The process works in Postman but fails to have the desired effect when used in the workflow, despite no errors occurring during debugging.Workflow Steps Get shipment data Retrieve ShipmentId and NoteId. Create a NoteText POST to:XXX.de/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentHandling.svc/NoteTexts → This returns an objkey. Hi, in earlier releases I was able to send an XML message to ‘int/soapgateway’. Via routing rules I could route this XML message to a PL/SQL function. Now I tried it again in 25R1 release and I always receive an errorCannot Create JSON Object: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1] Can it be that XML messages are no longer supported by soapgateway?

In IFS Cloud 24R1, we want to restrict an HR folder in Document Management so that only certain users can access it.What is the correct way to set this up? For example, we have a few departments in the folder structure, and each folder should only be visible to its assigned users.

Does anyone (I am looking at @Mathias Dahl  😁 here) know whether files in the app server are deleted / cleaned up on a regular basis. The app server file path is defined under DOCUMENT_TICKET_TEMP_PATH of “document default values” Reason for questioning this is, I’ve written an event action based on PDF_REPORT_CREATED job to unpack documents connected to a Purchase Order / Line and email it as an attachment to along with the purchase order. I don’t want the system to clog up by storing temp files in the App Server.Thanks in Advance! Malik

In previous versions of IFS (Apps9, Apps10) , there was an option to use https://rivaengine.com/product/integrations/ to synchronise Calendar, Contact and Tasks between CRM and Outlook.Is this still available in IFS Cloud ? Is there a need for this synchronization in IFS Cloud?   

With IFS Cloud, clients can access the system without needing a Windows-based device, which is a great flexibility benefit. However, for developers, the use of Developer Studio still requires a Windows operating system. This means it cannot be used on macOS devices.Given that Developer Studio is based on NetBeans, which is a cross-platform application, it shouldn't be technically difficult for IFS to provide a macOS-compatible version. Offering such support would significantly enhance the development experience and flexibility for Mac users.Is there any plan or roadmap for this?

Hi,I am trying to load a bank statement in CAMT.053 format into 25R1 Cloud DEV environment.File is successfully loaded through IFS Connect but I am getting this error message:“A Payer/Payee Identity does not exist. A parked payment will be created using company '500'”Supplier is created. Manual Supplier Invoice was posted and supplier payment proposal was generated from the same environment in ISO20022 payment format.The message codes are created as follows: In this example, in the xml file I have message code “225” Supplier Payment and “249” Bank Fees.Can someone please help me understand why message codes are not recognized?Thanks.

Hi,A polish company was created in IFSCloud 24R2 environment.The company was created from a source company (that was created from STD-SV) not STD-PL Template.I am having issues with the Tax Ledger Parameters window. It is disabled for my user.  I have checked:if accounting periods are open for my user group if I belong to MAX Authority Class if my user has access to authorization combination rules if tax codes are created and valid if tax book exists for this companyDoes anyone know what may be missing?

Community, Question about “BizAPI - INVOICE - Receive IFS Eninvoice”Wondering whether this API could flag a supplier invoice as an advanced invoice?if yes, can anyone share us the exact XML tag or body? We are using ABBYY software to transfer the supplier invoice to IFS, we had a request to handle Advanced Supplier Invoice from ABBYY to IFS, which is not able to make it right now in IFS as per current configuration. Thank you.

Good day, Scenario - an inventory part was ordered on a PO,  and received into inventory (no inspection required). The supplier invoice was since matched/processed and the invoice has been paid. The technician has now realized that the incorrect part was ordered.What is the process in IFS Cloud for returning this part to the supplier for credit? Thank you

Hi Community,Looks like “Shop Order By-Product” supply is ignored by MRP when Shop Order comes from DOP (configured).MRP is creating a supply proposal for later demand even though projected qty is enough (scr below).By-Product line was added manually to the Shop Order, “Include in MRP Supply” field is checked.If the same Part is added manually to the non-DOP Shop Order, it is visible to the MRP, supply proposal is not created.Any suggestions or opinions? Hello,We have been experiencing some issues where a Sales Charge Type which we no longer use has been being selected as the charge type on several Customer Orders. It is causing issues with how charges are getting processed on these orders. So we would like to know what our options are for deactivating, hiding, or deleting this particular Sales Charge Type, either on the Sales Charge Type screen itself, or on the Customer Order. Can someone point me in the right direction?Thank you,

Hi allI have an issue. i try to send a supplier payment advice via media output email. i do receive an email but with no attachment. here is the event action i createdwhen i checked the archive all advices has printstatus 0. the ones with the 1 i printed manually from the report archive. also the application message is finedoes anyone have a clue why i dont get an attachment. Best RegardsSophal

Hi IFS network,I have an issue at a customer who is not able to match a supplier invoice against a PO which is created from a Work Task. The Work Task is in status finished, now it is not possible anymore to match the invoice against the PO receipt (only when you reopen teh work task it is possible again). I see that from UPD16 there is a fix deployed, see  This fix was related to invoices without a PO reference. I think it should be possible to match an invoice with a PO Receipt, even when the connectexd Work Task is in status finished. Normally the person who is responsible for the status of work tasks is not the same as the person who is booking the invocies. The invoice will come weeks later than the work is executed, so this is really a timing issue.Please advice on this issue @Thommy and @Nethmini Kosvinna
