What permissions are granted to edit the My Start Pages? The Lock/Unlock only works for some users.

Hi
Please try granting the “GUI Settings - My start page unlock for edit button” permission for this. You can find this permission under “IFS Base Functionality” node in “Presentation Objects by Module” tab, which can be found in “New Permission Set” window.
