I made an organization view in v15 using Chrome. Every user sees that view.But when using Edge, nobody sees that organization view.I also mentionned that when you are logged in as a customizer, you only can “Save as organization”. So as a customizer you cannot save a personal views?Were are the view stored and can we make a backup of the views ? organization views personal views

As Aurena user, I would like to have some confirmation once I try to export some data from list to Excel. Once I choose Export option there is nothing which would tell me that export is running. Is there a way how to add this? And can I open another screen while the export is running or it will be stopped?

Hello,We are running apps 10 Aurena exclusively. I want to clearly differentiate the look of different environments (PROD, TST, DEV) so that users don’t accidentally do work in an environment that they don’t intend to (ie: you think you’re working in PROD but forgot you’re in TST). Ideally, changing the colour or something equally clear, for all users of the environment. Is that possible?Thank you,Warren

Hi Al,In Complex assembly Work Order page general tab, the flags Customer Warranty, Supplier Warranty and Repair Work Order are not applicable in this module. In the tab Customer Order, the warranty type id and Warranty WO flags are not applicable too. Can anybody tell me the purpose of showing those fields in the COMPLEX ASSEMBLY WO window?  Impact - People thing warranty management in enabled in CAMRO. Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

How can I edit or change a general property of new created field in the Customizer ?All propreties are editable except the general property were all fields are greyed outIf I delete the field, it ends up in the Deleted Field list were i only can restore it and i cannot recreate a new field with the same name. 

Hey Guys, we can get the current stock of any inventory using inventory part in  stock window. But we need stock report on any previous date. Is it possible? Please let me know.   

Attempting to schedule operations using the advanced planning board. Ops 10 and 20 on each shop order are routed to the same work center. I would like to schedule these operations back to back and complete both operations before moving to a different shop order.  The APB is scheduling operation 10 from one order, then operation 10 from another order, then back to operation 20 on the original, then 20 on the next and so on.Is there a way to influence scheduling to complete both operations on one order before moving on to the next order? 

I have few crystal reports that uses REP views and I have two sites in my IFS (site 10 and site 20)These reports print fine in site 10But it prints a blank report when the same is printed for site 20e.g. Printing an PO which was done in site 10 works fine. Printing another PO which was done under site 20 prints blankI can access the REP view data directly from PL/SQLI can also get the preview of the report in crystal reportIt is just in IFS it does not print with data for site 20 P.S. I’m logged in as ifsadmin

Test plan is quite simple, Navigate to the Disposition Task Summary window and select a line.RMB and Include to DispositionThis will take very long time to execute. Are there any fixes done from RnD end to rectify this issue?

Hi!We are implementing CAMT via Danske Bank. How can we perform the config so that we can use “transfer accounts”? If the bank G/L account is 1940 we would like to use 1941 for outgoing payments and 1942 for incoming payments. For example all incoming payments should be posted/booked on D-1940, C-1942 and the outgoing payments should be posted/booked on C-1940 and D-1941. No matching/clearing of payment orders or incoming payments should be made with CAMT053.The posting of CAMT053 should be made automatically without manual intervention each morning. Then AP will do the posting of the CAMT054D for the supplier payments and AR will do the posting of CAMT054C for the incoming payments. CAMT054D should be posted C- 1941 and D-clear payment order. CAMT054C should be posted D-1942 and C-clear customer invoices.Is this possible in IFS? I am sorry for the wording but after 20 years in the SAP ERP world I tend to use SAP english….

Community,I have been wondering if the Visualizer has been working properly for everyone that uses it. I am on (IFS APPS 10 UPD 11).When grouping the Labor Class graph to a weekly view, it does not update the actual capacity in the tooltip, it still shows daily capacity which is misleading. (See picture)In addition since it is a weekly view and aggregated, should it not also show that we are not overloaded if we look at capacity from a week by week standpoint? Where as the Labor Load in Standard Hours - Labor Class shows this accurately.Looking forward to some replies :).

Community,We have couple supplier and parts which comes with special request. the purchase order delivery address will never be our company, it needs to be sent to the second supplier for processing. usually, we just manually change the PO line delivery address.the part is over 600 pounds, it is very costly in handling if the user forgot to make the delivery address change and it is delivered to our facility. Hence, a system notification needs to be prompted if this supplier order this part, then a prompted message should be floating on the Purchase Order window.so question here, will that be feasible to have an information card prompted? supplier + Part no will be a combination to trigger this. how to make this happen? Thank you. 

Hello Team,i am doing working on report designer tool and modifying one of the operational report. i have added few fields into report successfully but after added those fields horizontal border lines has been breaking. Can someone help me to fix this issue. i have attached screenshot for better understanding.

Add Chinese description under ‘Language Description’ tab with Language Code ‘zh’.• Create a Shop Order and create ‘Work Instruction’ Report [RMB on SO Header >> Reports >> Create Reports. Tick checkbox ‘Work Instruction Report’. Select ‘OK’. Select ‘zh’ as the Language and click ‘Preview’.• The generated report does not show the Part Description in Chinese, instead shows in English. This is applicable for both Work Instruction Report and Picklist when created from both Shop Order window and Shop Floor Workbench when logged in from the English language.Any specific way to rectify the situation?Best Regards,Thilan
