Hi All,
I recently closed few of the work task which had been transferred to mobile, for closing these tasks i performed the below steps-
Delete the existing work task clockings
Mark the Work Assignment associated to Task “Cancelled”
Mark the work task “Work Done/Closed”
But after performing these, I am seeing the Work Tasks has appeared in the “Unassigned Tasks” section in the Dispatch Console. Need help in debugging this issue.

Does the task have open resource demands? Only as a.debugging idea, closed tasks should not appear in that list.

It had Resource Group tagged I cancelled the Assignment, after deleting the Resource Group it was removed from the dispatch console.
