Would like the ability to align the data in a column field.
Message Line" is very distracting on our screen because its alignment is to the right and everything else is aligned to the left. I'm not sure if there is a reason and if this is something I can edit under my "Properties" options, but I don't see anything.

Message line seems to be a number column, similar to ‘quantity’ or ‘price conversion factor’. You will see other number columns too are aligned to right.
Columns the message line sitting next to in your screen print, ‘Line No’ and ‘Release No’ are character columns so they are are left aligned, like ‘Part No’ and Part Description’.
I do not think you can change how number and char column values are aligned in IFS.

It is a standard functionality of IFS and it cannot be modified.
Numeric fields - Right aligned by default
Others / Text fields - Left aligned by default.
