Have you ever experienced a situation where certain users cannot view the “Address Edit” window in IEE? Basically, the Address Edit window is shrunk and only the title bar is visible. The tools for resizing aren’t also available.We have few users experiencing this. Any input will be appreciated.

Just curious, what will happen if you don’t specify global.replicas parameter in “ifscloud-values.yaml”?  thanks 

Hello, I am trying to create a person address automatically from another custom page using BPA. It seems that BPA does not let me use the value of the custom field from my page, if its a referenced field. Other persistent fields seem to be working just fine. Custom page : Entity configuration : BPA :Error received :  Has anybody encountered this problem ? I am using  - IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.1.20211105061905.0 Regards,Trishen   

Hello all.We are upgrading from IFS10 to IFSCloud.  Currently we receive EDI 850 (inbound customer orders).  I am trying to test/verify set up in the new Cloud environment.  The issue with my 850 Routing Rules and Destination Address selection.Current Setup in IFS10 below IFSCloud.  Not able to select same Destination Addresses as above (not available ) Not sure what needs to happen or what changed. Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you.

Hi All,I use IFS 8. There is shelf life for a few purchase parts. For example, the rice shelf life is 6 months. 1. Is there a place to enter in 6 months or 180 Days in system? There are 4 fields about shelf life in Iventory Part, tab acquisition. But seems it is not for purchased part.2  And I want to enter part manufacture date & expiring date only for these parts when Register Purchase Order Arrivals. Is it possible?

We have recently created a new sales part but entered an incorrect tax code.  Before processing customer orders we need to amend the tax code.  Inventory exists on the sales part/site combination we are trying to change and we receive the following error message.We are unclear if the message occurs because we have inventory on this sales part/site combination or because a sales price list exists/or another reason What is the best way to make the tax code change?

Hello, Using IFS designer I would like to add the media imported by the technicians when carrying out a step of a work task so that the photos are present in the printed report. The configuration was carried out by one of my predecessors (see the result in the photo) a long time ago but since the version upgrade to 23.1.13 the configuration has disappeared. Except that in IFS Designer I cannot find the solution to include the media coming from the technicians when carrying out the step. Can you help me please ?  Thank’s  

When we print the report for a work task, it includes the steps that have been completed. This is good. However, we need to show the pictures as evidence in the report that is generated. Is this possible? 

When working with Engineering, there are a couple of defaults that can be set:For the majority I have an explanation, but for POS and REPLACE_REVISION, I can't find any documentation. Anyone that can help me out, what the function is of these defaults?

Apps10 UPD 21), we have only these projections:  I didn’t find any of these:ConfirmB2bPurchaseOrder ConfirmB2bSuppConsigmnt CreateB2bOrderQuotation DisplayB2bVmi PlannedB2bPurchase Also I didn’t find anything on Customer side.  Even if I linked to B2B customer and supplier users to B2B customers and suppliers, these users can’t see anything:  Do you have any idea what is missing? Thank you very much in advance!

 Dear IFS experts,we need a permission set for IFS Aurena B2B to see these configruations of parts in Aurena.  The second position is a configuration. Thefore the button “Configure” is visible. I get an error message if I click on it. Although all B2B screens are granted. How can I grant this function?

Hi,  I have created a Request on the back of a Request Contract. The SLA I defined on the Contract Line appears on my Task SLA (see bottom of screenshot).  However, in the Header of my Request, I can see that there’s a field called “SLA Commitments”, this doesn’t seem to be populated with my Task Level SLA but (assumption) requires a Scope SLA to be defined? Is there anyway to have this field pre-populate, same as the Task SLA (or better still based on the Task SLA not the Scope SLA Commitment)?   

Hello, in modul Change Request in attachments section I have various modules, how can I find what database_table belongs to every sub-modul? For example, there are sub-modules like Characteristics or Approval Process and I need table for approval process. Thanks

User has reported that they are not able to access the Resolved Queue module. We have checked the user profile and security role assigned to them. And when we checked the  Security Setup for that role, Access for "Resolved Queue" is already available but still users are not able to access the module. We tried to clear all cache memory and reload the module but it didn’t work. I have attached screenshot from the Astea Alliance.

I encountered an issue when opening a report generated from the ORDER REPORT screen in IFS Business Reporter. When I open the saved Excel file, I get the following error message: (We found a problem with some content in [report id]. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.")After clicking Yes, the report opens, but I'm unsure what caused the error or if the content is affected.Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it?

I’m trying to understand its intended use case and how (or if) it can be used when datamapping in ETM.My current use case is to return an array of all users whose shortCode starts with ZZ_, but I haven’t found a way to use [like] or [exclude] operators in datamapper fields, and i stumbled upon this query parameter in the search for this funcionality.There doesn’t seem to be any documentation on the wiki regarding the typeaheadFilter parameter—no examples, no reference, or examples of it behaviour, the only thing i could find was it’s mention as a query parameter in the RAML, but that did not help.😅 From what I’ve gathered, it is the REST version/equivalent to Type Ahead Search in the GUI, as mentioned in Look
