Hi, How can I use datepicker for quick report parameter in IFS Enterprise Explorer 10?

The following is stated in 25R2 release notes, I believe. But what does in mine in practice? Where can I do this configuration?Improved Integration with Custom Attributes in Outbound MessagesCustom attributes on business entities can now be included in outbound messages (e.g., Freight Booking, Dispatch Advice).Uses configuration over customization.Benefits:Enhanced flexibility.Cost savings.

In the count per count report all the Parts are visible even though its qty on stock is 0.we understand that they are part of all warehouse stock and must be visible but in practice you count only what you have on stock ( if something doesn't exist on stock, it is normal its qty equal 0) therefore it is time consuming comfirming manually qty 0 for all missing parts.Would it be possible to have 0 automatically filled in for all positions with qty on stock 0?of course the field shoud remain editible for any differences.

Hello IFS Community,I have a few questions regarding the upgrade process from IFS Cloud 24R2 to IFS Cloud 26R1/26R2.I have previous upgrade experience with IFS Applications 9 to 10 and IFS Cloud 24, but I haven't yet been involved in an upgrade from IFS Cloud 24 to IFS Cloud 26.I would appreciate any insights on the following: Database Migration Does IFS take a snapshot of the existing database, perform the upgrade to IFS Cloud 26 in a separate environment, and then provide us with a new URL pointing to the upgraded environment? Or is the upgrade process handled differently? Lifecycle Environment During the upgrade, does IFS provision a new Lifecycle environment separate from our existing IFS Cloud 24 Lifecycle, or is the existing Lifecycle updated as part of the process? Testing Timeline At what point in the upgrade project is the upgraded IFS Cloud 26 environment typically made available for customer testing with our data? Approximately how long does it usuall

Hi,Recently, I have updated our dev environment from 22R2 to 23R2SU6. However, since the Crystal report is required SSL communication. I found an error (from kibana log) when I try to call a simple crystal report. The message is :"message": [    "CWPKI0823E: SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE:  A signer with SubjectDN [CN=ifs-cloud-rpt.MFADTH.local] was sent from the host [ifs-cloud-rpt.mfadth.local:443].  The signer might need to be added to local trust store [/opt/ifs/wlp/output/defaultServer/resources/security/key.p12], located in SSL configuration alias [defaultSSLConfig].  The extended error message from the SSL handshake exception is: [PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target]." For your information, I have create self-certificates for the CWS server (both RootCA and SiteCer) but I have no idea how to put a RootCA.pfx via ifscloud-values.yaml.  is it certificateFile and certificatePasswor

Hi, We are running TD25R1-SU14 on-prem.Grafana is installed, but not configured. How do we configure the mail server settings? Everything is inside POD’s, so I guess there must be a config file we can edit before deploying the middle-tier ?This is normally set in grafana.ini - I have search all of the deployment for a file with that name, no luck. BRTorben

HiCurrently, we are running IFS Applications 10 UPD24 with Oracle Database 19.8. We are also using Crystal Reports, Touch Apps services, and several additional utilities. Our current operating system is Windows Server 2016.We are planning to upgrade the server operating system to Windows Server 2022. Could you kindly confirm whether Windows Server 2022 is fully supported for IFS Applications 10 UPD24, including Crystal Reports, Touch Apps services, related utilities, and Oracle Database 19.8?

Hi Experts,I was wondering if there is a way to manage standard tasks revisions in NGSM solution. As of at 25R2 and 26R1 I was unable to find any as such. In previous work order solution, task templates have this capability. This is a very crucial business requirement whoever using standard tasks in their business as updating any changes on revisions in all over the system manually is a tedious task,  unless a quite complex CRIM is build.Any workarounds or plans to get this functionality into the core pls ?Thank you,Roshan

Can these two run in different queues? As you can see these currently are in the same queue, but I am experiencing some slowness.Looks like Batch_Calculate runs and then Batch_Calculate_Details will run afterwards when both run.

On a form I have a custom multi-select field linked to the Contact Users.  When an event is created, within the ETM, how do I get the id values of each selected contact user record, please?  I need them to then add as additional users.  (I have a working process for single user, and multiple user from individual fields, but logic is defying me for a multi-select field.)Thanks

Hello, If I make manual changes to an activity in PSO, is it possible to see who made the changes? I have found this information in the documentation and it seems like it would be possible.I have enabled the parameter ReasonRequired and now I must give a reason each time I make a change to an activity, but in the History Tab I still cannot see information about who made the changes or the reason. Should I look somewhere else or is there another parameter for that? Thank you very much,Iulia

25.1.7Using the DMM tool, if the standard unit in IFS for INCH is ‘in’, will a part migrate if it’s unit in the legacy system is ‘IN’? Does the legacy unit case affect if the part will/will not migrate?

In the Register Arrivals screen, when trying to enter a receipt reference for the receipt of multiple purchase order lines (on the same order, same supplier), I am finding the receipt reference that I enter is being overwritten by an autogenerated number giving each line a unique ID (which is what I don’t want).  Can someone help me with what setting or data point is preventing my receipt reference from being saved?

Is there an option to set an Engineering Revision not to transfer until the Revision status is Released? There is no other way to check whether Approval completed, all required documents is attached, etc. before the transfer.
