In IFS 7.5 when trying to copy text from some pdf generated, we only get qustionmark or squares insted of the text. Like this:
When checking the document properties there is embedded fonts Arial and Arial Bold, but with a number before. 1747Ec416Arial and 1748Ec41eArial,Bold.
(Our Suppliers want to copy out order no)
Does anybody know it this is possible to fix?

Which SP version are you in? This is a known limitation in APP 7.5 before SP7. According to RnD information
IFS uses an Apache open source Formatting Objects renderer/processor (FOP) to generate the PDF documents. There is a limitation in FOP due to the particular font encoding type (CDI) used in the reporting framework, where it prevents a user from searching or copying text in a PDF generated through FOP for a Report Designer layout.
However this has been fixed in a Functional Enhancement group patch in APP 7.5 SP7, hence it cannot be taken as a single patch.
