Customer’s HR and Payroll departments are investigating new/different HR/Payroll systems as their current ADP version is being sunset next year. They are investigating four companies. Do you have any users using any of these, what versions of IFS are they on, and do they have any issues using them.

Hi
We are currently using IFS Application 10 and we are using ADP for payroll only at the moment. We use IFS timecard for our hourly employees and we export the information once authorized to a CSV file and upload it to ADP.
We are evaluating two other payroll companies which IFS has developed interfaces but we haven’t finished our analysis to make a decision if we would go with either of them or stay with ADP. The companies we are looking at are Cloud Pay https://www.cloudpay.com/ and Criterion https://www.criterionhcm.com/
