Hi, It seems that IFS is set up more for global purchasing where supplier settings (Buyers, Delivery & Order confirmation reminders, etc.) apply to the group and cannot be set differently for different sites if the same supplier ID is used. Often sites in our business have slightly different approaches to managing and expediting suppliers, and site buyers want the autonomy to apply their own settings for suppliers. I am reaching out to see if anyone has experience, thoughts or suggestions on how this should be resolved? Thanks in advance. 

I am trying to create a Custom Field within the Case that pulls a Custom field from another Screen. I am fairly new to IFS development and mostly self taught so this has confused me as other fields that i created in a similar way to this have worked. Table 1 = cc_case_cfvTable 2 = Location I am wanting field (CF$_TEAM) to display in the CC_CASE_CFV where there is a match on CF$_Delivery_Location_ID (Case Screen) to Location_ID (Location Screen) This is my Select Statment: SELECT CF$_TEAM FROM LOCATION WHERE LOCATION_ID = :CF$_DELIVERY_LOCATION_ID what would I enter into the argument?  

Hi,For our solution, Prepare Work Order contains many Custom Fields. I want these Custom Fields to be visible via ‘Active Work Orders’. If I run a sql query on ‘Active_Seperate_CFV’ all the custom fields are returned but when I access via ‘Active Work Orders’ from the Navigator I do not have any of the Custom Fields available / visible. Is it possible to bring in the Custom Fields from ActiveSeperate into Active Work Order Overview? Custom Fields: Active Work Orders - None show under Custom Objects 

Edit: we are on version 15.2.0.1Currently testing v15-.2 before upgrade, and we find taht if we add a manual PO number on a sales order, Astea will try to look it up. Even if PO is not mandatory for the customer. Most of our sale require POs, but very seldom blanket POs Entering PO:Astea looks it up:Hitting Close: 

Alliance 15.1 HF8 – Disabling TLS 1.0 causes connectivity error when using Configuration Editor to setup/test a DB connection.  The Astea Browser Employee Portal still functions.Seems the Configuration Editor is still using TLS 1.0 to connect to the database - This is on the application servers.With the above issue we cannot create additional Profiles.The error is resolved when I enable TLS 1.0 on the application server and below is the event log error.

 Hello All, I want to create a custom read-only field on the lines of the "Purchase order delivery status" screen (Procurement >  order > Analysis > Purchase order delivery status,  ( see attachement below ) to display the Receipt Note corresponding to each line (content of the Note field of the "Receipt" screen) (see attachement ).   The screen where we have to get the information notes:   If there are multiple receptions for the same line, the different notes will be separated by a semi-colon . I have tested a select query but it didn’t work, should i pass by Pl-SQL in this case ?  Thank you.

In customer window there is “AR Customer Contact”When searching in IFS Online Documentation it says “AR Customer Contact is the contact department/person in customer side to receive AR documents. By linking AR customer contact and an output media to the customer it is possible to send certain AR documents to customer based on the output media.”What is “Certain AR documents”? Customer Invoices? Reminders?   

Hi All,A user has created a Manual Voucher and he wants to delete or cancel this voucher.The voucher is in Not Approved status and this is not available in GL Vouchers Analysis window.Please advise me to cancel or delete this voucher.I’m in IFS APP 09 UPD 08. Thank you!

Is there a way of identifying the ‘Due Date’ of a completed PM Action? Once a PM Action has the Work Order Generated and Closed, the Due Date is removed and the Planned Date updates to the Date the Work Order was prepared.I need a way of knowing what Planned Date was so I can report ‘Required Maintenance in a Period’ vs ‘Completed Maintenance in a Period’. How do I best achieve this? 

Hi,Could someone offer some advice? We use the STDIN2 template to import expenses from an external system. This all works fine except when it comes to specifying a Purchase Order. It seems the import requires an account code and cost centre but actually these are specified on the PO via pre-posting so you wouldn’t want to specify it at time of import but actually when the invoice is matched to the PO. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks,Alex

We have some products where we want to have a regular quantity discount price. I try to set this up in the MAIN pricebook as follows: 1-9 qty price = 19/ea. If 10 or more, price = 14/ea.This is my setup in the pricebook: But this is what is shown on the salesorder lines: Am I missing something? Or is not how the pricebook works?

Hello,I have a custom field in the register arrivals overview and need to update it from the receive dialog.I didn’t find a way to add this field to the receive dialog.Can you share the steps in EE client   

I have created an IAL with the below query with a where conditionWhen I am using this IAL for Quick Information source and running the Business Reporter Report.The Data rendered includes with the ZERO quantities.I am having this issue with all IAL’s having Where Clause. system is not filtering the data on where clause for the IAL Reports. 

HiHopefully someone can point me in the right direction. 2 of my colleagues have somehow minimized their view on sub-contracts lines and we cannot seem to able to revert it back. Below is a screen shot of their view and I have marked with a red arrow where they are trying to expand, but when they hover in between the sections they do not get the option to drag back down.Has anyone come across this before and is there a way to resolve it without having to reset their profiles?
