system display the below error message in instant update;

It means updating general ledger process is running by a different user or from a database background job. You can wait for few minutes or hour and check whether these vouchers are updated to ledger. I’m sure it will get updated.

Hi,

99% of cases of this error message is, as Kalpa said - raised when other GL update routine is running in any of the companies in same installation (instant or scheduled). Sometimes this error is raised if GL table is locked by other time-consuming process, e.g. Account matching.

Anyway, all you can do is waiting for completion of blocking process.
