Hi All,I’m having one of those days where you ask 5 people the same question and you get 5 different answers back!I have IFS Cloud 21.1.6 ( Artefacts 2.3.1, Binaries 2.1.1 ) installed , I have 3 deliveries in the build place to apply:22.1.0 ( Artefacts 2.4.0, Binaries 2.2.0 ) 22.1.2 ( Artefacts 2.4.0, Binaries 2.2.0 )22.1.4 ( Artefacts 2.4.2, Binaries 2.2.1 )To make this question useful to all readers, I have 2 questions:What is the most efficient way to apply ALL 3 deliveries? when creating a user in IFS Cloud,for User-Type,  you can select End User / Service User for End User , I know it is a normal Aurena user with username / password.while, what is a “Serviec User”? what is used for? does it a dummy user for Intergration(eg: with Dell Boomi )?or it means an “After Service” user for matainix only? Thanks,  

Hi everyone, I would like your help regarding inventory part and fixed asset.My client purchases Fixed Assets and store it in warehouse. Then it is issued on Material Requisition if needed in the equipement structure and / or Maintenance can be performed on them while in warehouse.Do you know how to define an inventory part as a Fixed asset and as a Serial Object as well ?Thanks for your help.Regards

Hello,We are in the beginning stages of planning our move for our on-prem VMs to Azure.It will be costly to carry over the same configuration for our DB and middleware server and keep them up 24/7. This instance of IFS is mainly used for reference by Finance or Operations and by only a couple users.Are there any issues with powering off the VMs, lowering their assigned resources and powering them back on?Are there any additional steps needed specifically around IFS? Dear Community, May I know how to create a scheduling resource through “IFSSchedulingRESTfulGateway” API ?  as I can see only  “GET  https://MyHost/IFSSchedulingRESTfulGateway/api/v1/scheduling/resource “  and No  POST in the interface guide. When I tried with POST methods the API threw an error “Method not allowed”.

We have an SV from a node node1.The warehouse WH1 is having primary node node1 only. The technician attending the SV request is from some other node node2. When the technician tries to access some products in this warehouse WH1, he gets an error message saying"The warehouse is not found in the database" NOTE: The warehouse has node1 (primary) and node2 associated in warehouse module > node tabThe technician has node1 and node2 (primary) associated in employee security > node security tabThe technician is having default node as WH1 only.

All, Is it possible to automatically generate a Positive Pay file for Customer Repayments?   We are IFSAPPS10-UDP15.

I’ve created a Site to site supply chain wherein my parts are CTO PartsWhen I create an Customer Order CTO Configuration goes to the internal Puchase Order but then it goes to the other internal site as Customer Order, the CTO Configuration is gone.  Any reason why?

Hello all,@pekkan asked an interesting question 2 years ago which was never answered, and for which I’d like feedback on as well.“I was wondering whether somebody has good tips on how to provide our buyers with Inventory turnover figure to purchase requisition line to help them sanity check the future PO line and planning data in general. I’ve been looking at API’s and available views but a good candidate for the information source has not popped up… This information would be really helpful for reducing the inventory levels in long term.” I totally agree this would be great information, either in the Purchase Requisition (PR) or directly within the Purchase Order (PO). Since “Inventory Turnover Rate” runs as a job in IFS, could IFS be set up to pull on past Turnover results to display for a part in a PR or PO?

Customer Statements of Account and Reminders are sent to Customers every month. Unfortunately, the mail address reflects ' NoNotReply@ifs.com' and probably goes to the customer's Junk mailbox and never to the correct person.We should have a formal email address e.g. for GB10 ldn.accountsreceivables@ifs.com, not DoNotReply@ifs.com as this could go to their Junk, spam or be considered a phishing email. Additionally, customers may want to genuinely reply but may consider it as a phishing email and, for that reason, not reply at all

When a purchase order is created for Computers, purchase group 123010, the system should automatically create the FA object in the FA register.Setup is done on the Object Group  However when we try to release the PO, we get an error that the FA code part is mandatory

Hello, We would like to ask you for the support with initial installation of TouchApps Server at customer's site. There is IFS Applications 10 installed on-premise on one virtual server. They have also the IFS TouchApps Server installed on the same virtual machine. The TouchApps Server is available and the TAS console is working, i.e. you can log into it and configure applications. Also there is the IFS Scan IT 10 application deployed within the TouchApps Server. The IIS site is signed by certificate that was created with customer's private PKI infrastructure. Within IFS Admin Console, the Redirect URIs are set correctly.   The certificate is imported inside the android device. The device do have the "Account Manager" and "IFS Scan It 10" android applications installed as well. When user is trying to log into the Account Manager, he is following these steps: 1. he enters the server address, SystemID, 2. he is redirected to IFS login page - he enters the credentials here 3. he is redire

We have requirement to fetch all Open Events for a particular Assigned User.We have created an ETM channel but it is always giving empty list.

Has anyone built a mod to lengthen an out-of-the-box field in Apps 9? The field currently supports 11 characters, and I’d like to stretch that out to 12. Besides altering the Oracle column and updating the metadata in the many column comments and application tables, does the IEE .NET client hold this kind of metadata hard-coded? Is it hard-coded anywhere in the Java middleware?

Community, We have below scenario, which cannot be cancelled.Supplier material PO line status is released. Customer order line is created, delivered and invoiced.Now we are trying to cancel the purchase order, system cannot, below is the error. our question is, in this case, how we could reverse back the customer order, so as to cancel the purchase order. As we are a global company, we have a limited amount of concurrent users that can be using Cloud simultaneously, as all the users will not be using the system at the same time.Does “concurrent user” mean per user session that the user has initiated at the same time, e.g., opening Cloud in multiple tabs or is it per user ID, regardless of using Cloud in multiple tabs?Regards Hans
