Is it possible to create shifts were stand-by starts before Start Time ? We have engineers planned stand-by before and after the regulare shift of the day. (stand-by from 06:00 until 08:00 + regular shift from 08:00 until 17:00 + stand-by from 17:00-22:00)
Now it only seems possible in v15.3 to create stand-by only after the shift.

Unfortunately, the current design does not allow standby unless it is after the end time of the main shift just as the message that appears indicates. I have also checked the documentation for v15.4 SU1 which was just released and the same requirement appears there:
I can’t see a way to allow this without a code change at this time.
I am inquiring if there are any design plan changes in this area but right now, it is not possible.
Response came already and there are no plans to change this functionality at this time. This would also need to be validated against DC and DSE processes and not just the normal shift validation in the service orders.
