Good Morning - Can anyone assist with the queries below relating to Supplier Payment Terms:Thank you for your supportIs there a search function that will be able to pull out a list of suppliers who have had their payment terms changed since 1st March 2023= Assuming above is "yes", is there way to "bulk update" any impacted PO's with the correct terms, rather than go through each supplier one-by-one. Is there a search functionality that will bring up a report for all Suppliers Payment Term.

Where can I find more information on the IFS third party shipping solution that replaces IFS Freight interface for the Cloud?

The maintenance team accidentally created a work order tied to a PM Action and instead of cancelling, completed the work.  I am trying to cancel this work order but I cannot get past getting the Work Task from status Work Done to Work Started.Any ideas here?  We do not want this work order messing with our maintenance plan. 

Hi,Can someone confirm the standard functionality from the below two scenarios in IFS related to the Intersite process?  When adding a new line to the already existing external customer order, then the system will create a new internal purchase order and customer order only for the new line. When adding a new line to the already existing external customer order, the system will automatically include that new line to the already created internal Purchase order and Customer Order.Thanks in Advance.

Hi All, We’re noticing some inconsistencies in the productivity values showing in the operation statistics screen.  Do we know the formula used (and which columns these are derived from) for ‘Labor Productivity’ & ‘Machine Productivity’ so we are able to analyse data and improve our reporting. Thanks in advance for your help Alex

Hello,Is it possible to add/remove/hide the “Sort by” option in the “My Work” screen in MWO Service in Cloud 22R2?I’ve tried the Order By option in Page Designer. It does a static sort of the data in the “My Work” screen but it doesn’t add the parameters in the Sort list.Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Dear All,How can we add the project in the posting for posting type M1 when we do a Projects Dilverables Shipment, Inventory in IFSAPPs 10? In APPs10 it's not picked but wehn we setup the same configuration in a CLOUD enviroment it's picked up. Are there new features added to cloud so that's possible?Regards,Raymond

I am looking to implement this for offsite moves, but I believe the information tied back to a user would help to address any incorrect processing issues. I am trying to create a Custom Event in IFS 8 - “CRO Receive Part” to Display an Alert if a user tries to save when the Serial No on the Receive does not match the one on the “Component Repair Order”.I am able to use Error_Sys.Record_General to display a message  and force the user to go back, however, sometimes it is OK that the Serial No is different. In Cloud, I created a custom event action tied to existing event (PARTS_SUBMITTED_TO_MRB). My event action works and sends a streams message to A user. When I tried to add multiple users (assume User1 and User) via Receiver window, usernames are displayed with semicolon delimiter.Then when I go to trigger event, I get message:The Foundation1 user "User1;User2" does not exist.Does this mean I can only send a streams message to one user?

Hello, Has anyone had any luck with pulling the inventory part number with the GL voucher rows analysis data?I want to see if there is a way that when I run the GL balance analysis or GL rows analysis it pulls in the inventory sales part number as well. Thank you!

Hi,I want to use line break for long texts. How can I break to row? I tried with “<br>” tag with “<p>”. It worked. Then I divide the text and I added “<br>”. It didn’t work with “<ifs-data>” tag. Maintenance transaction analysis i have found errors and the code part values are invalid and i have extended the respective code part value valid until date, after i have ran rerun errors now the transactions are in valid status its authorized and all the work order line are authorized and i have ran Transfer maintenance Time transaction still it is Valid state not transferred.Thanks for Advance

But when I assign a resource manually  to the task, the ASSIGNED element counter increases.What are the criteras to make a new report get counted as a non assigned task? Thank to all your advices

I’ve checked the following :Self-service Procurement catalog is published and is valid for all users Category Assortment is active Product lines are existing in the catalog and are not set as “excluded” Companies of all sites are defined in the “Companies” group of page “Category Assortment”  Sites are defined in the valid sites tab of the “Self-service Procurement catalog” Self-service Procurement catalog is up to date (update has been made)Another catalog works and is seenable on Self Service Procurement Portal. Good afternoon - We have a case where the Work order is not updating the Work Order status from the Mobile Device - Mobile Work Order is at status Started however the IFS WO is showing at status Assigned. Can anyone advise why this issue is happening. Many thanks all

Hi All,Is it possible in Alliance v12.5.1.16 (yes, old I know), to get the Open and ETA times to adjust based on Access Hours in the site record, or by some other method?For example: Maybe a site doesn’t open until 10am. If a service order is created at 7am and there’s an SLA of an hour, then the Open time will be 7am and the ETA time will be 8am. But the site doesn’t open until 10am.So what we’re wanting to achieve, is that if the job is created prior to that 9am open time (allowing for the 1 hour SLA), then it will make the ETA time 10am. (The time that the site opens).We’ve actually tried adding “Access Hours” in the site/customer record, and we’ve tried the same in a new ‘warehouse’ and assigned that warehouse to the site/customer record, but it does not have any impact on the Open or ETA times when a Service Order is created.Seems like something that should be do-able.Any advice out there?CheersMark. 

We have created an ETM Channel where we are creating new Items. To create an Item we need to provide Section-Department. Everything works fine until we try to provide NULL Department for Section Department.Example: Section-Department “ABC-” already exist in Database. But when we are trying to fetch it from ETM it returns all the Section Departments that has Section as “ABC”.

I am in process of trying to set-up remittance/payment advice for Electronic payments.  I have the initial set-up & am receiving the e-mail but it is blank.  What am I missing from the set-up?Supplier Set-up  Event Action Set-up I received an e-mail upon creating the payment order but it was blank: Not sure what I am missing.
