Is it possible to copy multiple activities into another sub project in the same project or a different project? The option is available for single activity copy. We need to remove 10 activities from sub project 1 and copy it to sub project 2 under the same project. AS we have a lot it is time consuming to copy one by one.

Hello Community,I am trying to connect to the Build Place or Lifecycle environment using IFS Report Designer.I have already created the IAM account and obtained the necessary certificate. You can see following two screenshots for details.The Certifcate in the right directoryIf I try to connect using the following:I receive the following error messageWhen I try to access the URL (up to the landing-page), I receive the following prompt window. I am attempting to connect using the ifsapp username and password. Any idea what I am missing or I am doing wrong? I remember in IFS10 there was a system parameter set up for report designer. Am I missing something in the system parameter for IFS Cloud.Any advice to help me to connect to the cloud lifecycle place?Thanks,

We are currently upgrading from Apps10 to Cloud and we use Estimate in Apps10.Looking at Estimate in Cloud - we can’t find the Estimate tree level view.  We use this view to move items in and out of structures in the same estimate.Where is the overall tree view?  Does it still exist in Cloud?Estimate Tree View in Apps10Same Estimate in Cloud - only list and card view 

I write to ask some questions about the IFS file previewer for attachments. The ability to use the file preview is denoted by the presence of an icon shared like an Eye.I believe, if a user has permission to view the attachment in question, then they would see the 'eye' if the attachment in question is a supported file type.Please could I ask the following, and please could I ask if the answers to the following could potentially be summarised and published as an IFS KB article since I think this information would be useful to any IFS customer.1) Can a table be provided of which file types can be viewed via the IFS file previewer?If support for previewing of a particular file type was introduced in a particular version of IFS, could a note be included stating from which version of IFS this support was introduced?If there are some notable file types which you know are NOT supported by the IFS file previewer it could be good to call those out. We are unable to install the middleware due to the following error  Error: looks like "https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm/index.yaml : 403Execution failed: Create Priority Class in default namespace unsuccessful.  It appears that the username or credentials for the Runtime Repository might be incorrect. Hi.We are facing issue with very slow printing. On Report Format & Output dialog when You click Print or Preview it taking few minutes to genrate printout.We are runing Apps 10, UPD 16.It seams to stuck on PrintReport.ReportFormatRequest Any ideas how to solve issue? Best regards

Hello, I have a client that has a distribution order with the same “Planned Receipt Date” as the customer order “Planned Delivery Date”.They want a one-day buffer between them. We have changed dates in the Supply Chain Matrix, lead times, safety lead times, etc. and still the dates are the same. I did not think this was standard functionality.Am I missing something?  

Hello,Due to the high volume of manual vouchers (mostly uploaded), we are looking for a solution to have them automatically reversed on the 1st of the following accounting period.Is there a way to automate the reversal of manual vouchers in IFS Cloud?While simulation vouchers are an option, the issue is that the resulting entries do not appear in our general ledger records.We would appreciate your guidance on this matter.Thank you.Fatimetou Taleb

Hi, Is there a way to limit employees from connecting their expense sheets to organizations in which they do not have an assignment?In below example, employee 10198 is assigned to organization 1510. But he can create an expense sheet connected to any organization. The example shows an expense sheet connected to 1410.   Thank you in advance!

Hi Experts. In App10, we are able to change the tax code in customer order lines that are originated from Service. Then if we check the same in latest Could 24R2 this cannot be done with the following error. We use 2 different tax codes for the same sales part and it is dependent on whether the order type is NO CO or SEO COThen how the Tax code can be changed under the current constraints as we need to identify how it can be changed otherwise. This Tax code is not available both in the “Invoice Preview” screen and at the “Work Task” level as well, further compounding the issue.This is a significant limitation in the cloud as it worked well in App10, and it introduces additional complexity into the process and severely impacts efficiency. Thanks,Kasun

Hello Experts, I am new to IFS Cloud. I have question on service catalog. Is it possible to create multi level (hierarchial ) service catalog in IFS Cloud? If yes how to create it. Based on my understanding service catalog one level is possible, but not sure about multi level  Eg:My catalog structure looks like this 1.Installation      1.1 New installtion       1.2 upgrade of services (additional installation) 2. Hi, I need to Overtake a function. However, the studio throws “ERROR: Method Get_End_Date in layer Core overrides, but no matching method or function signature was found.” error. The error points to another function in the message. I tried SEARCH and REPLACE. The function is at the Core level, and IntelliSense shows it. Hi all,We’re on IFS Cloud 24R2, and I’m trying to allow employees to book Bank Holidays via the Quick Absence screen (My Self-Service).Right now, Bank Holiday is not set up as an Absence Type. It exists only as a wage code, which is linked to the Absence Category = Leave.When users open the Quick Absence screen: The Bank Holiday option doesn’t appear in the list at all. The Bank Holiday date itself is greyed out (not selectable). The wage code is correctly set up (Absence Category = Leave, Can be Reported by Employee = Yes, Day Type Rule = “Can overlap non-working days”). But since the system isn’t picking it up in Quick Absence, I’m wondering:Does Bank Holiday need to be set up as a proper Absence Type in IFS Cloud to be bookable via Quick Absence?Or is there something else I’m missing in the setup?Appreciate any guidance or examples from others who’ve handled this scenario. Hello,I am trying to enable automatic reservation and backflush upon shop order receipt (operation approval) in Shop Floor Workbench (IFS APPS 10 UPD 23).The product structure is set up to automatically reserve and backflush from a specific location and connected operation. Everything was working fine until I enabled lot tracking, and now it’s returning the error message: “There are not enough reservations for the tracked part. It must be reserved before it is issued, as the parent part is multilevel tracked.” I know I can get around this by right-clicking the material line and selecting “Reserve”, but I don’t want the operators to have to do that. This process occurs in the middle of a production line, so they’d have to Reserve upon each receipt, as not all of the material would be available at the start of the Shop Order. I’d like the system to automatically calculate, reserve, and backflush the exact quantity of material required upon each partial receipt/op approval. Is this possib

I'm having issues getting documents attached to a work task to appear on MWO. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be? I am attaching a document on the Work Task in Aurena but not seeing this document in the MWO app (iOS or Windows). I already checked the following:User has access to the document (same user can see it in Aurena) Document class is set as a mobile document class and to push to mobile User has docman permissions. I can attach new documents on MWO without any issues Document is released IFSSERVICEENGAPP user is connected to the site I'm using Cleared caches, disconnected and connected MWO, initialized etcThis is on 23R1.

I want to add a NESTING_NO column to the Purchase Order Lines table.The same column already exists in the Purchase Part Requisition Lines table.If a Purchase Order is created from a Purchase Requisition, the Purchase Order Lines table includes references to the requisition using the REQUISITION_NO, REQ_RELEASE, and REQ_LINE columns.My goal is to populate the NESTING_NO value in the Purchase Order Lines table based on these referenced values.To achieve this, I wrote a PL/SQL function and tried to use it in the Expression field while adding a Custom Field.The function works correctly and returns expected values. We currently have a monthly service contract that the customer did not renew - in May of 2024. They just asked to start the service back up. We have an object of service set up for the monthly PM. If I go through the renewal process, I don’t have an option to skip the past year or have a new start date. I can renew it for 2 years, but then I have 12 months of orders that were not generated. Which is OK.. but not very clean looking. Is there a way to keep the same contract id and skip a year on the renewal? 

We had an issue where the Print Agent died and when we rebooted, everything began working normally, and new print jobs flowed fine, but there are still over a dozen jobs in “Print Manager” stuck in “Working” status. Any ideas? Thanks!
