Hi, My colleagues and I noticed some time ago that some system forms, such as the Building form, cannot be edited (at least from the customizer). Is there a workaround to this, or a way to modify it? Similarly, is there a way to create custom lookups on tables that aren’t the Item, Cost Center, or Contact User tables? We haven’t found a way to do this yet, but it would prove very useful. Our environment uses assyst 11.2.3. Thanks!

Hello,  I have an issue with the MPL voucher. I created several PO with a specific amount, the PO countains just one line. Although in the inventory transaction, i have two lines in the M10 postings and a M19 posting is generated also. Any ideas why please ? Best regards.

Hi all, May I know if its possible to add a filter constraint for the tabs within a screen? Particularly List tabs.For example, within the person record, there are tabs below the header information. like skills, roles, positions.Eg. I want to add a filter constraint, so that the team tab under Person record only shoes the lines where team leader = “Wendy”.  

We have defined the follwoing Object Connection Transformation to have a packing slip originally attached to the PO receipt, also shown on the PO line.  We have the follwong scenarios also to be addressed. Can I do it through the Object Connection Transformations? If yes, how? 

Hi,In a use case we want to prevent any changes in the Back Office on a Service Order when the technician do the ‘Start Activity” on mobileedge.At this step, we would like that any modifications should be possible in the back office on the service order until the technician do the “stop activity” or resolve the SV.I know that we have the workflow mobility that allows to do that when we dispatch the SV, but in this use case, the start event must be the “start activity”.We aslo have a setting in workflow Service with the option Restrict Editing Rights from Status, but it’s too late for the use case.Do you know a way to do that   ?In the past Do you had any customer needs / requirements like that to do a BRD ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

I’ve run into an issue while attempting to move reserved stock for a Purchase Receipt Return.  Environment: 22R2 SU 5 and 23R1 core release (no SU applied)Process steps:Register Inspection Results on Receipt Specify Return for Credit Upon report return, a Shipment is created to return material to Supplier When I attempt to move this reserved stock to a different location, I get an error indicating that the material is reserved and I can’t move itMisc Set-up:Move Reserved Stock: Allowed Shipment Type: NP - Receipt Return is set to At Report Return (I’ve also tried not automatically creating the Shipment)Why does the application prevent a material movement when the Site setting allows moving of reserved stock?The business requirement requires material to be moved from one facility to an adjacent facility which will require two inventory moves - first to a staging location, then to the ultimate destination where it will get picked to the Shipment.  Is this a bug or core functionality?  Th

Unable to select a Functional Object to a Service Request.We have created a functional object, however having trouble adding this to a Service Request/Work Task.Are there any documentation on explaining how this link happens? Usually, if the checkbox “Create when checked” is unchecked, IFS should not create the manual supplier invoice automatically. But it does.Is that a bug? I also assigned this to the supplier:Did I forget something else?

Hi, For a customer, we would like to run a process flow based on Event (not query) in order to update the Orig. Due Date of ALL material lines. The customer process follows the process below :1/ Create SV2/ Update ETA date on the activity (not in the order but in the activity level)3/ Run a process flow to set the same date on ALL  Orig. Due Date of ALL materials lines (for example if we have 2 or 3 lines)(This process is a workaround as we don’t have the ETA date on the general queue)  We suceed to make an API that update only one material line, but not all.Do you know a way to update multiple lines in API for a Service Order with multiple lines (in this case it’s for material line, but it could be relevant for multiples service line, etc..) Thanks and Regards anthony 

Hi All,Is there any way to define a sample values specially for TEXT fields in the projection attributes so that it can be viewed from API Doc Viewer?Currently you can only see ‘It is a Text’ but customers prefer a sample value instead.e.g.Post Code: “SW1A 0AA”

When I attach a file to a design part revision, the attached document also appears on the tree screen on the left side of Engineering part navigator screen.Is it possible to hide the attached document from this tree screen in IFS APP10 ?

Can a direct Shipment be billed in multiple Invoices?  Example, we  have a CO for 1500 pcs which creates a PO for 1500 from the supplier.  When the 1500 pcs it Debits CoGS and Credits RNV for the receipt of the 1500 pcs.  But the shipment is actually on two containers (one with 1000 pcs and one with 500 pcs).  Can we create two separate invoices?  One for 1000 pcs and another for 500 pcs?  the test we did allowed us to change the qty on the invoice to 1000, but it will not allow us to bill the other 500 pcs.  Thanks in advance for the help.  

Do you know if there is a possibility to change the information that is displayed in the web dispatch console activity card ? we would like to display some customized field without having to put the mouse on each card ? if it’s not possible do you know if it will be doable in a future SU ?We would like also to know if the possibilty to display the map on an other screen is available in the next SU4 or will be available later ?thanks

Hello,Where can I find and modify the entity “BusObjRepresentativeOrderQuotation”? On the Representative 360 page, on the sales quotation tab, I would like to add a field for created date, but there doesnt seem to be a way to. The Entity is not listed on the entities page nor on the entity configuration page where I would like to add a custom field to said entity.Any and all advise would be appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

We would like to begin using the ABC Cycle Counting functionality in IFS and would like to better understand how to get started. We have already defined the perimeters for ABC Class and have a background job running monthly to update those values. I am curious how to dictate the count frequency per class and how the system generates the count list daily. Any help here is appreciated.All the best,Sarah

Hello, what’s the difference between the two modules Cash Flow Analysis vs. Cash Planning?My current understanding is that Cash Planning was introduced in IFS Cloud 21R1 and has the same functionalities then Cash Flow Analysis and is now (22R1) even better/improved. So, what’s the point in even using Cash Flow Analysis in IFS Cloud? Or in other words why do both still exist? Is it planned to remove Cash Flow Analysis ?  ThanksAlex

Hi All,We use UNSPCS classification standard for Part numbers. Accordingly, there are instances where the “Part No’ and ‘Node ID’ could have the same value. In such instance, when trying to connect the part to the node, it gives below error message.However, Node ID and Part No are two different things, where we are not trying to create another Node with same Node ID, it’s that we are trying to connect a part with same value for the node. This error is observed in App10 UPD9. Is this a bug? Is it corrected in any latest update? Thanks. 

Hi TeamWe have a report where the service order - resolution text is shown in the body of the report.Though the field is multi line, can grow is true, the field truncates the content of the resolve text.What should be done in this case?kindly suggest.
