in PSO road map 25R1, AUT-E-199 : Improvements in the Optimization Engine“The ability to define a location and regions for an activity, even though there will be no travel to the location as the work will be carried out remotely.” is this feature already released?   Do we have any document related this?.we are looking for ignore address of the activity  . Assign resources to activity based on skill and region without travel.   

We have created a PO Authorization rule which is valid for change order and Allow Changes after Authorization = Within Authorizer Limit here’s the description given for Allow Changes after AuthorizationNo Changes Allowed: No changes are allowed that affect the total line amount of the partially or fully authorized purchase orders. If the Include Charge Amounts option is selected for the rule, the system will not allow to add new charge lines. Within Order Amount: Changes are allowed within the approved purchase order amount. Once the order is authorized, additional purchase order lines can be added as well, as long as the total order amount does not exceed the authorized purchase order amount. Within Limit of Authorizer: Changes are allowed within the limit of the applied authorization rule or within the authorization limit of the last step in the applied authorization routing. Hi All, I am seeing this weird behaviour in count reports window. I want to adjust it in from the count report 1 to 50 but it is not filtering correctly. Instead of 1,2,3 it shows as 1,10,11. Is there a way to over come this, customer wants to see them in a sequence and unable to query for the count reports 1..50 as it would not show those count reports.Thanks,Chamath

Hello, First of all our customer using IFS Cloud 23.2.8 version.In this case, we try to print a Work Order Report for 13 lines of work orders.There is an error occured which is “Error When Printing to Aurena Agent Timeout” and nothing happens, dialog closed. Error Image Log records in below;Application -    CMD(2): timeout in agentcall after 60000 msApplication -    CMD(2): toast({"type":"error","msg":"Error when printing to Aurena Agent ${error.Message}"}) Does anyone know reason or solution for it?

Currently, we are aware of the "Type Alert" option, which allows us to display messages. We are testing some document macros in Cloud 24R2 UPD2 and we are getting the below error when trying to check-in documents in Document Revisions while IFS Aurena Agent Chrome extension is active. Note that there are no errors when checking-out documents.  The same error occurs for all document classes while the Chrome extension is active and no errors when the Chrome extension is disabled.Has anyone experienced a similar error and found a solution?  

Hi,Version: 24R2This example is for Maintenance  (EAM) area. I have a customer and business team member is Maintenance Manager. We have given access to below lobbies via Permission Sets to his IFS User.Work Order Management Work Order Closure Management Preventive Maintenance​​​​​​​All the elements on each of these lobbies are not required. From point of interest only 3-4 elements and even 1 element will suffice the requirement from each lobby. So we have added the individual elements from these 3 lobbies mentioned above on the home page of the Maintenance Manager’s login ID. Issue: All the lobby element parameters are not appearing on the home page due to which the data is not appearing. Please refer screenshot, the lobby element parameters for last two elements (Link List) highlighted parameters are missing due to which data is not appearing and if we click on the link it shows that parameters are missing required for that element.Any additional setups or solution available for this

which views are impacted when we link a customer_order_line with a shop order ? because in the view shop_ord we have a field customer_order_no but it is still empty after creation of a linked qty of 2 with a selected shop order …?? and I can still see that there is a link in the manual link but don’t understand which view is updated (i analyzed shop_ord and customer_order_line)...thanks in advanceFrédéric

Hi HR ExpertsWe have 2 leave types, statutory and non-statutory. Through the Request Absence feature in IFS, the employees can select only the leave type statutory. So that works fine. Type non statutory is turned off as shown below. How can we automatically activate for selection on the absence request once all the statutory leaves are used? [I know manual activation is possible through edit in the screen]  Version 24.1.9Thanks,Asela

Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to update the expiration date in bulk on the ‘Report Archive’ screen in IFS Cloud? I’m trying to do some data cleanup. I’ve already set the default to expire but that doesn’t affect what has already been printed in the past. I have seen the -- Archive_Distribution_API.set_Expire_Date but it doesn’t look like there is anything in that ARCHIVE_DISTRIBUTION view or anything in the ARCHIVE view so I am confused where this data is stored. Any help is appreciated, thank you.   

Hi Everyone, Can anyone point me to some examples of setting up Absence actions?  I checked the help and it doen’t make things very clear. I’d like an absence action to be created when an employee returns to work.  I can make it work partially using T-ACTION with the following parameters:1;2;2;1;10;5;10;1I’m struggling with paramter 4: Start Day Value; does anyone know what values are acceptable in this parameter?  What value would I enter for the end of the absence (ie, when the employee returns). If anyone has any examples of Absence actions I’d be really interested to see. Many thanks, Scott

All,In Apps9 if we create a repair structure we can have the part that is being produced as the component in the structure. Having tried to replicate this in IFS Cloud we are are getting the following error message. How are we to now handle sorting of bad parts or doing an extra op to completed parts to rectify a fault in IFS Cloud? We need to have traceability so use the shop order batch lot number, it seems very strange that the system is not allowing this. All help very much appreciated.Sarah  

In IFS Cloud 24R1, when we create a Work Order/Work Task for B2B and attach the document in Work Task and assign to contractor, in B2B Login Document count is shown but not the attached Document details. any settings is missed ?Note: once we attach the document from B2B we can see the document in IFS Cloud Work Task.  

One of my teams has raised a transport task to move stock from a shop floor location into the quarantined stores. He has selected multiple items and given a collection of parts to the quality team, and when these have been checked, the quality team have noticed that one line was not in the box. Ideally they want to be able to select 9/10 lines and execute these, leaving the final line on the transport task- is this possible?
