HI,We can set activity (activity codes)  with tools.For a service order (with the activity), we can set the tool on the backend  (or in mobile edge)(NB : It seems that we can use a tool in 2 service orders at the same time.)After the SV was done, we don’t find any service log on the inventory item.We only have a log for Inventory, but not a log of SVs were the tool has beenused.Can i have to set something to have a service log ? Thanks and RegardsAnthony

Hello, One of our field agents get a error when refreshing of when a call is dispatch to him. It happens regular and i cannot reproduce it.Cache is cleared.What is the explanation of this error, i think it is data related, can someone push me in the right direction where to look maybe? Thanks.Robin,

I would like to use the same calendar (MAINT: Off on Saturdays and Sundays) for all maintenance organizations. It is used for both corrective maintenance and PM actions. However, there is an exception for preventive maintenance as the work is carried out according to a 24/7 calendar every day of the year.When I use a maintenance organization on a PM action and add a new calendar (MAINTPREV: 365/24/7) in the PM action trigger, the calendar of the maintenance organization takes precedence.The solution I found is to create dedicated maintenance organizations for PM actions with a MAINTPREV calendar. However, this is very cumbersome because there are more than 20 sites, and each site has 10 maintenance organizations.I am looking for a solution that uses only one calendar (MAINT) for all maintenance organizations but calculates the dates of PM lines according to a 365/24/7 calendar.

Hi,Customer wants to create a new filter, in Dispatch Console, based on some contracts.He has created a new “filter Activities”, column Name “Contract Number”, set operator as “In” and then, expected the list of the contracts to select them. But there is no list. Do you know why ?Then he has entered manually “Contract_1;Contract_2”, saved. Using this filter in Dispatch console is not concluant. No result.I did some tests and had to set operator as “Like” or 2 lines with “=” as operator and “OR” as logical to make it works. What are your recommandations ?  Alliance V15.1.0.12

when we are trying to see previous calendar months in dispatch console , only forward date are showing not the past dates so we cannot see past allocations in dispatch console . Like in picture only dates after may 1 is visible not before that .

I have a Customer that receives the following message on certain Project Connections that have Actual Cost details. “The method “ in Project Connection Util returns more than one row”. I have compared setup with another project that does work and could not find a difference.  

When I have one of the repositories open that I have access to, I see the following in one of the scopes:Error is tat there are more than 4 levels in place.Anyone an idea how I can find out which part is causing the 4+ level (5th, 6th, ...) is causing the error. On the front end, when creating a service order, you can select multiple problem codes: Is it possible to do the same when creating orders via import? As far as I can tell you can only map the field to pcode_id, which would only allow for one. This is on 15.1
