When creating a new quote, Site is not highlighted…..Users are missing changing the site since it defaults to the default user site.
How can I get it to highlight like the other mandatory fields?

This is default behaviour and system fetch the user default site.
Though, default behaviour can be changed using a simple BPA workflow.
Please refer to the screenshot below, I have set default value for site to null, and user has to select a value manually.
Attaching BPA workflow for your reference as well.
+7You should be able to change that on the page designer. It would be a checkbox that shows “Mandatory”.

That is what I was thinking, that since it already had the default value it was not highlighted….will try out the BPA in Test.
