I have referred the documentation of the latest released FSM version (FSM6U20), and this version only officially supports "Android 7 through Android 12. Our customer would like to know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13. Could you please kindly let us know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13?

Has anyone seen Resource Groups not showing up when creating additional work in the Service Tech Portal?“The permission sets are completed in Aurena Tech Portal. I was trying to test creating new work and ran into an issue (see below). The Resource Group drop-down doesn’t have anything for me to choose from so I cannot Create New Work. Do you know why there isn’t anything in the drop-down? I would like to move forward with the Workshop – of course it could be something I’m not aware of that should be done.”

Hopefully this is an easy one: How can I request a match on the Name of the Single Select Lookup instead of it’s Shortcode? In this example, we can match application-subdomain, a Single Select Lookup, based on Shortcode, without issue. The wiki makes reference to things like .singleSelectValue.name but I’ve not been able to figure out the appropriate code for the left-hand side of the assignment in order to perform the lookup based on the Name value of the Single Select lookup field. Are there more examples of this somewhere? Or is it always based on Shortcode and I need to use a lookup table? 😀 Thanks so much,...Donovan

In the Service Designer I want to reorder the Service Link entries.  However, when I try (either by drag-and-drop or using the hotkeys) the ‘Outdated Data’ message box appears and the changes aren’t made.  Sometimes it shows that the move has been completed, but when the Service Designer is reloaded or when I log into the Self-Service Portal to see they actually aren’t.  I can reorder the Offerings without an issue.There’s no one else using the Service Designer or logged into the application (as this is being done in test at the moment) so there’s no user conflict possibility.How can the Service Links be reordered, please?Thanks

Hi team,Quick Question please, Can a single user be granted mutiple LTU’s. Amn example is where a user is a PR/PO authorizer and the same time this user is an authorizer for invoices. Will that work if we assign to LTU’s to this user? FTU is not needed in this case only LTU. Kind regards,Mustafa

Greetings, IFS Community! Is there anyone who has experienced that the event email has been sent and can prove that this is the case because when you search under application messages the status is "Finished", no errors are displayed, and you can even click on the application message ID to verify that this is the message that the user is meant to receive. However, the user did not receive the email, but a few times the user did receive it.The event is functioning and there is no error in the application. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? We are using the EXCHANGE server. Do you have any ideas? IFS in use is IFS9

I am trying to understand the pros and cons of the "Rename Part Number" function on the part serial record. I understand the value of being able to rename a serial number but how is the renaming part number function used responsibly? In industries that are engineering to order and where configuration management are critical to traceability and customer requirements, how is the renaming part number function used and controlled?

If there are errors at time of import, we are accustomed to either having a link to click on in the screen below to see the error file or the error file downloads automatically for us. We no longer have either. How can we access the error file? Views shown from Chrome and Edge.

Hi All  Has anyone experienced the following error message when installing the IFS Cloud Middle Tier server. This error happens when the install script comes to setup ifs-ingress. Error: looks like "https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm/index.yaml : 403 Forbidden   Cheers Lee

I feel like I should be able to glean this from the wiki but all my attempts are coming to nothing. We want to put the Actioning user (or failing that the assigned user) name into an Action Template as people are not always signing off with their name when left to their own devices. Any help on finding the right variable name would be much appreciated.

IFS cloud 22R2I was able to initiate the Ad hoc Work Reporting wizard and move to the stages but when I reach the Materials section, my attempts to populate the Part Availability for Issue Material section is not successful.I have tried several different combinations such as using the apply and reset buttons but I cannot seem to populate with any values. Has anyone successfully worked on this section ? Any tips to get this to work ? 

Hello Team,In Astea Alliance 14 - UAT Environment - We made a customization on Service Order History Module (c_order_line). We added a field called cst_ref → referring to the ref.no field in Service Order Module (order_line). Later we found that there is already a reference to ref.no field in SV history. Hence, we don’t need this customization, so deleted it.Unfortunately, the new field cst_ref was not removed from c_order_line table and was causing issues in invoicing. As now order_line and c_order_line is not idnetical in terms of columns. So, we reached out to IFS via support portal, and they asked us to drop the column using alter query and we did.Now the table is back to normal, but still the application cannot open anything related to SV history module. In event log we found that the application uses SELECT query in which it explicitly asks for cst_ref column (which is now removed), hence getting error.How to make application not use this column anymore?Need suggestion on this.
