A supplier are reusing the same invoice numbers as a few years back on current invoices. IFS are picking these up as duplicates because of the number but they have a different invoice dates and amounts. Are there any settings that allow these invoices to be added to the account and them not to be recognised as duplicates?

Hi we encounter the following on V15.4SU3 when we create a new regular module we are able to add the node id field in the new and maint page but the node id is not displayed in the QBE and can’t be selected . Is it normal ?

Hi, When Misc allocations are approved, they will be visible in the mobile Calendar. However, only the ongoing and Future Misc allocations will be visualized here. But upto how long in future, will this be displayed.  Do we have the ability to configure the sync period. Thanks!Best Regards,Nethmi

Hi, I am trying to create a before custom event (apps9) to check the expiry date entered by the user before the receive order dialog can finish. Does anyone know what view I need to set the custom event on for this to work? 

Hi,  For 2 service orders (or more) , you have the same Technician (AM). Each service order is  for a different customer site. You have a material demand on each service order.To optimize, the logistics process and flow you need to consolidate a shipping for a same VAN Tech.So, you create a ship list for the same destination (Van Tech). Then, in the logistic process, the technician have to validate the reception on the VAN with mobile edge.On mobile edge, on the work list, you can see both orders : 1 for COVEA (customer site) , 1 for ADECCO (customer site).But in the receiving list, on the header of the reception, you only see 1 customer site (ADECCO).  You can’t see that the reception is for 2 SV and 2 customer sites.Do you know a way to display both sites on the reception ?  is it a bug ?(a consolidated ship list is a classical and common way to optimize logistic flows). See the description and screenshots on attachment.Thanks and Regardsanthony

I created a test projection for investigation with 1 function and 1 action.The function work but when deployed the action. Both will give the ODP_ILLEGAL_STATE error.The action consists of a parameter Stream if I switch to parameter  Binary; there is no error. What cause it to have invalid metadata and how to fix?Also found a “Unsupported Operation Parameter Type STREAM” error in the log .I am using  parameter Stream to save doc attachment. Thanks IFS 10 update 13     

Hi i think we have missed a settings, we use ssl to browse trough the customer environment , when we browse on the mobile customizer and we create a customizaiton and then we want to test it the links appear in http instead of https. Could you tell use where this could be set ?thanks for your feedback    

I have a user that mistakenly approved a document and would now like it unapproved. Is this possible or will he need to create a revision?We are currently Apps10 UPD14 

I was set up with my IFS customer account and logged into the Customer Portal (https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/) the next day.  Initially, the IFS Support link was completely broken, opening to void(0);.  Sometime later it began working with a direct click opening the Support Portal (https://support.ifs.com/csm ).  I suspect there may have been a delayed permissions issue.  However, trying to right-click to “Open link in a new tab” fails.  I’m using latest Chrome.  Is this intentional behavior?

We are currently using FSM 6 update 17 and have the IOS app version 6.10.7795. I am wondering if this is the latest version of the mobile app and if not, how do i get the latest version? I understand that you need to create a custom app and upload it to ABM, but where do I get the latest version of he IOS app from?

Is it possible to remove enteries from the Mobile Log? Our Log Table is growing and sits around 800 logs. We have resolved / accepted / fixed the errors but there doesn’t appear to be a way to remove them? It makes it difficult to see what are new errors and what hasn’t been resolved/investigated by the Team? Thanks, 

Hi, In Prompts (Service) module you can enable Insert Session Time and Insert Session Activity for Service Order, the same you can do for Customer Support Order. The behavior is the same as Customer Support, phone_session is added with the session time, but only without any comments. In Customer Support Order there is a field cc_descr_text in de Details tab, when you fill this with text, the text will added to the phone session.This field (cc_descr_text) is not present in Service Order details.The question is how can we use “Insert Session Activity” with adding comments, same as in Customer Support, is this possible? version 15.3.0.5 Thanks,Robin.

Hi IFS community, The goods were delivered to our facility, they were registered via register purchase order arrivals.  We created the invoice, we typed in the number of the PO in ´Manual Supplier Invoice´. We went to posting proposal tab and we accidentally deleted the line , which was pulled in automatically when the goods were registered via register purchase order arrival tab from my understanding. Is there a way to bring it back or to reverse it?  

Hi IFS community, This is my first post on this community forum. I am sorry if I am posting on the wrong forum.We have some supplier invoices which are stuck in posted status in supplier invoices analyis. We paid the supplier the invoices.The next day after the transaction has been completed, we download the bank statement from our bank account (it is not connected to IFS Application), from there we write all necessary informations into mixed payments but it doesn´t allow us to pair it with the invoice which has been paid, they have Posted status in supplier invoice analysis. This way it won´t change its status to PaidPosted and it will show up as unpaid supplier invoice.Interestingly enough other invoices have PrelPosted which is great, that way we can pair them in mixed payment analysis and their status will turn to PaidPosted. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Is it possible to have different planning methods in a multilevel product structure. For example we have a 6 layer product structure with different disciplines. I want to be able to make the lower levels for sheetmetal parts planning method D (fixed lot sizes), but the other levels have to be Planning method A so if the customer orders 4 we need to make 4 end assembly's but the sheetmetal parts for example 12 pcs. Can anyone help me with this topic? Thank you in advance

Hi IFS community, I´m going to give a short overview about the issue which we´re dealing with. Regularly we receive paper pallets, they have inventory numbers within IFS. We create purchase orders for materials which have part numbers, we add lines in ´Part order lines´. When the goods are physically received and counted ,  it is registered in ´Register Purchase Order arrivals´ tab. We write in the total qty received and the number of the delivery note when we are doing it. We do it this way, because it is essential to other departments so that they could download the total ammounts of materials in stock from ´Inventory Part In Stock´, after that they compare it to the actual stock level. Our problem starts here, when we receive the material from the supplier we get an invoice shortly afterwards.
