I am trying to use CTE’s in a quick report, but when I try to execute the query in IFS’ Query Tool it gives me the error “Input ‘my_query’ ” did not match regular expression. I tried with a basic CTE, that works in PL/SQL Developer: WITH my_cte AS(SELECT 3+4 as result FROM DUAL)SELECT result from my_cte I am not even trying to use a regular expression. Cloud 22.1.8In the navigator, the Inventory Part Availability Planning page is positioned under Supply Chain Planning > Part Planning.I find a part number in this page and select the MRP Part Information command button.This takes me to Supply Chain Planning > Part Planning > Inventory Part Availability Planning > MRP Part Information - Top Down. In this page, there is no Expand button in the record selector.When I navigate manually to MRP Part Information - Top Down, this follows the path Supply Chain Planning > Material Requirements Planning > MRP Part Information - Top Down > MRP Part Information - Top Down. In this page, there is an Expand button in the record selector. Why does the MRP Part Information command in the IPAP page not navigate to the MRP Part Information Page that allows use of the Expand button?

Hi, On the stop work step in mobileedge we have some data about the duration.Could you explain what is the MOE to hide these data ? (I didn’t find in the administration guide, the good one)For the customer process, at this step, they only want to select the stop code.Second question : is it possible to hide this pop up at this step and only click on the stop work button to say that the work is done. Thanks and Regardsanthony

We have non-inventory sales parts, and I am trying to find where on IFS I should go to see how that part is mapped to a certain account?The way I am used to parts is that they should be mapped to a certain cost account and revenue account, but I am new to IFS, so where is the place to go and see where the sales part is mapped? Also is that the same place to go to change how the item is mapped, can I edit that?Thanks

We disabled column chooser for a LTU and now the users do not have the ability to adjust the columns at all - is this all tied together?

I have end users that are creating CRM Cases and MRB Cases and the time stamp is way off.I cant find where to set the time zone for the specific users - you would think it would be going off our system time but doesnt seem to be doing so. In this screenshot the modified by time stamp indicates that it occurred today at 5:37am but really occurred during the 1pm hour. (8 hour difference) And on this one the create date indicates 4:19am today (10/27) but occurred at 10am. - only a 6 hour difference 

Hello, after UPD16 deployment, financial, projects and case attachments, are no longer in the “attachments” tab on their corresponding IFS objects. Is this a known problem and does anyone know what steps to take to remediate the issue?We also have problems with several projections which were updated. This can be solves by revoking and regranting the access to them. DOCMAN keeps the grants somewhere else, though. Can anyone help? Many thanks,paul.

I am trying to do a CSV integration export in which when opened in Notepad ++, it doesn’t have leading quotes (“). I am trying to send this file every week to a customer via EDI for billing and the testing keeps failing because of this.Attached is the integration I am testing and the file with the issue.

Hi Experts,I have a customer using PSO where they use a batch job(scheduled job once a day) to commit tasks.In PSO when they do fixed commitment to a resource (if the tasks was planned to start at 3 pm by doing the fixed commitment it is fixed to start at 8 am and make task committed for the resource)This fixed commitment is done nearly 2-3 mins prior to the scheduled batch job for commit tasks.And the broadcast has happened 30 mins before (broadcast happens every hour)Then after the scheduled job it can be seen that tasks are committed but tasks for the fixed resource are overlapped.  I would like to know any clue on what can happen in hereyour expert help on this is highly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi Everyone, As part of some BI work we need to be able to track an order as it flows through Supply Chain Order Analysis within the oracle database. (E.g. we want to track an order based on the original customer order number, even when the order gets a new order number). We have been looking at the Supply Chain Order Analysis screen and the related SUPPLY_ORDER_ANALYSIS_TAB table in the Oracle database. This table seems to contain the data that we are looking for, however the SUPPLY_ORDER_ANALYSIS_TAB table gets regenerated each time a user visits the “Supply Chain Order Analysis” screen via the supply_order_analysis_api.generate_tree() procedure and will not contain an order unless someone visits that screen for looking for that order. Does anyone know how we could recreate the logic for the supply_order_analysis_api.generate_tree() procedure? It has to be in the database somewhere but I just don’t know where to look. Thanks, Mark Mruss

We recently had an issue when uploading the xml file to our bank that is generated through the BACS run, where some one had accidentally added too many numbers to the account number.Looking at the payment address on the supplier record I can see the creditor account and clearing system member id field is not limited to 8 & 6 characters, is there a way of doing this or will it be a matter of creating an custom event to stop the user inputting more than 8 & 6 characters for these fields? 

any work around or way to connect MS Project with IFS Cloud 21R1 ?

Hi everyone, I have 2 major issues concerning the Intrastat Report for France. When collecting the Intrastat, no “Opponent Tax ID” gets retrieved even though the “Opponent Name” and “Opponent Number” do. I obviously checked and the TAX ID has been inserted in the Customers’ and Suppliers’ “Document Tax Information” Window. When exporting the Intrastat to a file (whatever the format), the Opponent Tax ID (inserted manually in the Intrastat window) gets retrieved on the document for the Export Intrastat, but not for the Import Intrastat whereas it is required from the French authorities to be present on both. Could any of you help me solve this issue ? Thank you very much in advance, Thibaut.

Hello all, We currently have several Routings with Outside Supplier operations. At certain times, the Supplier with create scrap while processing our parts. On the PO, I see a column that appears to reference Supplier generated scrap, however, I am not sure where in IFS this should be reported at. I cannot key it in on the PO and can find nothing in the help. Any guidance would be appreciated! 

Hi, I am trying to delete items from the Onboarding Tasks Definitions page in a customer environment but I am not able to delete them all. The error that pops up says this: “The Onboard Checklist Item ‘21’ is used by 1 rows in another object (Onboard Emp Checklist)”. I have changed the tasks on the employee checklist to ensure none of the tasks I want to delete are being used but they must still be in use somewhere else.  As I am not very familiar with the Onboarding section of IFS’ HCM solution, how can I find out where they are being used?  Many thanks in advance!

Hello to all,Some time ago we encountered a problem.Indeed, the tablespace "IFSAPP_DATA" was full.So we decided to recover the name of the heaviest table.It was the table "TRANSACTION_SYS_LOCAL_TAB" (table which contains all the background tasks).Indeed, the number of tasks in this table was high.So we changed some system parameters to reduce the number of tasks.Today, checking the size of the "IFSAPP_DATA" tablespace, it still has the same size.When I run this query : SELECT NUM_ROWS FROM user_tables where TABLESPACE_NAME = 'IFSAPP_DATA' and TABLE_NAME = 'TRANSACTION_SYS_LOCAL_TAB'I see that there are still +800,000 rows in this table.While in IFS, there are only 50 000 rows.My question is: Is there a scheduled task in IFS to clean the tablespaces?Thanks in advance. 

Hi, When creating a task using the API already provided by FSM and POSTMAN to invoke it, using the following URL “/MetrixIntegrationService/M5WebService.asmx/ProcessXML” to make the request, we send a tag with the authentication, with the credentials of a valid user like the following example: Our question is whether it is possible to send the xml without this authentication tag that has the password visible, we tried to use "Authorization" as the following example: but it returns the following error "XML authentication failed." Does anyone know if this is possible? Best regards

Hi all,We’re in the process of an IFS Cloud implementation and I’m setting up some Data Migration jobs to perform data loads for testing and later on in Production.When setting up the CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE job, there are some preset rules loaded but I always need to manually add SKIPLINES rule = 1, because I really want to keep the headers in my upload .csv template file.Any idea where I can add the skiplines rules in the default?
