Hi

Do you know why i get an error when i accept the assignment in worktask ? 
I like to create an other visit.

You need to generate the capacity for the resource based on your setup in the General tab e.g. calendar, HR schedule or shift pattern. There should be a button called “Generate Schedules and Capacity” in the header (I can partly see it in your screenshots e.g. “Génére...”.
