We have a trial installation of V15 and it works for most users but I am getting an error whenever I search in the Customer Center or in the Customer Contracts module However, if I search for an installed item, I can then zoom to the Customer/site from there, without issue.If I log in on my PC as another user, I have no problem, so must be in my employee settings but they are exactly the same as other users, as far as I can see.I have cleared the cache and history, deleted temp folders, remove the V15 file from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Astea, changed security profile and also bypassed security, all to no avail.Anyone have any suggestions what I need to do?

Hello, I set up a migration job which creates a csv file and exports it on a file location on my computer. The job does get executed and the information message says that it exported the file (see screenshots). The problem is that no file is created.Even if I delete the File Path location, the job gets executed without an error message. Any ideas where to check?Thanks, Golo

Hi everyoneOur system appears to have stopped posting machine overhead to the accounts when a shop order is completed.  I’m looking at the work centre that is used and the value is only on cost set 2 and not in cost set 1 (inventory value) - will this be the issue? Thanks, Derek    

We are looking to start using Order Proposals for some of our inventory items.Set-up is:Planning Method BOrder Point 100Lot Size 25 There is 0 Qty on Hand as this is a new part.(with no demand coming from any work order, etc..)Create Order Proposal job is initiated.A Purchase requisition is created with 100 being recommended to purchase. This is then crated into Purchase order, received into inventory, and then closed.All works as expected to this point. Now we relieve some inventory, either by Count, or by material requisition. The Qty on Hand is now below 100, and actually we’ve taken it to 0. We expect the Order Proposal to create another purchase Requisition...but it does not. It will only create one if we change the Order point to 101 or higher. Ex. - we changed it to 2,000, only to have the Requisition call for 1,900. Can someone explain what we’re missing either in set-up, or understanding of how this process works?

Hi All,I wanted to add another condition to an existing crystal report, so I have created one new view which includes those existing views.I tried to update existing views using Set Datasource Location, because I wanted to keep the same layout. But it doesn’t remove the previous links between those views.Is there any other way to remove previous links?  Thank you!

My customer has identified a field that was removed in UPD 12 (they are on UPD 10 right now) and are planning to go to UPD 14 soon.  They want to know if the field that was removed in UPD 12 has been put back in UPD 14. We use custom UOMs in Astea - to harmonize with ERP and national conventions. Almost all our products have UOM Stk. If we now try to do any changes to a product that has Serialization = Always we get the following error when trying to do any changes to the product:

In report definition the Payslip has a Default Life Time set of 0 days, but as you can see in Report Archive the Expire Date is well over 5 years : Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi,Customer’s finance team had noticed an issue on the GL Balance Analysis screen where the Attribute Selection fields are empty for Consolidated companies. The Attribute is a valid selection in the Business Reporter tool so we know there is an established relationship between the GL Balance set  to the Reporting Entity. Please advice if it is a configuration issue from the customer’s end so that we can make the change in our system.Please find screen captures of the issue below.  “Budget” will populate in Business Reporter without data.  Appreciate any clues to fix this. Best Regards,Thanushi

Hello, The customer wants to change the sequencing of the lines in the customer order. For example, if we start with the line 10, is it possible that the second line has a number 20 then 30 ... (a step of 10)?Thank you in advance. 

Updating an existing address does not work:Current address Zoom in and change house number Upon save it changes back: The workaround is of course to create a new address, but it is a bit cumbersome.I also tested this in our UAT - and if I deactivate GIS it works (but we need GIS).

Hi All, I am attempting to prevent a user from over receiving a shop order qty that is greater than the completed qty on the operation steps. I have tried using Milestone Operation (on the first Op step) and also tried setting Operation Over Report to Not Allowed. However, I am still able to shop order receive over the amount that has been reported on the actual operation steps. Is there a way in IFS to prevent this behavior? Thank you!

Can we Customize the “buttons” in our UI’s ?As an example: in Internal Material Order you have to click ship to ship the material. But therfore you have to click the 3 dots and godown the list to select ship.It would be much more efficient if our employees could push a Ship button immediatly.(in v10 they can go on with right click, which does not work in v15)

Hello all,is it wise to configure IFS Cloud GIS Connections with Map Positions? Somehow I can’t make the connection between a GIS Object and a Map Position in the GIS Connections page.  As I understand the solution Map Positions are a different data set than GIS Connections or am I mistaken? Background is the administration of data in IFS Cloud, where Assets get a Map Position and now a GIS Connection to use the GIS functionality, as I understand the solution at the moment. Please advice or explain the possibility background for Map Positions to GIS Connections. T&RDADUDE
