Hi All, I am trying to call an IFS Projection and Approve a state but can't pass the perimeters exactly as a new in workflow.Getting data by IFS Projection READ > a condition if state is Pending for Approval > Call Projection for Update state to Approve  Please, need a kind guidance to understand it better. Thanks

As we are a global company, we have a limited amount of concurrent users that can be using Cloud simultaneously, as all the users will not be using the system at the same time.Does “concurrent user” mean per user session that the user has initiated at the same time, e.g., opening Cloud in multiple tabs or is it per user ID, regardless of using Cloud in multiple tabs?Regards Hans

Hi Everyone, hope you are well today.Basically, I wanted information about the relations between PM action, WO, and WT. I am aware that in IFS 10 there is a direct relation of PM with the work task. so my question here is on the work order screen(being a principal screen) why is the object ID not being considered which appears to be blank sometimes? Can I please get to know any solid reason why the automatically generated WO does not have an object ID in it however WT has an object which is totally fine. BR BT

Hi All,We have exported some company templates from IFS environment 22R2 in 22.2.3 level.The exported templates were missing end tags and i was unable to execute them from plsql. Then i have fixed them by adding end tags and ‘/’ tags. With the templates exported we have created a corrective delivery to be able to install them in customer UAT. But the corrective delivery was failed complaining a plsql error.ORA-06550: line 19049, column 1:PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "/" Those files were executed fine in my plsql command window and similar syntaxes to the standard templates. My questions are as following.Are there issues with creating corrective deliveries for .ins files?Why the corrective delivery got failed for the files which are correct and executable as command files in plsql?Why the exported templates having missing tags, any bug associated with it?Does IFS handles deploying company template .ins files into customer useplace environments on request via customer cases? Hi ,I have created an envent action to send email for customer invoices.This event action was created for PDF_REPORT_CREATED event.However , PDF_PARAMETER1 for the event action is getting null values which I’m supposed to get email ID by default.Where should I setup email address in order to fetch value for PDF_PARAMETER1 for invoice report?Im getting below error message in application messages  

Hi , in workflow , I would like to call a Projection with Path parameter,which I succeed to call via Postman while, in workflow , seems it doesn’t support Path Parameter,I tried to put Path Parameter into normal “Parameter”, it pops up error  can anyone help?  

Dear community.In pevious versions it was possible to use mashine individual events to create WOs based on these events for the production employee.With these events maintenance WOs where created and maintenance could start working right away.With the new period logic, this seems to be impossible to recreate. How is it possible to use events for a very quick WO creation in order to have a production employee create WOs with just one click? T&R

Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to add custom data fields to a Report.In some of my reports I can find custom fields from a table in the hiaracy fx my shipment delivery note. In that one I can find alle CF from the shipment_cfv view. But for other reports I can’t find any CF’s as fx this on: Is there any way out of this other than asking someone with a development licence?I’m in IFS 9

Hello, Is there a transaction in IFSAPP10 that allows us to see future available resource capacities? Our company is new to IFS and we seem to be just rolling the work forward when we get to that point. it would be good to see what resources are available in the future and plan work accordingly. We are using the Resource Monitoring Gantt for daily use and weekly planning, can this be set up to see availabilities? ThanksCory

Hi,Is there any way we can control which attachments an SA can have access to in Mobile?  At the moment it seems that anything we attach to a Service Order, is available for them to view but we would rather that they can only see certain files, to make it easier for them to find the ones they need and also to avoid them accessing some files that they should not see.Thanks

Southwest had a ship-or-shelf (SOS) program where they examine the part (quarantine) then decide if the part needs to be shipped for repair.  Southwest would like the system to auto quarantine certain parts (and also have removal reason be one of the drivers for the automation). There is a ship-or-shelf checkmark available in Maintenix, but it is for information purposes only, doesn't have any logic built into it. Curious how/if other Operators have a ship-or-shelf (SOS) program and if so how are they managing that in Maintenix, if at all.    

