Hello,We have run into this issue in several scenarios: A Quick Report works fine, but if we try the “Export to Excel” option of running the report we get something like the following:  One scenario where this happens is when using “WITH” in the query. That can be overcome by wrapping the WITH in a SELECT.Another scenario it happens with is when using parameters such as a date range, the kind that makes the calendar popup available.But the most recent issue was with a a query using a pipelined result from a custom package method call, for example: SELECT * FROM TABLE(BELL_CUSTOM_REPORT_API.GetCustomerInfo('B%')) This is a custom API with a method called GetCustomerInfo() that uses PIPELINED data to return a “table-izable” result. It works fine in SQL Developer and when running the Quick Report directly. But if I use “Export to Excel” from the Quick Report screen I get the error listed in Excel that you see above. Putting “&AO” in front of the package name does not help.Anyone know

Hi, I need some help with a SQL statement for a Quick Report I try to create. I want to show the total amount of a Purchase Order including charges (when a charge or multiple charges are applied on an order) and excluding tax. I created the statement below, but did not get the desired result. The statement is working fine, except the bold part. The statement returns only a value in ‘Total Amount’ when there are charges applied on the Purchase Order. And also, when there are multiple charges applied on the PO, the statement returns multiple lines. See the example below. Purchase Order Wanted Receipt Date Receipt Week Status Total Amount P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 726,6 P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 701,6  My desired result is: When there are no charges applied on the Purchase Order, the report should show the total amount of the Purchase Order. And when there are charge(s) applied, the report should show the total amount of the PO plus the amount of the charg

If we use “Save-As” to create a copy of a contract, there is the option of selecting a different Contract Template.  It would be nice if that option was also available when renewing a contract too, since sometimes we are changing from one type to another (for example going from the Warranty Contract to a regular one).  Is there any option to select a different template when renewing, or could there be?We are using V14.5

Community,  We are building a interface to SFTP supplier invoice in XML format and processed by IFS API. Mean time, PDF supplier invoice will send to IFS as well. it needs to be an attachment in the manual supplier invoice window. my question is, how to make PDF as an attachment happen? need to config document management? if so, how to config the document management? Thank you.

In the Customer Order screen in IFS EE 10 how do I get the “Delivery Note” box under “Documents Printed” to get ticked. I know it is triggered by  something in the status  of the Customer Order  or the Customer Order lines but I don’t know what sets it. See attached image.I would appreciate any help, thank you.

Our client is rolling out Aurena everywhere but they have found a few areas where they feel Aurena is not fully ‘ready’.  Has anyone documented a list of features/functions/modules/processes that do not work (well) in Aurena compared to IEE?An example we have found:Projects/Programs.  Aurena requires multiple screens, clicks and views to perform what is available in a single view in IEE.Has anyone else found examples like this and is someone at IFS working to make Aurena better and more capable for all modules?

I want use sinhala font in crystal reports. we entered data using  Sinhala Font(iskoola pota) to IFS application. In both ‘SQL’ and ‘crystal report preview’ the data shows in Sinhala. But When try preview in IFS application , it is not working. I installed the iskoola pota sinhala font in IFS Application server and re-started it. but it is still not working

Is there any way to run full SQL queries directly from application ?

Dear Cumminity,I’m trying to figure out how to configure basic data for Work Hours Schedule for below scenarios.Scenario 01The company has a flexible time schedule and Employees have to cover 37 hours per week but there is no regulations for hours per day.Scenario 02is there anyway to attached substitue schedule for public holidays for employee without connecting it to the cycle schedules.

I have a company where the Use Posting Proposal option is not displayed on the General Tab in Invoice. I can display this by unticking the Use Customized screen layout in Object Properties, but when I navigate away from the general tab the option disappears. Any suggestions please? 

Were there any slides that can be used to conduct Navigation training on Aurena ?(similar to the IEE Look and Feel slides)

Hello Community, After I updated the “Delivery Terms” basic data description value in English.  The new description does not update in the French side of IFS. (When I log-in using French as a language).What am I missing?  See screenshots for more details. We are currently using IFS9.fig1- Shows the new description value updated in the English side.fig2- Shows the French side is keeping the old description value. it did not update to the new description value.Thanks,JL

Hi, I’m getting the following error while trying to post a manual supplier invoice. The accounting period is open for user group AC. I believe this error is arising because it is trying to post to the “IB” ledger, which is an internal ledger I created while testing out the budget module. I am a little stumped because I am not seeing anywhere to explicitly state that this should post to the GL. Best Regards,  

We are on IFS v9, Oracle 12c (Enterprise Ed).As IFS/Oracle customers, are we licensed to use Java for IFS Print agents/Middleware?Does this depend on version? If there is a specific version we should be using, which is it?Any thoughts would be welcome.(Of course I understand licenses may differ across different customers/configurations, just getting a feel of opinions)ThanksMike

If you have a Maintenance Employee in multiple resource groups and you’re using Work Task Clockings from mWO, IFS will put the resource group linked to the demand as the resource group on Work Task Clocking.  And if you’re doing service it will drive the correct sales pricing.  Issue I have is regardless of how an organization bills an employee time, he should always be costed the same (like a default resource group for cost).  Is there a way to do this?

A customer is having issues with the Aurena Scan it App.It says, the redirect URI is invalid. This is for an IFS 10 Customer within IFS Managed Cloud. I do not have access credentials for the admin console nor do I have access to the Admin console itselft as the link is not working. I guess there are some port restrictions and it is not forwarded. How can I request the Addition of Redirect URIs within a cloud managed environment?Kind regards,Tobias

Now, partners should connect to the B2B portal with their mail addresses.There are two options currently discussed:Create an Azure AD Guest Account and then.. somehow use the default mail address as the directory ID in IFS 10.. i guess.Someone experienced in this setup? Dear Community!For a customer, we are currently trying to add a connection between IFS 10 in the cloud and a server on customer side to connect securly. This is for IFS Connect and a routing address to connect to a scale unit.We have already added all possible certificates to IFS in the keystore window, but it still not working. We are getting the errorExpetion while sending dataCaused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Exception while obtaining SSL socket factoryCaused by: java.io.IOException: toDerInputStream rejects tag type 45. Any suggestions on that? Any help is appreciated.We are now struggling with this topic for over a month now with nobody in IFS Germany being able to check on this.Kind regards,Tobias

Hiusing IFS apps 10 and have been playing around with the Resource structures and resource analysis to replicate actual resource constraints.however there is an icon on the resource structure that I do not know the meaning to (below highlighted in red) can anyone help? Also can anyone explain the difference 1) Schedule capacity, 2) Adjusted capacity and 3) utilization capacity on the resource analysis graph? kind regardsJamie

Hi Experts,In IFS 10, we could found the column definition of Code Part(account, code b to code J) in pre accounting table is varchar2(10). But the length of them is varchar2(20) in Code Part Defintion table actually. It’s quite strange and make a lot of troubles for customers. Anyone know the reason and when they could be in same length varchar2(20) ? Thank you!
