Hello, I am currently trying to use the writeback functionality in Business Reporter.When I am working on creating the Procedure for the the writeback, if I update the API package and try to use the writeback functionality again, I am returned with this error: ‘Existing state of has been invalidated’. I have refreshed my cache, logged out and back in, and nothing changes it. The API works normally from inside SQL Developer.  I am unsure of how to solve this error, any advice is appreciated.

Anybody who ever managed to pick up Technical Characteristics and merge them into a document using macros?If so - can you share how to set up the object connection to manage this? 

I keep seeing references to an admin page. However, ours doesn’t have one. IFS App 10 update 13. How do I find it / get it? We read that you can turn off multiple supervisors there.  Thanks

Couple of LTU related questions: What is for an IFS implementation the option to have LTU users in place? I mean how can we start using LTU? I noticed the description of what LTU users are in the following thread. Do I have it correctly memorized that we will prepare a permission set and IFS will turn it into a permission set to be used for LTU users? I think that for time registration or TripTracker LTU is needed/best. Is that a correct assumption?

Hello,Is there any documentation on how to create custom APIs and API calls for IFS Cloud? A lot of the documentation on the IFS Cloud technical documentation site either isn’t helpful, or it’s full of broken links. Even the 22r1 and newer links are broken with a 404 missing page error.Thanks,Bryan

Hi,We have enabled status changes in FSM according to DSE_ALLOCATION.After the status is changed, PSO reflects the same status, but the tasks are all getting left aligned & not considering the Off shift time. All of the tasks are getting scheduled next to each other irrespective of the Plan Start definition either in the earlier DSE_ALLOCATION table or FSM TASK property.

I am trying to enable macros for MS Word from Demo Showroom environment 22R2. I have copied my macros from an environment also 22R2 that works - but in my demoshowroom environment - the IFS Fields are not appearing in MS WordI noticed that I got a message that Macros has been blocked. But after having enabled all macros in the MS Word Trust Center - the IFS fields are still not vissible for insert in the document.Any tips must appreciated :-)  This is for a very important demo and this is a key scenario for the customer/kim

Hi All,When we creating a new revision of an existing document, if we uncheck the "Keep file" option, there is no drag and drop option enabled in ‘New Document Revision’.Why this functionality is not added to the ‘New Document Revision’ ? If anyone needs to add a document it should be done through Document Revision window. This causes a time loss. Best Regards,Roshan

We have Knowledge Procedures which were working fine in older versions.Recently, when we moved to 11.5 and we added tile color and tile image to Knowledge Procedures. Everything looks fine but as soon as we click on “View Draft”, all the sections get cleared out. All the information like text, images gets wiped out in below Sections of Knowledge Procedure:Problem Solution Environment Cause.Did anyone face this issue and have any solution? Thanks & Regards,Manish Verma

Here are some things that I have tried:Pasting the link in the template’s description and modifying the link’s event id with the current [EVENT_ID] value. Using the Action Template’s built-in text formatting URL. For the link here I used the same formatting as in #1. Is there a way to do this?

What steps are needed to move an FTP document repository? We moved repository to a new server location and new IP address. Should add the new Repository Address and User first? I don’t want to break the document link in IFS. I have read a few community postings but could not find a step by step process to follow. Hi All, we are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO App as below.But we are unable to use the List of values for the Object ID as it is not appearing to select, on which Object we are going to create the new WO in the below window. Would be great if you could kindly be able to share your kind thoughts, if we have not set up any basic data to enable the same functionality? If the Engineering Part Provide Code is "Buy" when you try to transfer it, always set it to Purchase Raw and Purchase Raw transfer template. Is there a way that I can set the default to pick the Purchase transfer template instead of the Purchase Raw transfer template?  I can change manually at the Transfer windows, but when you have a large number of parts this is not practicle. 

Hello,What is the purpose of this database task and how can I call it properly? FND_EVENT_ACTION_API.ACTION_EXECUTEONLINESQLI tried using this and it keeps giving me an error saying SQL is not a valid reference. Is there documentation regarding the formatting of it’s parameters? I also would like to know what the purpose of this other database task is FND_WORKFLOW_CONNECTION_API.START_WORKFLOW and how I can properly call it. I also get an error when I try to invoke this database task. There is no documentation that I could find on the API Explorer or the IFS Cloud technical documentation. Thanks,Bryan

Hi, Can we final post an external supplier based on invoice date instead of the PO actual arrival date?   I receive an invoice from supplier dated 2 May and good arrive on 5 May and we register arrival on 5 May.  During posting proposal we are unable to  post it based on invoice date, instead the system give us the below error message.  Is there anywhere in the application we can configure in order to book invoice date as voucher date?

Question 1: While populating “Shared field” of a Service Request from ETM, we are getting below error:DatamapperConfigurationException - Type doesn't contain custom field custom.RESOURCE NAME1 Note: Normal Custom Fields are working fine.Question 2: How to skip dependent fields from ETM? Example “Field_2” will appear on when value selected in “Field_1” is “YES”. In ETM, how can we write this condition that “Field_2 will be populated only when “Field_1” is YES? 

Is it possible to use the Collective invoice process with Advanced Invoices?  I set a customer record to use Collective Invoice type on the Order>Misc Customer info tab.Then I created advanced invoices on two customer orders for this customer. When I created the Advanced Invoices I got a message box that said “Customer has Collective invoice functionality activated, by creating advanced invoice the order will be excluded from the collective invoice.”Is there anyway to include Advanced Invoices in with the Collective invoice process?We are using APPS 9 Rob
