Hi Team,Once the transactions are matched in Manual Transaction matching window. Is there any way to filter out the matched transactions from Unmatched Transactions?My requirement is I want to see only the unmatched transactions which are left after manual transaction matching is done. Is der any way we can do it?Thanks in Advance.Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi, I am creating some internal work instructions for the Object Physical Count process. I can not find any instructions on the IFS documentation website concerning the “Located” option when I RMB on an object line in the below screen. I notice that this “Located” option disappears for all objects after I assign either “exist” or “missing” status to any one object. Could you please help me understand this function? Best Regards,

Hi all, I have an excel migration for Supplier for Purchase Part. This allows price lists to be created by users and inserted to the price list tab. However, if a price list is active - this prevents the tool from working. Is there a way to close an active price list automatically before the new price list is inserted?

Our customer is having a situation where a structure mismatch created in a higher level appears under the preliminary conformance log of a latter module.I believe this is an incorrect representation as the conformance log should provide structure mismatches within that level/module.

Hi,When a Change Order (CO) connected to a Change Request (CR) and the CO is approved, the CR Status is automatically set to 'Processed' and the CR is locked preventing any future updates.Are we able to disable that to allow us to make updates to the CR once the CO has been approved? Either by not automatically changing to CR status to Processed, or being able to reverse the status to Active to make those updates?Or any other workarounds that would allow us to update the CR once the CO Status is set to Approved.Appreciate any help on this issue.  Regards,Naveena

hi community When i create a serial object I would like to prevent the description field from being overwritten by the article description. Is it possible ? there is a parameter but i don’t find it ?

In the rebate issue, the rebate transaction is complete, but I can't set the settlement (periodic and final). I have attached the total process that I have maintained. I try a few times using the manual. If someone gives me a demo setup for settling a settlement that helps me a lot.

When a Customer Order is created from a Sales Quotation is there a link between the two?In the Sales Quotation itself I can right-click on a Quotation line in it and select “Customer Order” and that takes me to one of the customer orders that was created from the Quotation but when I put a debug trace on it in IFS it doesn’t tell me how it linked it (i.e. what field).Thank you for any replies.

When approve the last operation of a MRO shop order using shop floor workbench,  receive inventory check box is disabled although the work center setting is enabled for receive into inventory on last operation.Any reason why this is not working for MRO type shop orders? Thank you.Regards,Naveena

Hi,How to to disable a Coordinator in IFS10 app, we do not want to appear while listing Coordinators. Thanks. 

HelloWe are using shop orders, and are now looking into standard operations and routing operations. Everything works well and looks good.  The only thing not suitable for us, is the need of manually report operations / or manually close operations. At least for now we don’t need this. When we try to recieve inventory without reporting operations we get this Error Message, but I can’t seem to figure out how to find or how to use auto report functionality. Please help. :)

Hi, I dont know if it’s the right way to mention a potential case but i noticed 2 quite strange things in IFS cloud on 2 different environments : - Transport task to remote warehouses deletion after “Refill putaway zones” batch launch→ Transport tasks previousely deleted seems to be created again after a few seconds, without any user action.- Refill source method chamges (invent order or purchase) on remote warehouse assortment are not taken into account : if I change the refill method from invent to purchase, i still have a transport task generated if launch “Refill putaway zones” batch.Thanks for your help and expertise on this topic, it may be an error from my side in the setup. 

Hi, I want to do Mixed Payment Bulk upload through External File upload. But with the file I can upload only to Mixed Payment header part in general tab.  And I saw in this mixed payment there is three (3) API;MIXED_PAYMENT_API > for  General TABPAYMENT_LUMP_SUM_API > for Transaction line MIXED_PAYMENT_MAN_POSTING_API > for Manual posting line Is there any way to upload bulk in mixed payment window with a signle template ?  

HiBit of a strange one for you all. Our procurement team are able to create change orders in one of our companies and amend descriptions on the lines etc, but cannot do it in our other company, they get an error saying it needs to be in planned status, so they change it to planned and then get an error saying Description cannot be changed when status is not Released or Confirmed, yet it works fine in the other company. I have checked the base data but cannot find anything relating to change orders, and I don’t think its permission related if they can do it in the other company.Does anyone have any ideas?ThanksHayley

In order to know what view we need to fetch information from in the past (IFS Appl 10 and backwards) we could always query the good old “Object connections” that has:Now, since we only are allowed to fetch data from projections (starting with Cloud21R1 and upwards) - how do we know what projection to invoke depending on what object(s) a document is connected to?
