Print Agent Error

I am guessing a bit here but...

The only print agent available on the Add-Ons page is the "IFS Print Agent Dot Net installation version." I think we need a 64 bit version, as we are seeing an error in the system logs when trying to start the service. It is raising an error with KERNALBASE.dll, in SYSTEM32 directory.

Should there not be a 64 and 32 bit versions of the print agent? Or does the .NET version support both 32 and 64 bit printers?
