Project Delivery is no longer available in Cloud.  For customers that have previously used Project Delivery in earlier versions, what happens to that data when they upgrade to Cloud.  Is it converted to Project Deliverables?  The Release Notes only indicate that Project Delivery is no longer available, nothing is mentioned about how data conversion is handled, if at all.  Working with one customer that has history in Project Delivery and concerned about losing it when they upgrade.

I have a user that created a supplier payment order, acknowledged it, and attempted to finalize it. However, the payment order did not process, and the invoice contained within the payment order is still showing as having an open balance. She mentioned that the invoice she processed was processed with a voucher date in the future, and she wasn’t sure if that is what cause the issue. I’ve attempted to go into the payment order (RMB > Details) and cancel the invoice, but because it’s already in acknowledged status, i’m unable to. Can anyone provide guidance on how to finish processing this payment order? The stuck payment order is the highlighted item.  The invoice is already acknowledged, so the RMB option to cancel is grayed out.  

  HiThe responsible person on the document changes when we create a new revision. The customer says that in app 8 the responsible person does not change. Is it a bug that it changes now?I don't know much about this so I have to ask here 😊  BrLinda

When attempting to log into Assyst at  /assystweb/application.do we are seeing a 20 delay before getting the login screen. Once past that it works fine.  Logging on to  /assystnet/#homepage does not have a delay, it’s pretty much immediate. 

Hi All, I am trying to test Push Notifications from the application(ServiceEngApp - Windows) as well as using Mobile_Push_SYS.Send_Notification.I can see Push Notifications from Aurena User Log.However, I cannot see any Push Notifications from the mWO app.Notification Parameters have default values.Any thoughts?Please refer attachments for further info. 

While updating Event Builders from ETM, not able to find usage field under “Record to update”.Is there any work around? Example:There are 2 Event Builders with everything same except usage. How can we discontinue Event Builder with particular “usage”?

Is there a way to identify user who are actively logging in and using the application.  Basically, i’d like to know who has logged in during the past 6 months.

Hello , I need to get the status of the approval of my customer ( approval routing has been set ) but i can’t seem to find the right way to do it .To be more clear , I have a routing approval that I copy each time a customer is created so in the key ref I dont have the customer_ID ('CUSTOMER_ID=&OLD:CUSTOMER_NO^')How can I recognize my customer so that I can query on approval_status in IFSAPP.approval_routing tab. Thank you ,Hanane

When creating a new Customer Support Order based on a Serial or Tag, we expect an Open Calls Lookup to appear. It seems that this only appears if a serial match is found and selected from the list.The Open Calls Popup will not show if a valid Serial or Tag is entered, and then the enter key is pressed. It will show up if the Serial or Tag is entered and selected from the dropdown list, or if the item in the dropdown list is highlighted and then enter is pressed.Is this expected behavior, or a bug?https://x3200.media/DuplicatesBug.mp4

Hello,Is there a way to delete a Service Resource after it is created in Cloud? We are able to modify certain information but there is no option to delete a Service Resource. If the record was created using a wrong Resource Group or Site, we are unable to delete and recreate the resource.Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

We use a three-character “location” id for Divisions (with Divisions segregated into Datasets), and want to display that three-character info on PSO Scheduling/Resources screen for each Resource.Unfortunately PSO enters a geocoded “city/state” under location, and it doesn’t appear that within Admin/Org/lists that we can get a Division label to display the three-character code.Under Planning/Divisions we have a label with the three-letter code, but can’t seem to make any association to display this under Scheduling/Resources.We use FSM to PSO, using ARP.Any shortcut way to get this automatically populated in a Division label (List) in PSO Scheduling/Resources?Thank you.

Hi All,I would like to ask if it is possible to - Run PMRP to create only purchase requisitions on the activities without creating Material Transfer requests between the activities if already items are available in the Project inventory. for e.g. Activity A has the requirement of Part ABC for X Qty Activity B already has Part ABC for Y Qty where X>=Y, but there is no current requirement of the part ABC.in the above scenario, if I Run PMRP then in place of creating PR on Activity A, PMRP will create MTR between Activities between B and A. but the user doesn’t want that. So is there any set-up that I can stop triggering MTR and only create fresh purchase requisition for Activity A while there is already the Same Part qty existing on Activity B?Kind regards,

Hi,Anyone knows how to clear send error messages? This customer has been setup as internal customer to send e-invoices but company AS has a default Document Address with zip code and city. Hello,I have recently created a workflow that sends a text only user task to alert the user when a shipment has attachments that need to be printed off.The event and event action I have created for this sees when the shipment_tab’s del_note_printed field has been changed, and if it has, trigger the workflow. This event action was able to be turned on before I added the user task, but now I’m getting this error.What kind of error is this and how do I address it? Should I be using something else other than a user task to alert the user? They dont need to input anything, they only need to see the notification.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi IFS Community,does anyone have a solution to export csv file without line breaks?I’ve seen topics about line breaks for data import but not for data export.I guess we need to replace line breaks with IFS but I can’t do that with the procedure CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE.There is no transformation option on FILE MAPPING tab.Maybe we need to use a rule like CALLEXTPROC (Call external procedure after each row) but I didn’t found information about this.If I have a solution to replace line breaks it will be possible to replace semicolons too and build a clean csv file.Migration Job RULES tabThanks
