Dear community,is it really standard, that the status of a completed Work Assignment doesn’t change the Work Task status to “Work Done” anymore? I see that behaviour on the 21R2 ifscloudr2bnt-lkp.rnd.ifsdevworld.com environment.From an organicational point of view, that is not good, since I would check for Work Tasks in state “Work Done” to proceed in the process. Or do we expect the backoffice to check on Work Assignments in IFS Cloud 21R2? T&RDADUDE

Dear IFS community,we get an error messge in screen “Manual Supplier Invoice” if we match PO receipts. What does it mean and how to fix it?  

When an engineer enters a private activity on his mobile and marks is as DONE when he finished the job, the activity stays in the worklist.Can it be removed after finishing and send to history (as is like for the service orders )? In DC it ends up in the Completed QueueAnyway, it should not stay in the worklist.

Can we set the Refresh Interval in Customer Support and Service Order by default to a specific time ?When you open the module, the Refresh Interval = 0. You have to change it manually.Is there also a possibility to set it to 15 seconds, now the minimum is 1 minute ?

Hello, Question regarding App Param: FREEZE_REQUEST_STATUS on FSM [6u13] Our goal is to “lock” or “freeze” a request when it has reached a status of ‘complete’ , ‘CO’ so that no one can edit details of the request. We have set our [code table] to include the correct codeI believe we have set the App param correctly Currently I can open a “completed” request on the UI, and change values on the request table (like request.payment_id) and save changes Is there an additional step I need to take to “Lock” the records?

When the work is transferred to the mobile, the address is synced to the my work screen and it is possible to open it externally in maps by clicking the map icon by the address. The WO is connected to an Object which has a location as shown below. But the addresses are not shown ‘Show in Map’. It is always empty. The embedded maps parameter in Application Parameter window is enabled.How can I get the addresses to appear on the show in map screen?

Currently when deploying tasks from a project to a service order, the service order number is the same for each - only the line number updates.  Is there a way / setting that will have the application create a new different service order number for each task deployed on a project?  Not just increment the line number?

Hello Community!We are upgrading from 9 to 10.  As part of the effort, we were looking at the data differences on “The Company” and on “The Site”.    On the site record we discovered what seems like hidden data on the “top level” Inventory tab, under the General, Automatic Reservation, and Transport Task Tabs.  But maybe this is a BUG since these are Inventory Part Planning Properties in a new grouping??  Is the “Inventory Part Planning” tab supposed to be invisible?  Hopefully I’ve provided enough information: 

Am trying to add a customer payment that had previously been rolled back but am unable to see the invoice in the transaction tab.Am trying to create against this invoice Its an external invoice, at ‘Created’ status The Payment Status is showing as ‘Unpaid’ (With other rolled back transactions) Is there a different way i should be creating the payment?Any help appreciated!

is it possible to reduce the amount of text of the “Problem Text” in the Customer Support order queue ?Often the problem text is so large that it takes nearly a whole screen. Can we reduce it by displaying only the first lines or characters so the text takes only a few lines of space ? 

Dear experts,When we performed the inter-site purchase order return, I am getting below error. I can not change the part cost in these two different sites due to one site consisting of a manufacturing plant and the other site consisting of a distribution site and the two different sites have different costs for the same part. Could any of you advise me to fix the issue or comment on the standard functionality of intersite purchase order return with different part cost structures?

Therefore, I need to create a copy of the physical documents of the business section sold to send documents to the other company.What will be the best to copy all the documents and create an extraction to move them to another database?Any idea how could I do that? Any format?Any type way to do that?What tables in IFS will contain the physical documents?Any advice on how to perform this project?We are using IFS 9 Any advice will be appreciated.Thanks,JL    

We want to know how one of the calculation in Eco-footprint is done in relation to the status of a product structure and is it possible to adjust this calculation?The referred calculation is this, highlighted in the screenshot.We observe the calculation only includes product structures in status buildable. We have multiple product structures which are used by our suppliers and thus never set to buildable. We want to have that included in the calculation.Could you please confirm, the calculation only includes product structures in status buildable?Is it possible to modify the calculation to include product structure with any status?

Hello All,we have checked in some documents by using VAP-DMS/A. So far, everything looks good. The file ends up on the storage server and the users can also open it in IFS.Only the database background job are displaying a error “There exists no file to archive.                    ORA-20110: YvdmsExtArchiveUtil.ARCHNULL”The displayed error - Database Background Job → There exists no file to archive.I think the issue comes from VAP DMS/B, that we using before. Which background job must be inactive, to avoid this error? Or what are we doing wrong?Thank’s, Stefan

Is there a possability to attach a document or a note while on the NEW Customer Support order page ?Our “call intake” only registers orders and use “Save & Exit” or “Save & New “. If they need to attach a document or note they have to enter the call which is already in the helpdesk queue at that moment.Can we add the  ATTACH button on the NEW page ?

Has anyone been through PCI Compliance Testing with IFS, particularly the credit card module?   Was there anything they had to do to become compliant?  Do you store credit card info?  And if so how do you maintain compliance if holding the credit card info?Thanks
