Hello,I know Google Chrome is the fully supported and recommended browser for Apps 10 Aurena right now. I’m wondering about support for other browsers, specifically Edge in the future. Edge is adding significant functionality and for companies using the MS stack of applications, there can be significant integration advantages to using it. I’ve been told to this point to NOT use Edge, but will that always be the case?Thanks,Warren

Hi, Is there a way to define the intersite pricing based on the final price in an intersite set-up? We want the profit to go to the supplying site, and a fixed % to the selling site.Example:Site A sells to final custumer for €100. Site A can keep 25%. Intersite flow kicks in, in this case we want the prices on the PO and CO for the intersite be at €75 (as 25% is for the selling site)Next week, site A sells the same sales part to another customer, but this time for €150. Again, 25% is for the selling site. So now we want that in the intersite PO and CO, the prices are 112.5€ (75%) Is this possible to automate the proces in IFS?

I have a user that managed to create a replenishment order to/from the same warehouse. The order was saved, but when we try to open it we get the error message:The order should [sic] not be retrieved at this time becasue the process of replenishment list generation is not complete.You [sic] can navigate to other modules, or wait for the process to finishWe just need to be able to delete this order

How to find out what is the Logical Unit of users table?  I am trying to create an event to send an email every time the user is changed.When accessing the user and opened the “System Info” it come out blank. Is there a way to create this custom event on IFS? Or is it needed to be done into the database? Thank you in advance.

I cannot get a 3of9 barcode font to print from our Apps10 Test environment. We copied a Crystal report from our Production environment to our Test Env. We also copied the 3of9 barcode font from our Production environment to our Test Env. We use Windows Server 2019.Has anyone seen this issue before?

I want to add a new column to the following window next to “Source Information” as “Description” where the description of the part number I add in “Source Information” column must display  in the new column.   The part number and description is available in Inventory part window.   

Good day PSO was set up with a few different datasets. All necessary sections were setup under theses datasets (rules, resources, rotas, scheduling templates etc.). Suddenly, all scheduling datasets have changed to “Expired” status for no reason that I can see. Normally I would be able to change an Expired dataset back to active, but in this case cannot change anything. Any idea how to address this issue, before the expired datasets get removed by PSO for being inactive?

Is there any way to set status 'Tentative' to a Routing whose status is 'Cancelled'?We have Routings whose status are 'Cancelled'. We'd like set them to 'Tentative' status for some reason.Is there any way to do it?(This is a case that a status before “cancelled” is “Plannable”. A few years ago, IFS (A&D) embarked on building up an aircraft configuration manager application that was intended to work  to help keep operators up to date with manufacturer IPC changes (among other things).  I do not see it in the product catalog (partner portal) yet.  Is there more information available for it somewhere?

HI, we encounter some issue with the Astea workflow task executor sevice on V15.1H10 since one week . The service is UP but the API generated trhough process flow are not processed and stay in “queue”. We have to start the service again.  i don’t find any error or relevant messages for that. Have you already exeprience this ? we have several servers on production environment, could i make this service up on several servers as today it is working only on onethanks for your feedbackChristophe

Hi I have a lot of transactions haging on the Received Not Yet invoiced account.We have received some small shipments for free.We have received more goods than ordered and will not get an invoice for that. I all other ERP-systems I have worked with there was a functionality to clean out this account by marking the purchase orders and move the balance to the order to the P&L (price deviation account).Is there a similar function in IFS Søren

I wish to use IP aliases on my server, and only bind to a specific one.Currently IFS binds to 0.0.0.0:PORT, is there a way to configure binding to IP:Port (ideally from resolving a hostname, but could be static)?

Hi,I want to replace the Authorizer name that appears in the tab in the screen cap attached. I can find the Authorization rule in IFS (I am using Apps10) but I can’t find  where the list of Authorizers for the rule is.Can anyone help?
