Hi IFS Community,  I face an issue with the connection of Excel Add InIn the config, Excel is installed on a rebond machine hosted by the customer.  Version of Excel is MS Excel LTSC Office Long Term Servicing Channel Microsoft® Excel® LTSC MSO (16.0.14332.20546) 64-bit  I managed to set up everything manifest, permission set … but when i try to connect Excel Add In i have the following message.ADD-IN ERROR Content blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate. Any idea how this can be fixed ?  Best Regards, Eric

Hello, everyone!Anyone familiar with IFS Cloud 21R2's Send Document File By Email feature in Document Revision window? I have installed the Aurena Agent and when I am trying to send the document, it neither opens the email nor gives any errors.I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Your help is much appreciated.Thanks

Hi Everyone, Context: 3 Azure VM’s (Management - Windows, Database & Middletier - Linux) all in one Virtual Network. Issue: When trying to Deploy Middle Tier, I get the following Error,  10.80.50.5 is my Database server’s private ip address. And I couldnt find a port 10250 in the Database Server either. And when I googled it seems the 10250 is a port of Kubernetes. Would someone be able to clarify:Should the dial tcp command actually be trying to reach <<db_host>>:10250?And if soShould the DB server have a port 10250? When does it get configured and opened? PS: I was able to do ‘prepare database’ and ‘deploy ifs application database code’ steps without any issues. Log files were okay as well. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Thanks.

hi It it possible to have attachement by default sorted by creation date in V9. the document were sorted by creation date? In ifs cloud the document are not sorted by default in document panel Regards

Hello everyone,  What is the purpose of the ‘Alternate Tool ID’ field on the Manufacturing Tool screen? We have tried to use it so that when our main tool is down APB would use the alternate tool ID for scheduling, but we have been unable to get this to work. Additionally, we were wondering if the alternate tool ID could be used for overflow demand (if we need to produce 100 parts could the alternate tool ID be used along with the main tool ID to speed up production)? We are currently on Apps10 UPD12.  We appreciate any help!

I came across a visual product roadmap deck somewhere in the community, but cannot find it.  Can someone please point me to a resource which defines when Apps 10 will go out of support?

Dear ExpertsI have found the following Business Event SOCLOSE+/- connected to a posting control  M40 and M59the reversal of this transaction would be the UNSOCLOSE+/-. if i check the posting types which are connected to this posting type there are none available. does that mean this event doesnt exist anymore?

Hi All, We are trying to collect debug information for integrations and added trace messages using Log_SYS.Fnd_Trace_ However, ifs-trace node only appears like below when mentioning the ?odata-debug=json in the projection call which is authenticated with client credentials If the same call is made with an end user, then the ifs-trace contains the trace informationMy question is, how can we enable trace for integrations? Is there any projection which needs to be granted or is there any other way? /Damith

Hello All, I am testing the group consolidation functionality and I believe I have set up all of the basic data required.  When I try to Consolidate Balances from the Consolidation Status screen I am getting this error message  there is no place to enter the period of transaction.  I assumed that it would default from the period entered for the consolidation status. Has anyone seen this before?

 How to bring the events created by me from AssystNet to show in AssystWeb@All Events Logged By me ?Same Type of event, when logged from AssystWeb, its showing in All Events Logged By me but when logged from AssystNet, its not showing in AssystWeb @ All Events Logged By me.

Customer showed me that this window is populated very long (there are over 600000 rows). Because populating action is started automatically when user opens this window this makes a problem for him. Can We suggest sth for him?

Some alerts are for backoffice, some are for SAs. And some are for both. Any way to filter who gets them?Or do we use Alerts for SAs and Notes for backoffice?

I have set up my user as scheduling resources with access to mobile.  When I login to mobile with my user id/password, I get the following screen without the tiles. I tried to follow the troubleshooting guides in the tailoring guide and video training on Mobile access, and this issue is not mentioned anywhere.   Does anyone have a clue to help me out. 

How to enable/ disable “New Work Order”,  "Pool Work" and "Work to Prepare" tiles from home screen of in IFS cloud MWO maintenance  application? 

On the Document Management\Approvals screen in Aurena, we are trying to clean up the list of entries to show just the records with a null Approval Status...ie those that are waiting for an approval or a rejection. We can see these entries when the full screen is populated. But we cannot filter for null or not eq rejected or approved. Is there any way to do this filter? Our current version of IFS is  Thank you,Lorraine

Hello, I am curious if there is a setting to convert the calendar view of time from the 24hr to 12hr standard? We are running IFS Apps 10 (UPD 15).I did not see anything in the settings, but I was hoping this could be changed. Any guidance would be appreciated!
