Hi, At the Company setup, there are two options that I can select, Advance Invoice or Prepayment Based Invoice, does that mean that if I select Prepayment Based Invoice then I cannot create advance invoice? Customer would like to use both solutions. Thank you. Best regardsRutuja

Hi Could you confirm me that the Cloud printing program we need to use to print document on a local pinter whereas Alliance is hosted in the cloud without direct connection , should be installed on  the user desktop or on the customer printer server inside his network  ?Christophe

Hi, In the DOP releasing process, where we net everything, IFS will take parts on a arrival location into account and will not create additional PR’s for these parts.However, the parts on the arrival location are not netted or reversed, which means that if they move into stock they could be used for every other order as well. Is there any way to go around this issue? Thanks!  

Hi, I have 2 issues with TimeClock in Cloud. Cannot set default absence wage codeI use object OUT ABSENCE. I set Init Value to 400 for absence wage code.In time clock I hit the button for Absence OutThere should be default wage code 400, according to settings in Init Value but it is empty instead.Absence Wage Code LOV is empty​​​​​​​The same button OUT ABSENCE. LOV for absence wage code is empty.There are wage codes type Absence set for this company and wage class.Same behaviour is for object name IN ABSENCE and FUTURE ABSENCE. Is there some extra settings that wasnt previously required in app10?ThanksRomana

Hi, Here we setup SSO for IFS9 environment and it was working fine previously. Now, when trying to logging  through  into IFS Enterprise Explorer the credentials are not accepted (invalid username or password)we reconfigured as below mentioned solutionBut it seems to nothing happened, also we enable DEBUG in windows integrated authentication configuration.Further, we deleted all user's synchronize information from the database level and run synchronization again in application .but it did not work .where can we find a proper solution to fix this error .Need your guidanceThankyou 

Where can we see the remaining amount of a supplier invoice? 

Good Afternoon,  We are working in Apps 10 EE in the Manual Supplier Invoice Module.  We just created 4 new companies in IFS (separate from our main operating company) and need to generate supplier invoices to pay shareholders.  Based on our knowledge, we have set these companies up correctly but cannot get to the posting proposal screen when testing from the manual Supplier Invoice.  The new companies are setup from an AP authorizer perspective in the same manner.   Any thoughts on why we cant get to posting proposal? Thank You

Hi All.  I have a couple of questions regarding device locations in IFS Cloud. Question 1. How often does IFS cloud track the device? is it every-time it receives or sends a message? or is it a set time like every 3 minutes. If the latter can this be changed? Question 2. Can device tracking be turned of in IFS Cloud for certain devices? (i know i can disable location permissions on the phone but wondered if there was a setting in IFS cloud).  Thanks for all your help 

Hi,I’ve done a reservation of an article in multiple locations in IFS Apps10. I’m trying to prepare that article using Wadaco, however the current configuration prevents me to access the second location when completing the first preparation, the article is tagged as prepared and is no more available in the list of items. I’ve tried using loops but I have no idea how it works thus I did not manage to have something that works in the end.  

I’m looking to add a custom field to the ‘Customer Invoices’ view that returns the number of attachments of a certain Document Class.  Does anyone know if there is an existing Function I could adapt to retrieve this, please?  Apps9 (moving to Cloud soon...)  Many thanks!

When a new employee is created, is there a way to populate the employee’s Job Specification Elements in under Employee>Qualifications>Competencies section without assigning any dates? The way the system is set up now, it automatically assigns the date the Job Specification is assigned. This is confusing when reviewing the employee’s list of Elements – it makes it appear as though the employee has already been trained, when in fact – they have not. Is this where the Competency Point values come into play?

Hi, I would like to change the button text on the time clock (time clock in production). However, the default time clock that we are using is in English, but the buttons get translated to the local language. Where can I find these translations and change them? So If i change the text in ‘Time Clock Type Details’, it doesn’t do a thing as it gets translated anyway.It could be an option to block the translation, as we use 1 language anyway.  

We would like to create a notification business rule that is triggered when someone changes the server log level settings.  To create this rule we need to know the table (and column) that is being changed but so far we have not been able to determine the name of the table. Anyone happen to know the table?
