We shipped some parts on consignment to the customer.  Then consumed the consignment, but the system does not show the order in Create Customer Invoices.We have used customer consignment many times before and it always worked fine.  Can anyone think of what might be stopping the invoicing of a consignment order?IFS 10 UPD9

Hello,I have developed a new PL/SQL procedure (Auto_Purchase_Req) inside a custom package (BSM_PURCH_UTIL_API) in our IFS Apps 8 environment.The package is compiled successfully and the procedure is working as expected when called directly from the database.However, when I try to create a new Database Task in IFS and click on “Select Method”, my custom procedure does not appear in the method list.I have already restarted both the Test Application and Test Database servers, but the issue persists.Is there a specific way to refresh the IFS metadata or PL/SQL definitions so that new procedures/functions appear in the Select Method list for Database Tasks?If so, can you please advise on the steps or the correct menu to use for this operation?Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Hello IFS Community,I am new to configuration in IFS Cloud and am wondering if there is any easy way to find out which arguments are expected by methods that can be found under Entity > Packages.I only seem to progress here using trial and error with some key fields. A current example would be the method MAINT_MATERIAL_REQ_LINE_API.Get_Task_Seq() on the entity MaintMaterialReqLine. Is there any documentation on this that i did not find yet? Not just for the specific case but in general?

Hi Docman experts,Scenario.When attaching a document to a ‘Supplier Request’ using Attachments and then options ‘Attach Existing’ or ‘New Document’ , I would like to show only 3 Document Classes to End Users so that they can only select from those 3 Document Classes.How can I achieve this using existing Docman functionality?As you can see in the screenshot, End-user can see multiple document classes.I tried ‘Document Defaults per Object’ by defining the LU name but it only defaults the Document Class when creating a new document and it does not filter/restrict document classes.  

Good day.  We added a CompanyID to the Person Name (after the Surname).  In the Employee File though we would like to only have the Name and Surname of the Employee Displayed without the CompanyID behind the Employee Surname.Please can you assist with correct steps to take to ensure Employee Name displays as required?Thank you.Anya

We are consistently looking for ways to further streamline our mWO installation.  We are currently looking at this entity as it is the slowest syncing entity by a large margin.  Our technicians have no need for this information, but our concern is that the “Responded_Date” and the “Resolved_Date” fields may not get populated if we block the entity from mWO.  Would anyone be able to confirm or fully deny this concern for us? 

After entering an entertainment expense item, a new box called “No Agenda” pops up. However, we don’t know where such an agenda should be added.We’ve tried filling out all empty field (References, text fields, etc.), there is a guest list registered, we’ve also added attachments to the expense lines.Does anybody know how this works?We are using IFS Cloud.

Hi,for one of our customer (15.4 SU3), in Customer Support we have sometimes an unexpected automatic ETA update. In Back-Office, when the first activity is fullfilled with an incomplete Stop Code, the ETA Date of this activity is automatically updated, see the case below. Why do the ETA date changes ?  Open_date :  15/04/2025 12:46 Contr_ETA :  16/04/2025 18:00 (SLA next day + 10h)ETA_Date :   16/04/2025 18:00Coverage plan : each day 08h00 - 18h00 (duration 10h00)We assign an AM and fullfilled the Activity (no more actions) in real time for instance on 15/04/2025 13:42 with incomplete Stop Code. Then, the ETA_date becomes : 15/04/2025 22:46 (10h00 after the Open Date)….NB. If after this we enter a severity (Contract exception on this severity), then the ETA_Date is updated with a new value, and if we erase the severity then the ETA_Date becomes correct, 16/04/2025 18:00, as it was before we fullfilled the 1st activity. Thanks by adavance. 

Hello, I’m trying to use “Save to CRM” functionnality from CRM Pannel and it’s loading forever when saving the email. The email appears in IFS but email body is never received by IFS.I tried to regenerate the manifest file and re-import it into Outlook. I also tried to change some CRM/SRM Pannel Settings. I tried go back to old outlook version. I tried on several emails including one with no attachment and only text in the body. Nothing changes it’s still not working. It used to work fine, do you have any idea of what is wrong ? Thank you,Kind regards

Hi Community,I am facing an issue when i am trying to transfer legacy data to input container with the date field. other date field mapping like valid_until and acquisition date are working just fine. The error i am getting is for the VALID_UNTIL column which has a value as 30.12.2049. the value for other column are also in the same format. The error is am getting is “Unable to start IC_ADD_AND_META_VALID - ORA20110: DatInputContainerUtil.EXEERR: Error while selecting data from legacy file(s). ORA01861: literal does not match format string”. Can anyone please explain me why this is happening.I even checked the training video but there is not much information on handling date column when transferring data to input container.I would Appreciate your input on solving this. Tank you

Hello,We are encountering some issues with blocked customer orders. On occasion we need to override the credit limit block on the order.The end goal is being able to view which orders have been unblocked and by whom. I know customer order history gives this information, but I don’t know how to find out the order which was unblocked in the first place.Is it possible for notifications to be created when an order is unblocked?Thank you,John

Hi,I have implemented a new Projection action intended for use in an integration scenario, where the action accepts an array as its input parameter. During execution, if an error occurs while processing an individual node within the array, the entire execution halts.I would like to modify this behavior so that: The execution continues for the remaining nodes despite encountering errors, and The details of any failed nodes are captured and returned to the user. To achieve this, I reviewed the implementation approach used in Core, specifically how similar logic is handled. Based on that analysis, the general steps seem to be: Defining the action in the corresponding .projection or .fragment file Implementing the logic in a Function (rather than a Procedure) to allow returning a result structure that includes both successful and failed nodes An example I referenced is the InventoryPartInStockList.fragment, which follows this pattern..projection/.fragment file .plsvc file I have follow

I’ve created a mapping to remove commands at the top of Manual Supplier Invoice to people not in a specific user group. I am not in that group and even after refreshing the mapping cache the page does not show the Finance context that it should. Am I missing something? The prior week it was working sporadically as well. 

Hi Experts We use the Multi-Company Project reporting mainly for  (Project) Time Registrations. Invoicing between companies is done manually through Instant Invoices Now we are looking into using Project Invoicing to send the Invoices across. Creating the Invoice is all working fine. The external supplier invoice gets created. But the create Supplier Invoice is not auto-matched against the transactions.Basically the PRJT7 and 8 should get reversed and trigger the PRJT11. I guess the same procedure as the M91/92 and M93.Posting Control PRJT11 is setup, but not automatically kicking in.We are using Message Class INVOICE and Media Code MHS to send the invoices. i also checked the connectivity box and it looks all fine, no warning or any kind of errors. Any Idea how to get it worked? Best RegardsSophal
