If a user has a mWO task and starts it, there will be normally a completion on the same day or even the next day/week/month. When the user forgets to ‘pauze’ the task, it will lead to a lot of hours worked on the task.Massive number of hours bookedIn the example above I've completed a mWO task that was entered/started quite some time. In green I see at (1) that for Wednesday November 10th there are approx 1990 hours booked.Question: is it possible to spread the hours automatically (backwards in time) over the scheduled hours?Version 10.13..1360.0 is showing in mWO (Windows)

Hi,Using Metadata we can add more Table in the Archive FSM Engine, also explained in the following post as well. My question is, at the same time it will not create the Database table. For example I added PRODUCT to the Archive engine using custom metadata but it will not create the A_PRODUCT table nor such table exist by default.How we define the Archiving table here and connect to archive engine or is there a simple way of doing this? Thank You,Kasun

HiI’m trying to connect ifs cloud with dell boomi. I tried to register a boomi component with basic authentication giving end point url, username and the password. But unfortunately authentication wasn't successful. Is there a specific setup needs to be done from IFS side? eg. setting up IAM client etc. If basic authentication is not supported in cloud please let me know the steps to authenticate my boomi component using oAuth? ThanksRoshanga

Need to understand the user last login information from IFS Application and the no of days not logged in and out when using Single sign on functionality. 

In FSM Mobile 6.4, when you add a new screen, you choose a workflow. It will only appear in this workflow and not be available in other workflows. If you choose no workflow, it's visible nowhere.We have several Debrief workflows, depending on the task_type at hand. How can we add a screen and use it in multiple workflows, to improve maintainability?

Hi,Is there any pre-existing permission set in Apps 10 which can be granted to users requiring to log into Aurena? Similar to FND_RUNTIME for users to log into IEE.Currently, we are using FND_ADMIN permission set but this is giving users access to other areas in IFS.Thanks!

Hi experts, I've found below installation error after deploying Apps9 UPD17. I shut down the server using stop_all_servers.cmd script just before the Execute step. But still I get the same error. !!!Error deploying file enable_rowkey.SQL at 11-OCT-21 12:10:42!!!Error executing COMMANDDatabase object has been discarded, trying to execute the statement again.ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement Can anyone give a suggestion for this error?

Hi all,Recently, we setup mail sender details in ifs application for a customer. Now, there are some  new mails are received  to users with irrelevant subjects. Is there any way to find out from where these mails are generated? I checked application messages regarding this emails but couldn't find any details.is there any place to check further. How can we retrieve content of the yellow sticky notes (i.e. tool strip, notes icon) via SQL query for any entity that could have yellow sticky notes such as Customer, Customer Order, Shipment,  Invoice, Supplier, etc.?  Searched PL/SQL for API's and the database for tables/views but could not find any viable candidates.  We’d like to be able to retrieve the sticky note text for reporting and analysis purposes.

Is there anyway in IFS to determine the parts and value of WIP at subcontractors?  Our finance group is being asked by auditors to substantiate the value in our GL account for subcontract WIP.

Parking an order prevents any shop floor reporting on the entire order. We need to process an order up to a point before parking it. Example, order is currently at op 10. Ops 10, 20 and 30 need to be processed, but we want to prevent op 40 from being processed. Is there any functionality to prevent a shop order from processing at a specific operation?  Thanks    

Hello IFS community,I have a code that sends an email to an user. From the IFS event, I know that I can create an event that sends an email and even create the link to the page in IFS using the rowkey by clicking “ADD URL” using the action type E_MAIL. See Screenshot 1 for more details about my question.  Screenshot 1- Code used to send the email - Screenshot 2 How could I add to the code (Screenshot 2) the way to generate the URL where the user can click on it from the email received and bring it to IFS, like it will work if I created the event using the IFS event action type E-MAIL (Screenshot1)?Thanks,JL 

We want to create a report on customer support orders and service orders to monitor who changed priority. We see every change in the trans log: new priority, SA & time but not from which priority the change was done.How can we know what was the original priority when the order was logged ?

Hi community,with several of our customers we have agreed not to invoice freight for example. But our freight department want’s to have revenues to compare to cost.Usually we have one price for the whole customer order, even if having several lines.Now we are looking for a solution to summarize all lines and charges into one amount for the reports Customer order confirmation and invoice.One idea would be in layout / report designer to show only the first line using the total amount.Are there any other ideas how to resolve this?Thank you for your feedback!Regards Martina
