Currently in Apps 9 we have turned off the ability to add documents to purchase order lines - all attachments should be kept at the header level for ease of finding them. I cannot seem to find the ability to do this in IFS Cloud - does anyone have any idea how this is done?

How to see disassembly operation cost in the cost structure of a produced part?

24.2.3I have a purchased part (CC-PUR-KIT1) I need to disassemble into three components. This purchased part has a standard cost established in Cost Set 1 of $100 (using the standard template P-110 consisting of only cost bucket 110).I have a buildable disassembly structure alternate consisting only of the following produced parts that are disassembly components (no components, no by-products) and Use Cost Distribution = YES.PP1 - Op Cost Dist 30%, Gen OH Cost Dist 20%, Component Cost Dist 50%PP2 - Op Cost Dist 50%, Gen OH Cost Dist 30%, Component Cost Dist 20%PP3 - Op Cost Dist 20%, Gen OH Cost Dist 50%, Component Cost Dist 30%I have a buildable disassembly routing that consists of only one operation running at 1 hour/unit (op qty factor = 100%) in a Work Center that has only direct cost of $200/hour in cost sets 1 and 2 (no overheads defined).In my Site, I have added cost bucket 110 (EMC) to cost template D-110.For Cost Template D-110, Use Cost Distribution = YES, Use Manufactured Co

Any issue disabling "Scheduling Optimization Triggers" if we are not using PSO

I want to disable my Scheduling Optimization Triggers relating to Pso_Service_Integration because they cause a failure in BPA Workflow (there is an implicit commit in the code).Assuming the customer uses Dispatch Console but not PSO, are there any issues here?

Conditional Validation

Hello, I am attempting to use the conditional validation option in Page Designer and can’t seem to get the option to save when I fill it out. Each time I enter in values and click the check mark to save it blinks a few times and never saves the settings. Any ideas? Thanks,Ryan

Material issue restriction IFSAPP10 upd10

Hello community! first question here.IFSAPP10 upd 10Is there any way to restrict the “Issue” option in a material requisition?I modified the permission sets to disallow manual consumption but the image option still appears.It is allowed for the user to reserve the material but not the consumption as it depends on another part of the company. Dependant Drop Down Not Working

I have 2 global codes (NOTE_TYPE_A and NOTE_TYPE_B). NOTE_TYPE_A is the parent code name for NOTE_TYPE_B.I have 2 combo boxes that populate their values; however, combo box B (NOTE_TYPE_B) is not dependent on combo box A (NOTE_TYPE_A).I have followed this link but it is still not working for me

Search Bar Always Showing

This is a bit of a basic question, but like all things IFS, the UI is so rich in configurations that maybe I’m missing something… I would like the Search Bar to always show, I keep moving from screen to screen and, for the type of work I do, I have always using the Search Bar so I have extra clicks to display it every time I move to a new screen, which is a productivity killer. Can this search bar be displayed by default when you open a screen without having to do the extra-clicking to show it?

How to print attachments automatically for shipments

Is there a way with either a workflow or report rule, that lets you print an attachment once an operational form is printed? I have attachments for shipments that I would like to have printed when I print the shipment delivery note. I have added the capability for attachments to be added to shipments.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Undo Inspection results for a serial part

Hi All,I am seeing this odd behaviour in cloud 24R1 version. I received my serial tracked part to an arrival location. I didn't specify any serials yet. Then I performed the inspection and scrapped that part for no credit. Now when I try to Undo the inspection results, it gives me this error message. Anyone else faced the same issue? Thanks,Chamath

Viewing all background Jobs

Hello, We have a ‘super user’ in the business who wishes to view all background jobs; however currently can only see jobs submitted by themselves. I know by granting system privilege ADMINISTRATOR would enable this, however it would also give them too much access. Is there a way of allowing them to view all background jobs without giving them full admin access? They also wish to view scheduled database tasks...so same question will apply to this area We are using Apps 8. Regards Shaun

Hello, just in the process of testing the RMA function and can’t seem to see an option to return to stock (which is what physically happens), have I not set something up in the background correctly? I’m logged in as IFSAPP so shouldn’t be a permission issue. Please see screen shot below.

Entra ID SCIM setup user provisioning step not available.

How to manage Italian addresses

Hi,I cannot find it described in Localization description for Italy, so I am asking here. What is the correct way of setup address for country Italy to get Italian e-invoice (PA Fattura) working in IFS? I was thinking about setting province codes of Italy as States, but it does not work - source value of mandatory tag <Provincia> goes from County field in address (company/customer/supplier) - so how should I set up the dictionary for County codes? This dictionary relates to States list, but States are not used in the e-invoice messages and I have no idea what should be list of values for States of Italy.

"Remarks" added for Yes/No questions are not shown when revisiting the survey

Hi, We have an issue in Apps 10 MWO when using surveys with Yes/No questions. We have made Remarks enabled so, if necessary, the user can add for either Yes/ No. However, when we revisit the survey, the added remark is removed and is filled with Yes/No depending on the answer we select for the question. Workflow Support for External Payment

Hello framework experts, I am on 24R1 at the moment. I have a scenario to import employee expenses from an external service provider. I created an external payment template and i can successfully import the file. Until here, there is no problem. In the external file, I have GL account and Cost Center that are mapped to BankTranscationInfo1 and BankTransactionInfo2. I want to create a workflow that will loop payment lines for the particular load and read the 2 fields and set CodeA and CodeB values. Here is my first part of workflow. I can read the array. Here I am assigning variables. But i have an error that I cannot resolve by myself. Here i want to update the 2 fields. I am new to workflows and discovering how it works. Business Reporter - The website’s security certificate is not secure.

Hi all, I try to log-on to Business Reporter, but I face strange error, which I have never met before: When I click “Refresh the page.” I get this error: I have installed this website’s certificate and this environmental works in browser correctly. I have also prepared IAM Client as it should: I have done this several times before for different environmental, and I have faced an errors when IAM Client or certificate is not defined correctly, but now I have done and defined them for this environmental at least twice.Certificate are stored on “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” -folder. I also stored them to different locations too, but did not make any difference. This environmental is working on 24R1 SU1.

Hi every one, I have an issue related to the source connection of the WT : I have these 21 PM actions that use the “merge” feature, and by using “Calendar generation” I’ve created one WO with one WT with 21 steps. But the problem is : I don’t have any “Source connection” one the WT. That value should be “PM action”. Do you have any ideas ?
