I am unable to find an existing schedule to have the below run daily.  Is this something that need created as a custom database task/schedule or if there a screen I can schedule it from?  Our goal is to have the Customer Credit Management Lobby updated daily.  I am also trying to find if there is a clean up process for this.  I see the API procedures in the DB but I do not want to create new tasks if there are existing ones.  

Hey community,I have come across with another special request:As we just had the problem that some of our more important scheduled database tasks were set to inactive since a maintenance downtime we decided that we want to track if there are any deactivated scheduled database tasks in our environment. For this we want to create a Lobby element which show the deactivated jobs or maybe just a simple counter.I just have looked into the “Scheduled Database Tasks” view but there is no system info with a view or anything.Is there any possibility to query the scheduled database tasks or at least identify the count of deactivated tasks? We are currently on Apps10 with UPD21. Best regardsPatrick

Hi, I want to perform a Configuration Analysis to identify impacted configurations. I have followed the official guidance and successfully installed the Configuration Analyzer. I have also downloaded the InterfaceReports.ifr file and connected it to the tool.I ran the Configuration Extractor and saved the exported files locally on my PC without making any changes to them.However, I am unable to load these files into the Configuration Analyzer.Each time I try, I receive the following error messages: What is required in order to successfully load the exported files from IFS into the Configuration Analyzer?

24.2.6In the Document Folder Navigator, on the Documents tab there are columns for Admin, Edit, and View access. My user has the system privilege of DocMan Administrator. For the document revision shown below, I have also granted explicit Admin access to my user/person.Why do these access columns read as ‘No’ in the Documents tab of the navigator? Where are these access values coming from? 

In product update “24R2 - News in Supply Chain” it says that is possible to load handling units with non-inventory parts. But I just can’t figure out how i can connect a non-inventory part from a shipment to a handling unit. Can anyone help? 

Hi, I am trying to post Json data to a Rest web service. I couldn’t send the Bearer authorization token to the routing address. I set Authentication Method as None on the Routing Address. I sent the authorization token by a header parameter. However, the header parameter is not seen on the Application Message. Then, the response message returned the “401: Unauthorized access” message. Is there a way to change the session expiration value in 24R2?  In 24R2, the default is 1800 seconds (30 minutes).  This is incredibly frustrating and far too short.

Hello,I have a question about sold fixed assets and the FA balances analysis.We sold a fixed asset on February 21st, as you can see in the screenshot below.This fixed asset can be found in the balance for Period 1 (the period before the sale) with the status "Sold."However, when I try to obtain a balance for Period 2, I cannot find this sold fixed asset.I have noticed that this problem occurs for all fixed assets.The accountants need a report of fixed assets to compare it to the balance sheet, which we cannot obtain at the moment.Is there a way to set up this screen to include all fixed assets with all statuses?Best regards.

Hi Everyone, We have noticed the recently created KB article from IFS (KB0085167) state that the Removal of Basic Auth Support by Microsoft on Exchange Online.This states "If you are using the Basic Authentication to connect IFS Connect Mail Sender or Mail Reader to Exchange Online, these connections will stop working in September 2025" and the fixed UPD29 will be released in August.Practically, this time period would not be sufficient to build and install UPD29 by September.When we checked the provided link to Microsoft Tech community it states that the change would be starting from 1st of March 2026.https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/exchange/exchange-online-to-retire-basic-auth-for-client-submission-smtp-auth/4114750Quoted from the MS link:We will be making this change beginning March 1st 2026 and completing April 30th 2026, (previously September 2025). Is there any new updates for the planned date for this Basuc Auth support removal according to IFS?

Hi,We have a factory where we blend chemicals, we have four blenders of various sizes.I’ve created a Work Center and added the four blenders as Resources. I’d like to limit the lot size-in a shop order- each resource can handle. E.g. Resource B can’t handle a shop order of 5000 litres as it can only contain 1.000litres. Thanks for your help.   

Hello, can you help me with this problem? Unable to match purchase order and invoice with additional costs in different currency in posting proposal. Have purchase order in USD, invoice for goods from PO in USD, but invoice for additional cost is in EUR.If use function “Price Adjustement Purchas” in posting proposal, add cost in row but when want the row save, mistage message is displeyed “Invoice XXX in USD already exist. Hi,When testing the connection in IFS Cloud (24R2) to PSO (24R2), it keeps failing. Upon initial configuration, the following error appeared.  “Failed to connect to IFS Optimization server account Default. Error message was: 403 - Forbidden. The user IFSSCHEDULING and the parameters OpenIdAuthority, OpenIdClientId, UserNameClaim may need to be set up manually. Do you want to continue?” I’ve reviewed other community posts that had similar errors and they were able to resolve it by whitelising the IP addresses.  I’ve checked with the customer and they said that the environments are running on the same server and able to ping each other successfully.  Are there any other issues during setup that can cause this error? In PSO, the parameters are blank.  

Hello,Our Key Users for migration project (IFS 8 to IFS Cloud 24R1) report they can not add a standard operation to a shop order.  The HTTP code error is 403, here is the response body :  code: "SE_UNAUTHORIZED"internal: 2message: "Insufficient privileges."They all have a permission set named “IFS_ALL” which I ensure has all projections set as full granted on permission set tab.They can actually add an operation to a shop order, but not a standard operation from the dialog page (you can see the button command pressed on the operations tab)On Routing > Add standard operation, there is no issue.I did not found any affectation page related to shop order, as it can exist for BUYERS / PURCHASE team.I tried to debug the PLSQL code from the ShopOrderHandling projection but seems there is no exception thrown.I checked related subjects on community and it seems it is directly impacted by projections permissions, which I repeat, are all added to the key users role, with full access granted (a

Hi, We have started getting an Oracle ‘Bad depth indicator’ error when calling ‘Error_Sys.Record_General’ function from a custom event.   We have reported this to IFS support who in turn have raised this with Oracle support. Please see the long response from them below. In short they have concluded that it is intermittent and that they don’t know how to re create it. Hello dear community,I would like to monitor my work in progress using different accounting accounts (Raw materials, Consumables, Labour, Supplies, etc.).When I set up the M40 with a C124 control type, for example, the accounting entry for consumption on a shop order is made correctly on the different accounts. However, when the shop order is closed, the system displays an M40 charge control error stating that it can't find a control type and the only way to resolve this error at the moment is to set up an account in the posting header in the ‘Val def no TC value’ field. This means that you will then have to make a manual accounting entry to balance the various WIP accounts.Has anyone been able to find a control type for M40 that allows the work in progress to be tracked in detail on the same accounts when the shop order is issued and when the shop order is received?Please find the expected diagram in the attachment. 

Hello. I am looking for information on how to determine in ETM whether a custom field value brought back from an event is a Shared Field. I have an Event mapper where I am able to bring back the customFieldsMap.
