Dear All,According to the Indian Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) notification dated March 24, 2021 (Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2021), for the financial year beginning on or after April 1, 2021, every company that uses accounting software to maintain its books of account shall use only Accounting Software that has a feature of recording an - Audit Trail of each and every transaction,  Creating an edit log of each change made in books of account along with the date when such changes were made.  Ensuring that the audit trail cannot be disabled. The MCA has later announced that the above amendments will take effect on April 1, 2023, which suggests that accounting software used by businesses will have to comply with the Accounts Rules beginning in the financial year 2023-24. What is the solution in IFS Application regarding Audit Trail features as per MCA Mandate?Which transactions are considered for Audit Trail features?

Hello Team, we need to do one modification inside the PSO, Division column need to be removed from Teams menu inside the PSO. As you can see the highlighted view in below screen shot.Please let me know the steps if we can remove the division column inside the PSO. it will be helpful. Thanks,Shalu

I am trying to upload an Image (pdf)  to an external supplier invoice by following the below steps listed under  ReceiveEinvoiceService API Documentation, but Postman  raise  ‘UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT”  error. Noticed quite a few community entries suggesting checking parameters by processing same  action through Aurena Application.  Is there any Page in  the IFS Application where it possible to attach an Image to an Invoice ? What are the correct parameters that should be passed when calling ReceiveEinvoiceAttachmentSet ?Tried in 22.2.5   and 22.1.5 cloud Environments   and experienced the same issue. Any tips to avoid that error is much appreciated.  Thanks!

Is there an equivalent to ‘Start Replications’ in FSM6 (on Sync Rules screen)? We are seeing active rules however the ‘Last run’ field does not seem to update on the schedule I would expected

Hi - Is there a single place I can look to see APP10 release / update notes that is updated when new Updates are released?? I have seen other posts with details for up to Update 17, but I need the location where IFS publish every note… We should see notes for Update and 18 and 19 now. where can I find them? Please advise - Thanks

I just enabled this event but no notifications sent to the buyer :( Just wondering do I have to add a schedule via “Notification Schedule - Purchase Authorization” for the event to be triggered ?I just need a notification to be sent to the buyer directly once the authorizer approve it .I also simply try to create an E-Mail custom Event Action to be performed upon ‘NOTIFY_PO_AUTH_COMPLETED’  without luck. Thanks for your help.

There have been multiple posts in which the logic behind the Sched Capacity on the Inventory Part has been presented and what happens when Finite vs. Always Finite is used.This post is questioning how a user is supposed to load data into the APB when manufactured components are either Finite or Always Finite. Customer has the following product structure:P/N 100 P/N 200 (QPA = 30) P/N 200 is always manufactured in lot sizes of 8 and each shop order takes 1 day (8 hours) to process its lone operation.5-day work week M-F, 8-hour days, 8 AM - 4 PM no breaks.There are (4) shop orders for component p/n 200, and each is scheduled to end on Day1, Day2, Day3, and Day4 respectively. These have been APB Scheduled and saved to the database.I have multiple shop orders for p/n 100 that consist of only one operation.When loading and scheduling only the shop orders for p/n 100 If P/N 200 is set to Always Finite, APB does not schedule the orders for p/n 100. Hi All.I’m wondering why there entities are taking too long time to sync to mobile.Could someone help undertand it and how may I filter in permission set to not send the survey answer to the mobile user?A filter that looks like in object information that the user has access just for the worktask objects.E.g. &0.MCH_CODE in (Select distinct t.actual_object_id from Jt_Task_uiv t where t.task_seq in (select m.task_seq from Mobile_Work_Order_UIV m))the idea is that the user just answer the survey and send it back.Also a filter for the mediaLibrary.I want to improve the sync performance for mobile users.I’m using APPS10 UPD17 MWO Maintenance 10.Tks a lot for attention

I have just carried out an Apps9 to Apps10 upgrade and inadvertently not specified the instance folder, setting the IFS Home folder to be F:\IFS\IFSMWS instead of F:\IFS\IFSMWS\IFSL.  Is there an easy way to amend this.   Unfortunately, it would cause a lot of upheaval if I went back and removed it then re-created IFS Home again as many steps/processes have been carried out since.  I think this could be handled by create_backup.cmd but haven’t used this in years.Please advise.Thank you in advance.

Good Morning - Can anyone assist with the queries below relating to Supplier Payment Terms:Thank you for your supportIs there a search function that will be able to pull out a list of suppliers who have had their payment terms changed since 1st March 2023= Assuming above is "yes", is there way to "bulk update" any impacted PO's with the correct terms, rather than go through each supplier one-by-one. Is there a search functionality that will bring up a report for all Suppliers Payment Term.

Where can I find more information on the IFS third party shipping solution that replaces IFS Freight interface for the Cloud?

The maintenance team accidentally created a work order tied to a PM Action and instead of cancelling, completed the work.  I am trying to cancel this work order but I cannot get past getting the Work Task from status Work Done to Work Started.Any ideas here?  We do not want this work order messing with our maintenance plan. 

Hi,Can someone confirm the standard functionality from the below two scenarios in IFS related to the Intersite process?  When adding a new line to the already existing external customer order, then the system will create a new internal purchase order and customer order only for the new line. When adding a new line to the already existing external customer order, the system will automatically include that new line to the already created internal Purchase order and Customer Order.Thanks in Advance.
