Hello,I’m using IFS CLoud 24R1.I’m trying to schedule a SQL Quick report. The result is conform without parameter:SQL is : SELECT  *FROM INVENTORY_PARTWHERE PART_NO = 'G1201500'The result is a correct excel file.if I define a paramater:SQL is : SELECT  *FROM INVENTORY_PARTWHERE PART_NO = &PartNo And I put the same value on the Schedule Report:the result is a empty excel file.  Do you have an explanation? 

Hi, We’re trying to understand how the replacements by PM actions works. Is there any good documentation on it? Couldn’t find it. We’re wondering if it will still work if the PMs that would be replaced are on different dates. Do you need to ensure that if PM_1_Yearly is replaced by PM_2_Yearly,  will it do that if PM_1 and PM_2 have different dates? Thanks

I am used to a different form of SQL from another ERP…I am finding some reports that have been written already for us have strange syntax  what does this sumbol do :  “for example:select “ field2,           'Draft' field3,        ''  engagement_id, I have tried to do a search on IFS quick report selects with “ in the code but nothing is returned.To that point - is there a nod page - whereby we can see all the additions / allowable features as I also found the use of (+) which is a short cut to left outer join. How can I know the full list of such ‘syntax features’ for use in my quick reports/understanding existing written queries in IFS SQL please.Thanks

We have an issue with a issue with a customer that data mount is running out of space due to the high space usage of FND_AV_SCANNING_LOG_TAB.Is there a Cleanup job to remove these entries.Can someone assists to trouble shoot this issue 

When reporting time in mobile work order, IFS MWO Maintenance my comments are not populating in cloud 24R2. We are not using time clock to clock in and out, we are only reporting hours worked.I can see that Cloud = ReportComment but mWO is using ClockOutComment. Since we are not using the clockings where should we map mWO?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I move or change items from a location type of quality assurance?

When manually adding customer order lines, the planned ship date is calculated and updated automatically and takes into consideration the external transport lead time. If we add customer order lines using the CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderLineSet api the planned ship date is not calculated/updated based on the external transport lead time. If we manually update the external transport lead time, the planned ship date will update. How do we have IFS update the planned ship date without the manual intervention?

Hello community,I created a custom entity with 3 fields and with a projection. CONTRACT, SERIES_ID, DESCRIPTIONThen i associated with CompanySiteHandling projection with CONTRACT key.Projection Configuration I added a new tab under Shipment Management  section and created a list content. As you can see datasource and binding are completed however the site information is not automatically populated.Page Configuration When i try to create a record then i get the following error. If I delete the binding then i am getting all records from all sites.  I am missing something but I cannot figure what. Anyone can guide? Thanks

I am trying to find a Dormant time between the current executable operation VS last operation in a shop order. One option is I can go to Finish Date and identify but for our business need this might not be enough I am looking for when the operation in sequence was actually touched. Example I have operation 10, 20, and 30. 30 is executable, so I want to know when really the 20 was last touched? - It could be operation itself, material receiving, or last material receive date. My question is, where can I find all those dates in IFS cloud? 

The Version is 24R2.For PO Authorizers, I’d like some guidance/screenshot on how I can add existing Authorizers in Authorizers groups. I have a list of Authorizers and a list of Authorizers groups which are used in routing rules.  For whatever reason I cannot find a place to add the Authorizer ID in the groups they belong.  Many thanks,Paul.

​@kamnlk ​@dsj I have a scenario where I want to trigger an async BPA WF based on new rows being inserted in INVOICE_TAB.When using an intercompany invoice scenario - customer invoice in company A and supplier invoice in company B, the supplier invoice in company B is created by Connectivity Outbox background job.It seems the event action / WF is not trigerred when record is being inserted by a Backgroung Job. Do you know if there’s any workaround for that?I did turn on Watch on the WF, but the only observations being logged are the ones for the Customer Invoice in company A which is created online.Any input on this is much appreciated.

Dear everyone, We are facing an issue where user keeps reporting an incident of application freeze/hangs or app is busy for longer period. Thereafter they have to kill the session through task manager.This is happening randomly, when user is switching from one screen to another or they are opening a screen in new window. OR sometimes user is away for few minutes (session expired) from the desktop and then returning back to work.After some analysis, we found that its not related to the DB long running queries. When user is idle for sometime, then it is possible that theirs session have got expired. IEE might be trying to bring the user online again by issuing refresh token and get the new authentication details for user. So, during this process, we observed that there are lots of similar authentication calls between IEE and server keeping it busy for such longer period. This is because the newly obtained authentication details (cookies) are not getting passed in the subsequent calls fro
