Hi I been trying to active the delivery Overhead but somehow it wont work. i Setup the Purchase Part with the delivery Overhead 10% from the last purchase Price purchase order is also created: definition of inventory part I have checked if there is a posting created in the Inventory Transaction history but there is no such overhead posting.  I also checked the supplier invoice posting there is no overhead posting:  then i checked the System Event for delivery Overhead setup. I cannot get the checkbox ticked since i get the error message: then i checked the Arrival Event and this is ok: Any Idea how i get the delivery Overhead posted? Best RegardsSophal

Hi, we are using V14.5 and I have a contract that is active and invoice (4000€ only) but when I look at the Revenue recognition, I am seeing the periods duplicated.  One is correct (approx. 340€ each) but the duplicate is showing about 58 MILLION € for each period.Can anyone suggest where I need to look to see what is causing this and how to correct it please? ThanksChris

Hi All,We got the error ‘domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE’ when we click on the finish button of ‘Create Document Assistant’. There were a few background jobs that kept executing for a long time. I had to stop them and dropped all DOCMAN search domains and rebuilt them as mentioned in the below post and Error: "ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE"Now we can create documents using ‘‘Create Document Assistant’ but I noticed a few things which I need your opinion on:Search Domain synchronization has been set for every 30 mins and the ‘DocumentContent’ task takes more than 20 mins to complete (go to Ready status). Do I need to change the frequency of this scheduled task? for example every day at 00:00 Noticed that rebuild scheduled tasks are no longer active, do I need to enable them? What is the best frequency to rebuild this rebuild application search indexes? I really appreciate your valuable suggestions and opinion on this.Thank you in Advance.

As shown in Send SMS image this send SMS feature only enabled in Smart client and it is hidden using below FSM client script Send SMS client scriptSo can you please provide is  there any specific  reason behind this as I see this is not implemented for web client comment in description also can you able to suggest me any other solution to achieve this since customer needs alternative way . Thanks and Regards Shobana 

Hi all,1/ For the console dispatch, I would like to add a commun criteria for AM and Activity in order to have a filter that could display both AM and Activity for this criteriaHow can I do that ?For example : I would like to filter technicians and activities by a commun geographical criteria.Among all criteria available I didn’t find a way to do that.Skills are not available for activity, State or territory or ZIP not available, Directly in a table, is it possible to add a geographical critera available in the transaction  Dispatch Console Activity Fields Settings(NB : the process for the dispatching is global, All technicians are in a same Action Group and same node, only the activity could give some input for geographical area.  It’s a centralized dispatching)2/ After created, Is it possible to add a skill for a service order (without change the activity code)Thanks and Regardsanthony

Waiver: Approval to ship a specified number of units that have a mismatch on a Print/Spec/BOM.

Hi, Looking a putting a custom RMB in Apps10 to reserve from Customer Order Lines screen. We have one in and working but UPD16 seems to have mucked with it - it’s all affected the Standard functionally and have reported that. I’m viewing with a fresh sheet now - so looking at IFSAPP.INVENTORY_PART_RESERVATION_API.Find_And_Reserve_Part as my call for the RMB. I can pass all the parameters - except Inv Part Res Source Type. Anyone have a suggestion on what it should be.I have tried Cust Order, Customer Order, CO, CUSTORDER - so all the common ones in other areas of the system.​​​​​​​Thanks in advance, Matthew

The screenshot above is of a column in a lobby. How can I get the numbers in this column to be italicized to the right? For example, I want the numbers to be italicized to the right, as in the screenshot I shared above. How can I do that?

We currently have 2 Apps 10 IFS instances on the same application server and wanted to set up separate crystal web services, however, when we download the Crystal Web service from the add-ons area and try running it we only get the remove/modify option and no install option. Can anybody please advise. 

Hi, We have a critical issue in live. We’ve upgraded our customer yesterday evening in ALLIANCE V15.1.0.12 (from HF11 to HF12), and on some computers we have a failure. Update has failed and is looping on this error message :  When killing the app, update is running again and fails again. We’ve already try to uninstall ALLIANCE, and same behavior.What can we do now ?Thank you for your help.Laurence  

Hi, I’m hoping someone here can help me. Our previous IT manager set up a report that is scheduled to run each Sunday. As you can see below this has failed this week as the IT managers account was removed from an active licence last week and as the report is set to be ran as the initiator that was his account. What is the best way to get this report ran today and set up again to run weekly without keeping the licence active on the account?  Thanks Sarah

I have a problem when trying to move a Functional object in the objects structure in IFS10, update16. I get an error message saying ‘Object is already used in a Pm Action or Work order’. OK, that’s true but I can’t see any prerequisities regarding that in the online help.I also tried to Finish all active work orders but that didn’t help.So, is this a dead end? Will I never ever be able to move a Functional object to a new parant if there once was a work order for it?

Community,i have a work task 46338, come with requisition3486247, and it is in Closed status. PO is created, but not received. In order to bill customer, it has to show up in Work Task Sales Tab, but they are not, may I know where I missed?Thank you. 

Hi, I have to invoice a service order on 01/12/22. This service order is made by a technician who leave the company at the end of november.So, i have to invoice after the resource leaving the company. it seems that we have a message to prevent this case. Is there a way to set : invoice service order with service agent desactivated ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi, we are using V14.5When running the Contract Renewals List module, we sometimes have more than 100 hits (162 last time) but in that module in the Contracts List tab, you cannot see more than 100, even when using the first/next/last tools.  How can we view the full list please? (PS.  This is the same in V15.4)  ThanksChris

Hi everyone,  Working through integrating IFS with CyberSource on APPS10 Aurena. We’re able to get test transactions to process within the Customer Order Credit Card screens, however, we’re noticing that the CSC code is not being requested in Aurena, but it is getting requested when we attempt to do the same thing in Enterprise Explorer. We have verified on the basic data the Credit Card Gateway has CSC as required.  The below is for the same customer credit card for two different customer orders.Enterprise ExplorerAfter a RMB “Authorize Card” from the credit portion of an order, presented with a request to enter the CSC code.  AurenaAfter doing something similar in Aurena, the authorization request is sent, despite a message surfacing that a CSC will be required,  Has anyone else seen this? It seems like a bug in Aurena’s behavior, but wanted to check here before submitting a ticket with IFS.
