IFS Enterprise Explorer 10.11.18.0 Update 11 keeps crashing on startup

I get the below error when trying to run enterprise explorer on my pc :

Hi @faiyazi,

The supported effective resolution for IEE is 1024 x 768. If you have a high resolution display such as 2K or 4K,  please adjust its resolution and scale so that the effective resolution would be close to 1024 x 768.
