t) or churns for a while and returns a blank.Any pointers?

Attaching zip file to BOP or CO

Has anyone attempted to add a zip file to a BOP or CO? Is it even possible? We often have large files with bids, quotes, assembly docs, etc and thought it would be easier to attach it as a zip file. Zip files are not categorized as documents. .pdf, .xml and etc are documents. Each type of attachment requires a different file path to be created. For example a jpeg would need to be attached under media attachments, and wouldn't be able to import as an document attachment. We do import zip files when migrating profiles, permissions, lobbies and etc.. but the areas we're working in are mapped for zip... has anybody come up with a method to map a zip file to the BOP or CO?
