Astea Mobile: error is reported by network login process.

Users are getting an error message on Astea mobile login page.

 

“error is reported by network login process”

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Just to be on the safe side since you mentioned Windows OS patching, can you please check this article in case this might have impacted your environment:

Hello Firdosh,

This is something you should log a support ticket for and perhaps work with technical consultancy.  Other information is needed such as:

  • Which environment
  • What Alliance and Mobile versions
  • Was it previously working,
  • When did it stop working,
  • What changes were implemented/deployed since it was working, etc.

Please contact the support group by logging a ticket there.

I am presuming you have already tried to restart the cache and IISRESET…

Yes, We tried IISRESET but it has not resolved the issue.

Yesterday we have restarted all our production servers after windows OS patching and after that Astea Mobile is giving this error on Login page.
