How is the duration of a downtime clocking calculated? Is this determined by the calendar on the Work Center, the Manufacturing Calendar on the Site, or something else? Is the available/theoretical capacity of the Work Center Resource accounted for?

@matt.watters  From 22R2 and onwards the calculation of the downtime duration depends on the OEE Factor linked to the downtime cause. See below.

The duration of a downtime event in a manufacturing environment is typically calculated based on the manufacturing calendar on the site. The available and theoretical capacity of the work center resource is also taken into account when calculating the downtime duration.
