Hi Community,we are starting soon with IFS app 10.We are supplying equipments to industry and those equipments are sometimes returned by customers to our premises, for repair. If my understanding is correct, I need to fill the check box “allow part ownership transfer” in the Client, so that I can link the Serial Object to another customer, if necessary. This would be the scenario were we have supplied equipment to customer A some years ago, but meanwhile customer A sold the equipment to customer B.Is this the right way to proceed ?Also, does this checked box have influence on other processes in IFS ?Thanks for your inputs.  

Hello,Does anyone know if there is a place in Aurena where you can set a place to show which environment you’re in.  I work in several environments for troubleshooting and the URL is similar. In IEE, it could be set as an option.  Is there a similar setting for Aurena? ​​​​​In Aurena, I can’t find a similar setting.  And the environments have similar URLs

Hi,I have a requirement for passing data from one table to another table by clicking on button. Example: In service table there are multiple row records where user_def1 is equal to 1. Once I create request I need to pass that request id to service table where user_def1 is equal to 1.I am not able to use setDBvalue since this requirement is for web client.Please suggest feasible way to do this requirement. Regards,Ramya

Document management check out path, can this be set centrally for all users ? We are having issues with the check out path for document management, as default it goes to our onedrive. This causes issues. A solution we have found is changing the check out path to the local C: drive, but as far we found, this need to be set user per user. Is there a solution to change this once for all users ?

Hi, For Contorl Plan - Purcharse and Manufacture,the analysis can be  triggered automatially when parts arrived or shop order started. While for inventory , how to tigger an analysis automatially?eg, when the stock expiration date comes, my customer would like to trigger a inspection, if pass, then extend the expiration date.I notice there is a screen called “scheduled inventory contorl plans”, but I cannot added data into it.

LXV & Q. In the voucher type screen the LXV voucher is functionally an M voucher.When using the external voucher assistant with load type LXV, it will not allow me to upload an M voucher, but will allow me to upload an LXV voucher.How/where can I change the LXV load type to accept M vouchers?

When creating a new contract in v15, we find that the Contract ID is blanked when we chose Contract Template. Is there a way to either keep the Contract ID after chosing a template, or rearrange the order of the data fields som Contract Template comes before Contract ID?  

Hi All,If we make an extension table for TASK table, named TASK_EXT, if we want this extension table to be synced with Mobile, do we need to make separate sync rule for that table ? As per my knowledge, usually baseline sync rule of TASK table take cares of syncing other extension tables, only when that TASK_EXT table is updated with TASK table itself. If I want to update only the TASK_EXT table (not with the TASK table) and to be synced with mobile, what should I do ? Hello all, Currently, we have all of our Sites set to Receipt SO in Background on the Manufacturing → General. According to the help, setting this flag can significantly increase the number of receipts possible when back flushing (we backflush all components on Product Structures) and automatic operation reporting (all Work Centers are set to auto receive on last operation step).I considering disabling this flag so that receipts are processed online. However, I am concerned that there may be an unintended consequence of shop order receipts failing due to the system being overwhelmed.  Is there any  way to determine if this would in fact be an issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I’m having trouble viewing my custom field on my screen in Aurena.  The field is available in IEE but, it doesn’t show in “List View Settings” or “Table View Settings”.  So, it’s not viewable in Aurena.  Is there a trick to getting it to show?  It’s a simple field on the Sales District page.  

We are currently testing Aseta v15. My users do not like the simplfied contract view, as they have to go to full contract view in 99% of the time. Is there a way to set this up?
