In Astea alliance v14, dispatch console is not connecting to only 2 out of 6 sessions.Tried (DSE and cache services) service restarts and IIS resets.Even after multiple such attempts the dispatch console remains disconnected to the 2 sessions only. Anything we can do to resolve it?

Hi All, I have two Employees who has been assigned to the work location ID “Thu” And I have created a “Employee Selection Template” and when I “preview” the Template details both assigned employees shows without any issue.  But When I try to use the same template to load the details in the “Employee new Schedule Assignment”  window, all the employees are getting filtered instead of those two employees. Is this a bug? or should anything else needs to be done to fix this.   

Dear IFS Community;Does anyone know how to import field Phone for a Lead with a Migration Job?I don’t understand why this field is not available in the File Mapping tab for BUSINESS_LEAD view (same issue with Mobile or Email).I try to add manually a field named "PHONE", no error on the execution but it’s not working. Missing Fields in the File Mapping tag for BUSINESS_LEAD viewAdd field PHONE manually (not working)If someone have a solution to this it’s will be very helpfull.Thanks

Could the field the Select Statement is entered into when adding a Custom Field PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be a properly sized text editor?  It’s nigh on impossible to work with in this limited ‘ticker tape’ size. Thank you!! Linda      

Where can I find the schedule for the Application 10 updates?

Currently (23r1) we only allow a single quote to be attached to any Request.I am encountering scenarios where we would want multiple quotes per request.  Is there any plan to add this flexibility?Scenario:There’s an initial fault, for which a quote is issued (and accepted) so work can begin.  While performing that work, further damage is discovered to another part of the assembly, and the desire is to create a second scope with its own quote for that additional work.  Work should be able to continue on the original scope, which was already approved, whether or not the customer accepts the second scope quote. 

Hi Did anyone try to use ScanIt on Android 4.4 version? One of our customer has Falcon X4 devices and there is not possibility to upgrade Android version to newer one. Accesing through web browser(Chrome, Safafi) is invonvenient and very slow. Is any workaround or just only changing devices?

How can contact users be tagged on events so they can watch the progress of work.This would be on events that they did not directly submit/create nor would they be assigned the event directly or in a service department they were members of. I saw a previous post from Robert Wood that seemed to indicate this functionality was going to be available in assyst 11.6; however, were currently at version 11.6.1  and I don’t see any functionality on our end user portal or even within assyst web?  I’m not finding any way to follow or tag or add to watchlist?

I know we can calculate demonstrated capacity for a single work center. Can demonstrated capacity be calculated for all work centers in a site? We have 100+ work centers and want to be able to compare demonstrated vs average capacity on a weekly basis without having to calculate each work center individually. IFSAPP10Thanks, Eric

Hello everyone,I wrote a script that copies permissions/roles from one user to another. Hi, I am currently setting up the first sets of service bundles at my organization and I am running into an odd error. Everything is working fine in our development environment, but not in production. When I try submitting a service request from a bundle, I get the following error message in the console:2023-07-17 08:05:50,898 WARN  [com.axiossystems.assyst.domain.events.EventSlaClock] (default task-44) Priority was not matched for and event against the sla =>  [ SlaDto ] ID: 3 ShortCode: CHANGE SLA. No sla response or resolve times can be set for event.assystNet simply states: The requested resource cannot be processed by the underlying application services. I have checked multiple settings related to our SLAs and I can’t seem to figure out what is going wrong. Would anyone be able to help?

Hi, We have created a custom tab on the Functional Object screen with several custom fields.  I am trying to add another custom field to the custom tab, but I can’t get the field to show.  I’ve added the field.  It’s approved, pulbished and synchronized and I’ve reloaded the configuration but when I go to the Object Properties, it’s not in the list for me to add to the tab.  What am I missing?   

I am quite new to workflows and I faced following issue while trying out workflows.I have implemented 2 workflows for mandatory field check on 2 fields during the creation and the update of a record. Field 1 - Expiration DateThe Expiration Date is checked if it is null, and if so an error is displayed. The two javascripts written for the validations are,execution.getVariable('ExpirationDate') == null execution.getVariable('ExpirationDate') == '' Field 2 - Salesman CodeThe Salesman Code is checked if it is null, and if so an error is displayed. the three javascript scripts written for the validations are,execution.getVariable('SalesmanCode') == null execution.getVariable('SalesmanCode') == '' execution.getVariable('SalesmanCode') == ""Both workflows are triggered during the creation and update of the record. Now the problem is, When I try to update a record that has a SalesmanCode but no Expiration Date, it still triggers the workflow for SalesmanCode and gives the error as Salesperson

Hi,We are using Zebra Scanner powered by Android version 10.Installed Scan It 8 &9 which is available in Play store.Once I open the Scan it, There is a Message saying “You need to install IFS Account Manager”  before using this app.When I try to install this,  “IFS Account Manager 9” from Play store, “This app is not available for your device because it was made for older version of Android” What is the Workaround to this issue?  Regards,Bharathi

Hi Experts, There is a customer order invoice which was created as a collective invoice.One order with single line and 2 separate shipments were made. One invoice was created for both the shipments using the ‘Collective invoice’ functionality. The customer invoice has only one line for both the shipments and my question is whether there is a way to find out the connected shipments for this invoice line. Or is it possible to find out the Invoices created from the given shipments. Thanks. 

Hello wonderful people of the community!!!I’m trying to set up partner portal in V15.1 for a new vendor and created a vendor contact. I created the vendor, and created new Vendor contact and assigned security role.When I log into the portal and set the password, I get an error message stating “The product ‘iVendor’ is unavailable”.Any ideas or suggestions to clear the error?  

Hi Experts, I want to modify the Row limit within the tab.Refer the below example. In this example, only 1000 products will display within the tab→ table. But I need to display more than 1000 records here. I don’t want to use the app param = ROW_LIMIT in this case as it will impact whole application.  I know that we can use the max_rows option in the screen level. But how to modify the row limit within the tab level?Thanks,Hasara

Hi All, Can anyone explain the usage of the field called “Estimated Price” which is available in the No Part Requisition Line tab of the PR?
