Delivery Terms state "DDP - DPP" this pulls through incorrectly to the Euro Commercial invoice as "DPP" the correct delivery term is DDP. How Can this be amended?This invoice is  crystal report. How to amend in crystal report

I thought this would be easy. I have a lobby element with a link to another lobby the contains metric data. I need to pass the current year to the lobby page parameter YEAR. Hi,We are currently experiencing an issue in IFS 22R2(22.2.9) where the reporting pods require frequent restarts, occurring several times each month during month end activities. We would like to understand whether this is a known issue and seek guidance on the root cause and recommended resolution.When the issue occurs, print jobs enter a “Waiting” status within IFS. No explicit errors are logged, and pod health indicators appear normal. However, report processing does not continue until the reporting pod is restarted.Restarting the ifsapp-reporting-<id> pod (stop followed by start) immediately resumes report processing. I convert the part drawings in AutoCAD into PDFs and upload them to IFS. When there is a revision, I delete the old file and re-upload the new one from scratch.IFS'e gir -> Dosyayı bul -> Sil -> Onayla -> Yeni PDF seç -> Yükle -> Onayla(Enter IFS → Find the file → Delete → Confirm → Select new PDF → Upload → Confirm)This way, operators in production can view the drawings of the parts I upload under the same code while they are processing them.Currently, there has been a change, and all the drawings I uploaded need to be deleted and re-added one by one under the same part code.Instead of this, I would like the folder where we store the PDFs to be shared with IFS, so that when I make a change in the folder, the operator viewing it can directly see the updated drawing.I would appreciate your help.

Hi all, On the Shop Floor Workbench, parts are received for which an SSCC code must be created. The Create SSCC option is available in the Approve Operation screen, but it is currently turned off by default. I would like to know how this can be set to default as enabled.Kind regards, Willem

When we go into the Change order line 2 has been cancelled but it has been linked to Activities and when we try to update the Purchase order we get this message. We have tried lots of options to cancel the change order but it’s just stuck.We just want to cancel the change order and Cancel the 2nd line on the purchase order 

Hi, we are working on upgrading from Apps10 update 20 to 25R2.  We have been building some basic data in Apps10 aurena to import into Cloud but we use IEE in production.  While in Aurena, I can successfully create a call center case but after selecting the dummy customer we use for call center, the callers didn’t come up in the LOV, it only showed my name.   The list used to be retrieved from the  support agreement, customer contacts table and I maintain that as people come and go.   In Aurena, it looks like you have to add the CC contacts on the customer itself, is that right?  As soon as I added a user directly on the customer, then her name appeared as selectable in the new case assistant.  Thanks,Mary

Hi, We’re trying to set up a material overhead with a fixed cost per part in the structure - the idea is that each issue shall generate a posting with that cost, and that there should be a fixed cost per part rolled up to the next level. E g if the overhead is 100, and there are two parts in the structure of the manufactured part, the cost would be 200. Our overhead generates correctly when the material is issued on the shop order. But we cannot get it to show in the Part Cost. The documentation seems to indicate that it should be possible, but we have tried several combinations with no success so far. Is this possible, and how should the overhead be set up in such a case? Tested in 25.2.3/ Kenneth

Hello, We are currently on 22R2 for IFS Cloud and we have encountered an error. I created a quick report to pull some values via SQL and we want to schedule this report to attach an excel file of the output onto an email and send it to our users.We scheduled the report and have the emailing set up properly, but we never received any emails. Hi!When create a new ‘Work Center’, there fields ‘Production Line’ and Departmet can be used. And also a tab ‘Resource’ can be used. But I don’t how map the real production process to these setting. Is anybody can give me some instruction?For example, a plant with 3 workshops. Die Casting, CNC and Assembly.In CNC workshop. There 2 types machines, CNC and Auto Washing. CNC equipments drill holes on Die Casting Semi-Finish goods. Then Auto Washing equipments cleaning surface of products.There 2 types CNC machines, 10 Mazak FF-660 and 15 Brother TC-32B.When I create work center for Brother TC-32B. Should I create 1 work center for it? And create 15 resources for each machine? What about production line and department?And which one will be used for product capacity calculation & schedule production plan? Could you give me the relevant calculation formula？

Hello,In MWO service classic application, when we click on the main menu as shown below, it adjusts the layout of the dashboard screens to the right and displays the main menu list. It also had the ability to display the icons for the users to view the list without clicking on the menu.In the new MWO service application, the icons are not displayed directly in the screen and can be viewed only when the main menu is clicked. Also, the dashboard screen is not adjusted but the main menu overlaps with the screen as shown below. Please let me know if we will have the same layout features from the classic application mentioned above in the new MWO service application in the future updates.

Hi,Is it possible to duplicate parts linked to contract to all the contracts of the company ?For exemple, I create a purchase part on the first contract and I wan’t it to be duplicate on all the contracts of the company (even when it’s modified). 

In 25R1, I am trying to add a comment to an Outwards Transmittal. I cannot figure out how to do this, The Steps I followed are :1.Create Document Transmittal 2.Connected to a Project3.Entered Expected Send Date and Expected Latest comment days as today4.Connected Report to Transmittal5.In the Files to download section , Original and Comment files were enabled6.Added Documents to the Transmittal7.Documents were Quick Released8.Changed the Status of the Transmittal to Sent9.Added Acknowledgment10.Status was changed to Acknowledgement Received11.??? Need to add Comment - NOT SURE HOW TO DO THIS ?

Hi, My customer has created a page as an action in mwo and added several fields to that page. In one section they have created two fields; a LOV and a Text field. The customer wants to enable to Text field based on the value they add to the LOV.Ex: make the text field visible only if the LOV value in ‘Other’.This has been setup in page designer configuration in below manner and working fine there.   However, the problem is that, this change does not apply to mobile. Any idea why?We have initialized the app, refreshed cache and disconnected and connected the app.Best Regards,

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.​Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application.​The extracted data includes the following fields:​Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount​”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality.
