Afternoon all,Creating new documents has suddenly stop working for us - I’m told it was working fine yesterday but today any attempt to create and attach a new document all system areas just hangs (below) If I hover over the Stop button I can see this:Very strange - our Test environment works fine still.Does anyone know which Middleware Service this might be, or Batch Queue in IFS itself, that I can give a kick to solve this ?Apps9 by the way.Regards,Liam

Hi All,I have a customer who is looking for a way to make the application meet all combination rules before a combination is allowed to post? As an example these combination rules are defined in the systemAccount 7640 Branch 4011 Department 45 was allowed to be entered and posted and while that does meet combination rule 90, it does not meet the requirements of combination rules 1036 or1063. Is there a way to configure the system to validate all the available rules before allowing to enter an transaction. Thank You. Best Regards,prabha

I am currently working on integrating a Navigation Menu into the IFS MWO Service mobile app from IFS Cloud. While I've successfully added the menu using the Navigator Designer, I'm facing an issue where the links within the menu are not opening as expected upon clicking.Specifically, I'm trying to open both internal app views and external links within the app itself. However, neither of these actions seems to be working. Hi,I’m trying to reconcile the inventory value against the general ledger.I’m using the “Inventory Value per Period” page.Upon closer examination of the "In transit Qty" and how postings are carried out in the general ledger, I have come to suspect that we might have an incorrect setup?In the scenario of inventory transfers between different sites, I've noticed that the transactions do not completely clear account “1433-Stock movements”. Consequently, there remains a balance on this account which is not intended.Our accounting method employs the weighted average cost approach. It appears that when there's already a quantity of a particular item on a site, the system calculates a new weighted average cost prior to fully clearing the account 1433. How do we see the records in the invoice_attachment table?  I am getting “Query returning data types BLOB/CLOB is not supported.”  I just want to see the company and invoice_id for a specific company.  A previous post mentioned excluding the BLOB/CLOB fields, but not how do to that.  Can someone give me a specific example for excluding those types of fields?

Community,Trying to set up ZPL printer in IFS, and follow a poster to set up in Application Server Task, but I cannot see job type “PrintAgent” in Job type drop down list. question:why we cannot see this PrintAgent job type?  if we need to install Print Agent, where to install? IFS application server or end user client? should PrintAgent is mandatory? our company seems like never install PrintAgent before, we still can print report via network printer.Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for help on the Report In wizard in the Aurena interface (Apps10 UPD 15). Essentially, I am looking for a configuration section to allow items to be removed. I have not found any and I am unsure if you can or cannot modify this wizard. Ideally I would like to exclude the Customer Signature section, as our techs do not support external customers. Any guidance would be appreciated!  

Hi All,We are having a scenario where the Supplier is having 3 different bank accounts. The same has been added in Supplier Master > Payment Tab > Electronic Payment Addressess. And in that, one account we made as default. Now the Supplier is asking us to pay to the Bank account No 1 for the invoice number 1 and for the second invoice supplier is asking us to pay to the Bank account no 2 and for the third invoice, bank account no 3.How to pick the bank details based on the invoice wise. Is there any way to capture the details related to bank at invoice level or is there any connection available between Invoice & Supplier Bank details. Could anyone please help me. But i found it uneasy because i failed to show my desired information page. I’ve created my personal Information page it only Show Longitutude and Latitude Information and failed to show Large Map with error message shown below.Did i miss something?Thank You

When adding a view to a custom field, an error pops up when synchronizing.The customer follows the below steps.Create read only custom field for Purchase Order Lines Select statement using arguments order_no,line_no,release_noSELECT MAX(ifsapp.receipt_info.arrival_date) FROM ifsapp.receipt_info WHERE ifsapp.receipt_info.source_ref1 = :ORDER_NO AND ifsapp.receipt_info.source_ref2 = :LINE_NO AND ifsapp.receipt_info.source_ref3 = :RELEASE_NOData type of custom field: Date and format: Date Click on detailed views and add receipt_info_alt Approve and publish/synchroinze  Synchronize and it errors. Any solutions?  

One of our customer has a requirement for a huge business report (56 columns of excel BR report) and they prefer creating information sources from IAL's. For me the challenge is the limit of 4000 characters on the IAL . In fact we need at least 32000 limit to make a meaningful IAL. Right now I have to split the IAL's into 13 parts and then I have to create one final IAL by calling that columns. The whole process become cumbersome , difficult to maintain the code and do changes. I know IFS decided to depreciate the IAL use but please suggest alternate. Meanwhile I created a Quick report to at least test the IAL data. My challenge here is that the report is timing out since it only runs for 300 seconds and error's out. Being a technical person I am worried about the complexity of working in Cloud. Please guide me what are the best options available for creating customized Business Report on  the cloud installation is below.  Also wish to know what could be the LINK to be provided in IFS