We’re trying to close out quarter end in Finance and when approving a mixed payment, we’re getting this error on 7 transaction lines. All of the other lines go through normally and if you look at the transactions, they’re pulling the account number from posting controls as we would expect. This has never happened before in previous months. Any ideas would be helpful as we’re currently stuck and unable to close the quarter.We’re running IFS Applications 10 Update 9.

Hi,We are trying to further digitize our asset management process and one basic step in that process is rate our assets condition on a numbered scale.Input data on such a rating is difficult to automate and there are many parameters (number of fault reports, inspection remarks, unplanned stops etc).We will have to store data for condition rating purposes and have concluded that a number of custom configurations are necessary. Do we have anyone out there that has implemented something similar to what I am descriping? Best RegardsAnders

Hi everyone , I was having a query basically on the rule ID concept. the scenario here is work orders are generated without Object ID. and the PM is connected to the Rule id. so just wanted to confirm this, is this the functionality that if the PM is connected to Rule id then object id will not flow on the work order OR I am missing something?  thanks in advance. 

Hello,Does anyone use Checks in IFS? We used to handle all of our checks in our previous ERP but when trying to incorporate them in IFS, we can print some off using the Laser Check printing operational report, but this report doesn’t handle Routing numbers, account numbers, etc, basically most of the fields that are important when dealing with checks. We are considering using Check Docs, but we wanted to see if anyone using IFS handled their checks differently. We’d like to find the best way to handle our checks, so if anyone has any input, that would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi all,In IFS PM Action it is possible to set an accumulated condition (like running hours). When there are at least three values in IFS, IFS calculated the maintenance plan.My question is more related to when we have a lot of running hours registered, how does IFS calculate the maintenance plan? is there some documenation on this topic?How many registered hours are taken into account (all, latest 10 measurments, or latest 12 Month?) and is the maintenanc eplan always calculated lineair based on these values? I got a question of a customer who wants to know if there is a possibility to have seasonal calculation? so for example it is know that during the summer the runnig hours are less then in winter time. Can IFS take this into account within the calculation?Thanks! 

Hi,we would like to release documents of a certain document class automatically after the document is created so that it is passed in the arichvsystem. For this purpose I have created an event which executes a SQL script when a new record is created in the EDM_FILE_STORAGE_TAB table. This works for many documents, but for some the error "Document with status Operation In Progress cannot be approved:                    ORA-20105: DocIssue.APPROVECHECKEDOUT1" output.I then already put a break in the script and also attached the event to table EDM_FILE_TAB. All unfortunately without success.What am I doing wrong?Regards André

We are importing a bunch of new contracts due to a merger, and for the first time we have to import items without serial numbers on contracts. The products are not serialized, but we do have TAGs on all of them. We have tried to modify the customer_contract_maint-ccontrl_xref-Items template, but without luck.We have 1000+ items we need to get on contracts, and would very much like to not do it manually. Any tips?

We have just created a bunch of new SAs in Alliance, and if we try to create a private appointment we cannot use “Current location”. This is the first day they use the system. Is this possibly Node-related - all the users are set up with a new node 

Hello, A brief question regarding the 2 views mentioned “Operation Statistics” and “Labor and Operation History”. We are aiming to get the correct data from our shop floor regarding what has actually been produced during a given time period. What we experience is that “Operation Statistics” does not provide the same information as “Labor and Operation History”. Wheras the latter also requires us to manully filter out duplicates, cancelled operations etc. Operation Statistics seems to be the way to go, but I am uncertain that we use it correctly. Whereas if I want to check on yesterday’s shop floor results. I miss out on partially reported shop orders due to there is not actual finish dates. Does anyone have any tips on how to procede?My first though is that we need to “start production” and use clockings more thorughly in production. Which gives us the possiblity to filter on “actual start date” instead. We currenlty using IFS10, but in September we are implementing IFS - CloudBest Reg
