I wanted to implement the Order by TASK NO in Descending order in Request Work Tasks list Screen, Currently its in Ascending order. How to implement this at the code level?

There is an option “Order By” available in the page designer. There, you can design sorting properties for your page. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference.

I am not sure about Developer Studio. 

The primary goal of offering all these options within Page Designer is to empower the organization to perform configurations without altering the core.
