We made problem, cause and repair code mandatory as Resolution Codes in resolving a Customer Support and a Service Order. Those codes are used in our reports.
Our policy is that only 1 code of each may be selected but Astea always shows us a multiple selection.
Is there a possibility to make a one selection in one click ?
Our agents are experiencing the standard as annoying and have the possibility to select multiple codes even if our policy is not to do. Also on Mobile the multiple selection screens appear, what makes the usage not very user friendly.
