Hello,Currently in our environment we are trying to enable SSO with ADFS. We’re able to login to IFS using AD credentials if we manually input them, but if you select “Sign in as current user” it will prompt to enter credentials, and then returns error 400. Hello, most ERP systems have a notes area where the user name and date stamp is auto populated. I'm familiar with the yellow sticky notes but the fact anyone can delete them and you have to click thru to see multiple is not effective. I’m wondering if there is another tab or functionality maybe my company is not using?

Hello!I am attempting to create a new Excel Migraton job within IFS (Apps 10) and I am running into an issue.  Upon trying to validate any data that I put into my excel sheet for the job I get an error stating “Error loading migration job info User - Defined Exception”.Error When attempting to use the “validate” function.Below is the current configuration of the migration job.  I have tried several different defaults and tried enabling all fields and manually entering them within the job but have gotten the same error every time.  I have successfully created and used several migration jobs in the past but have never seen this error before. Formatting page configurationSource mapping configuration Method list configuration​Rules configurationUltimately, I am trying to create an add-in job that I can use to create new records within a Sales Price List (Below) Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.  I do not want to enter all of these entries by hand f I can avoid it.Thank you!

I noticed a new field named E-Mail Signature in the Miscellaneous I module. It jumped out because it is already populated with a value. I was not able to find details on this field in the documentation.Any information on how we can utilize this new field?

Hello, There was few fixed asset that were imported by mistake in a company. I tried to delete them by I get the following error.  “Object COR1 is used in General Ledger”The FA objet had the “Registred” status.Is there any way to delete a fixed asset ?   Best regards 

Hello,  I have a question about the columns in the “Main Object Balances Analysis” screen attached to this questionI would like to know the difference between “Base Value” column and the “ Adjusted Acquistion Value” because I see that I have the same value for a few fixed assets. Any ideas please ? Best regards. 

Hi All,I have created an LOV field in an assistant. After a value is selected once, when I try to change it, even if the existing value is cleared, the LOV only shows the earlier selected value and does not populate rest of the values for the field. Below is a screenshot of what I encountered.  Is there anyway to fix this?

We’re working with an organisation that’s interested in the ITOM suite. We have a question raised during a technical deep dive relating to the SKU information we keep in ITOM against each Software License. In ITOM, we have the fields for SKU information (SKU code, downgrade rights, software assurance etc) – however none of this is auto-populated from the current version of the Software Dictionary.In the short-term, has anyone created a reconciliation report to address this or experienced a way to get this SKU information into ITOM without the manual effort?Thanks

We have a few Work Order Sales Lines with $0.0 unit price but they were transferred to a customer order before the user noticed that the price was incorrect.   How do we cancel / correct the Sales Lines /Customer order?

Hello,According to the financial laws in our country, inventory part move cannot be made between two different companies without a purchase/sales invoice.I can solve it with custom event, but I still want to ask;Is there a company/site basic data setting to prevent material move between two different companies? 

Hi experts, I am getting below exception in a screen(Primary table = TASK) when trying to save the task fields. Can anyone help me to understand the usage of this task_usable?  I am not sure why this field get added to the task update, since this is non db field as mentioned in the error it self. And also, I was unable to find this field in metadata, but was able to find this in the code itself, and also unable to identify the exact usage of this. Is there any specific reason why this field get added to the task_update message? Thanks,Hasara

Is it possible to edit lobbies in Aurena for Apps10?Lobbies are editable in IEE, but user would like to edit in Aurena. Documentation I’ve found shows how to setup access in IEE, or how to edit in Aurena Cloud, but I can’t find anything specific for Aurena prior to cloud.

I’ve created a user alias and need to restrict some of the service catalogues.  I created a customized homepage in assystNET to show only the service offering they will need.  (this is all because of privacy issues) I’d like to remove the view of the services within the menu but if I can’t remove just one option, the whole menu is fine.  It should be based on the user alias I created.  Is there a way to do that?  If so, how?

Hi Team, Have an Issue when create a customer order with 4 customer order lines:For the delivery information are all settings the same also the forwarder:Shipment type is as follow: So when release the customer order and check the shipment, all shipment lines are from the same customer order:But in the general info Tab the Forwarder is not transferred from CO although the customer order is the same for all shipment lines: Why is the forwarder not transferred from CO to the shipment? Thank you for your help. BR Marina

In MWO is it possible to hide some tiles by removing security grants. Other than that is it possible to  hide tiles using page designer? Is there a way to configure the order of the visible tiles. If I need to move MY WORK Tile to the bottom will that be possible?

hihow can i filter parts sort by last arrival dates on filtering window . when i filter 100 part no at same time,  shows me all dates and take so long. i dont wanna see all dates, i want to see only last records each part numbers.  

We are about to apply update 17 + GET to our app10 installation but cannot find out if the Polish and Chinese extensions is included in GET or if we need to apply them separately. Latest update for those extensions are UPD5 or 6. Where can I find this information?
